I updated Creative Cloud and Premiere Pro today, but now I’m getting a “Invalid type conversion” error in the Events Window every time I load the program. This happens before I ever import any footage or create a sequence. It’s there waiting for me every time the program opens. What’s causing this?

Hello,I am experiencing the same problem over and over again with my Adobe Stock payouts. My payout has now been returned for the third time. Each time the payment is rejected and the funds are returned to my Adobe Stock balance. I have already updated my Payoneer account details, but the problem still persists.Could someone please explain:Why are my payouts constantly being declined? How can I find out the exact reason for the rejection? Is there anything I need to change in my Adobe Stock or Payoneer account to successfully receive my payout?Since Adobe Stock no longer provides direct email support for contributors, I would really appreciate any help or guidance from Adobe staff or community experts.Thank you!

I'm posting here in the hope that someone from Adobe can finally provide a clear answer. My case has now been ongoing for over two months. During that time, Adobe has repeatedly confirmed in writing that refunds totalling €1,025.05 had been approved, initiated and would be processed. To date, I have received only €35.75. Over multiple support cases I have been given several different explanations:The refunds had been processed. The refunds were delayed because of a card issue. The refunds were rejected because my old card had expired. The refunds would instead be processed to my new payment method ending ****, which I provided through Adobe's secure payment link. Today I contacted my bank. The bank informed me that their systems cannot investigate refund attempts that never reach them highlighting these are EXPIRED cards, meaning they cannot verify Adobe's claim that my bank rejected the refund. This leaves me with a simple question:If Adobe says my bank rejected the refund, what evidence

Hi everyone,I already subscribed to Creative Cloud Pro, but when I try to access or renew it, the system shows this message: "This purchase is not compatible. You already have Creative Cloud Pro," and it blocks me from proceeding. The problem is that even though this message says I already have an active plan, I'm not able to use it normally / the system doesn't seem to recognize my subscription in the account I'm logged into.I've already tried:- Logging out and back in- Clearing browser cache / using incognito mode- Checking that I'm using the correct Adobe IDNone of this has worked, and the virtual assistant hasn't been able to resolve it either.Could someone from Adobe support please check the status of the subscription linked to my account and help me fix this inconsistency? I need to be able to use the plan I already paid for. Thanks in advance!

I heard that you now have Seedance available as an option for video generation.  When trying to create a video it is not an option for me (via mobile app or web).

I’ve logged out and back in to Creative Cloud. Both in the app and in a web browser. Lightroom and Lightroom Classic options are Free trial and Buy. When I click through I see the following message:

We are experiencing an issue with Photoshop on our MacBooks. Essentially, Photoshop is unable to overwrite existing files. This happens both when using the normal save function (Command + S) and when using Save As with the same filename. When we try to save, Photoshop displays the error message "Disk Error", and the file is not saved The scratch disk is not full, and the issue only occurs when working with files stored on our file server. We have also verified the file permissions, and everything appears to be correct, with the affected users having the necessary read and write permissions. This issue occurs on all of our macOS computers, including macOS Sonoma, macOS Sequoia, and macOS Tahoe.

I’m trying to edit in a multicam sequence timeline. I did a similar project a few weeks ago without issue. When I press play or more often when I switch cameras, my playhead lags. Video and audio continue playing fine. First thing I did was render proxies, even though I never have to do that, that didn’t help. Muted global effects, lowered playback and paused resolution, and even turned off audio channels. My media cache automatically deletes itself and I have a ton of space. I have tried every “solution” I found in youtube videos and no answer. Which makes me suspect this is an issue on Adobe’s end. All my playhead should be doing is tracking time and letting me know where I can cut, that’s it. No idea why only my timeline is lagging. What is it doing that is causing this lag? And how do I fix it? I am only using max 25% of my cpu and memory load btw. Also, this only happens when I start the playback and only for a few seconds. I cannot click or do anything in the timeline while it is

Hi, I would like to cancel the Adobe Reader that I I applied for the free, I thought you guys will ask for authorization before taken from my bank, As I found the Adobe very complicated and not helpful. Can you please cancel My adobe reader account and pay back the $ 14.99. Thank you

(Unbelievable...THIRD time I’ve been thru this process of editing my question and the retyping my context. Who designed this dialog, the Department of Redundancy Department?) Anyway, I transcribed a sequence, and Transcription can’t distinguish between a thirty-something, deep voiced person and an older thin voiced male. Trust me, their voices are different. Is there a way to “tune” the AI so it figures out that there are two speakers here? Right now, the transcription lists any speaker as “Speaker 2”

I bought the photography pack a few hours ago but everytime I try to access it, it only comes up with buy now or free trial, the payment went through it says I have the plan... Why can't I access it ?

Hi everyone! I've recently been trying to using the Pro features for character animator but have had issues with my character animator account recognizing that I have the Pro creative cloud subscription. When I go into "manage account" on my creative cloud dashboard it indicates that I have a Pro account and that they have received my initial payment for the month but then when I try to launch character animator it says that I am still on the starter account... Any advice is much appreciated!

Lightroom Classic on Win 11, 32GB RAM and a hobby photographer.I see on my Catalogue I have been using LR since 2008. I mainly (±80%) shoot wildlife. Ever since then I have shot in RAW with my Canon cameras which saved photos as CR2. I've always imported them: Copy as DNG. I must have done a tutorial those days telling me to do it like this.I now also have a Nikons Coolpix P950 and shoot in RAW as well. What is the best/recommended way to import RAW photos so I can make fulle use of all AI and other presets? I only use LR Classic for photo editing.Thanks.

Hi, I am running into a space issue on my laptop. It is causing PS to not run properly or even stay open, I cannot update the software on my computer, or update some of my Adobe apps. Is it possible to delete older versions without losing anything? I haven't added my own tools etc. to PS. I attached a photo of the apps that are taking up the most space on my computer but I am afraid to delete them without asking first. This isn't my area of expertise. 🙂

I wanna make some changes into my site, but I wanna try things before posting it. So I wonder if I can clone it to a new one and it looks like that Portfolio don't have a way to do it. Does anyone know a way?

Hi guys, I’m running into a problem with my green screen. When I key it out with Keylight, a grey area is left behind, probably from a glass reflection behind the girl.I have no idea how to get rid of it. I also tried changing that grey area to green, but I still end up with visible edges because the hair is slightly out of focus. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,I run social media for Mindfully, a mental health practice, and I'm trying to create a reusable branded template in Adobe Express for our Facebook posts. I want every post to consistently use our logo, brand colors, and fonts without having to manually reset everything each time.Specifically, I'd like to know:What's the best way to save a template with our logo and brand colors so I can quickly duplicate and reuse it for new posts? Is there a way to lock brand colors or fonts so they stay consistent across different templates? Any tips for organizing multiple post variations (e.g., quote posts, service announcements, testimonials) under one branded style?Any guidance or best practices from the community would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hi all. I’m on a M3 MacBook Air running macOS 26.3 and using  LR classic v15.2 with Camera Raw up to date at 18.2.1.My problem is that on one of my external SSDs, a 2TB Samsung T7, LR will not show the photos. In grid mode it will show empty thumbnails with meta data, like star rating, but no previews. In develop it will show only the background color.I tried building previews, both standard and 1:1, via the menu for individual files, for a group of files and for all files. The progress bar appears but does not move at all and no previews of any kind are created. I tried creating a new catalog and copying the files to another T7 SSD and creating a catalog on that, but that did not work either. The drives are all exFAT formatted. The catalog lives on the drive.I’m confused especially because for other photos, I use the same setup and it works well. The photos and folders were originally created on an HDD drive on windows and then also on windows 10 copied to the SSD and used on the SSD o

My Creative Cloud Photography Plan (1TB) renewed automatically yesterday. I no longer need the subscription. When I go to Manage plan > Cancel your plan, the page loads and then shows "An error occurred. Please try again." I have tried on Microsoft Edge on my PC and Safari on my iPhone with the same result. Please cancel my subscription and process a refund for the latest renewal charge if I am eligible.
