On an iPad Pro with CC, I've tried Rush, Premier, Lightroom. Can't anything export a single frame? A search says yes but results are negative.

Hi everyone,I am having an issue with my perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I am getting an "activation limit reached / too many active PCs" error message. When I try to open the version on my old computer to deactivate it, the software requires me to sign in first, but it will not let me complete the sign-in or deactivation process due to the activation lock.I have already contacted Adobe Customer Support directly, but they told me they could not help me because Acrobat 2020 has reached its End of Life. However, I legally own this perpetual lifetime license and simply need the activation counter reset so I can use the software I paid for on my machine.Could a community manager or Adobe staff member please look into my account and manually reset the activation count for my license?Thank you for your help.

Hi everyone,I have already submitted my W-8BEN form. I would like to know:Do I need to pay income tax in India on my Adobe Stock earnings? Should I report the gross earnings shown by Adobe, or only the amount actually received in my bank account after any deductions? If anyone from India has already filed taxes on Adobe Stock income, I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience.

I'm trying to cancel two subscription plans: Creative Cloud Pro and Substance 3D Texturing. But when I click “Cancel Subscription,” it gets stuck in an endless loading loop - this happens every time I try to cancel. I've tried on other days, but nothing works. How can I cancel my subscription if I no longer want to use it?

I had a subscription for illustrator which i cancelled before the next payment. Then on suprise i saw a payment from my creditcard 60,49 euros. I logged back in and i saw that i had a subscription also for stockphoto’s i didn’t knew, i didn’t even used the the product. This is not the way Adobe should dealing with their customers. Therefore i request for a refund. Where can i apply for that?

I’ve been using Lightroom since the Windows public beta prior to the v1.0 release.   Now I rely on the LR Mac desktop app (not LrC) with 65,000 images in my catalog.  As a retired software product manager, I’m always thinking about ways to improve application usability.  Given that, I’ve attached an assemblage of minor enhancements I hope you'll consider for future releases of the desktop app.Thank you, Steve www.luceeparole.it

Hi everyone,I have an issue with my contributor profile. It's not visible to the public at all. When I try to view it from the dashboard it says there is no results.Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have been working with After Effects for six years and haven’t seen this before. This project has six compositions. The timeline on five of them work as normal, all the collateral is listed on the left and there are horizontal bars for all them in the timeline. I can sweep through and view the composition. One of the compositions has all the collateral listed on the left side. The timeline is showing time but there are no horizontal bars showing when a piece of collateral appears/disappears. There are numbers listed down the side. You can sweep through the timeline and watch the preview but there are no bars or graphics in the timeline. How did this happen and how can I get it back to normal view?

I am trying to cancel a free 7 day trial. the link to manage plan works but then the link to cancel does not work. It seems impossible to ask anyone for help other than here, which is very poor service.

I have had a Student and Teacher subscription for years as an instructor. I just got an email from Adobe telling me I have “graduated’ and will revert to the regular plan. I went to verify my ongoing status with SheerID but it wanted student details although I am (and have always been) a professor at a University. Writing to Sheer Id they replied:Please be advised that SheerID is unable to modify the affiliation type on an existing verification request. To verify your status as a professor or teacher, you must submit a new verification request with the correct educator affiliation....and they provided a step by step to buy a new/correct subscription and re-verify. Following those steps the system will not let me proceed  because it states I already have Creative Cloud Pro. Who can I contact to help me get through the Verify process?

Hi I'm still a student enrolled in classes but my plan seemed to increase by 3x ($21/m -> $61/m) after this annual renewal. I will be a student for the next 3 years so how do I prevent an unjustified increase in price, and can I please have the excess refunded. I don't understand why Adobe cannot even send you a warning email let alone an invoice to warn you of these things.

I need to contact support! I tried to pay for a subscription but didn't realize the email address was incorrect when I entered my card details. I can't access that email, and I'm about to be charged; how can I cancel the subscription without accessing the account so the payment doesn't go through?

I want PDF files of my Gmail account to keep maintaining reports of court documents. I face challenges in making PDF every day in my Gmail account because Gmail does not allow me to make PDFs in batches, which becomes frustrating when I need to submit more than thousands of pdf file to the courtroom. So, is any one know the easiest way to create schedule automatic email backups in PDF format? Please suggest!

I have a Mac M1 Pro with 32GB Ram and 1 TB SSD (300 GB available) and Tahoe 26.5. When I open Illustrator and Photoshop at the same time, the CPU ramps up almost to the max and the fans turn on. Working in either apps becomes very sluggish and unresponsive, even with small and simple files. When I pair Photoshop with any other Adobe app, the problem doesn’t occur, only in combination with Illustrator. So the latter seems to be the culprit. This is very frustrating, because I need to keep several apps open for my kind of projects. Can anyone help me here please?

I am using Creative Cloud Enterprise through my organization. I need to edit a PDF that is in my cloud, but the web version of Acrobat Pro will not allow me to edit the file. When I try to install Acrobat Pro through the Creative Cloud Desktop, the app gives me a little notice that says "we're sorry this is taking longer than usual..." and eventually the install will fail. There are no versions of Acrobat already installed or partially uninstalled. There are no extra folders in the Adobe folder that should be deleted. Restarting the Creative Cloud Desktop app and my laptop changes nothing.A friend came over and said the install log contains the following information:Exit Code: 7Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DW003, DW071 ...-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 0 fatal error(s), 2 error(s) ----------- Payload: Adobe Acrobat 26.1.21691.0 Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe_26.001.21691 -----------ERROR: DW0

I'm designing a broadcast package, and it requires animating a blur over the background underneath the title animation. In After Effects, everything looks great, but as soon as I export the Mogrt to Premiere, only the title animation works. The adjustment layer to blur the background is apparently not recognised.  My suspicion is that the Essential Graphics Mogrt is rendered as an autonomous clip, therefore ignoring any adjustment layers that would apply to footage outside of the Mogrt.   Since this Mogrt is to be distributed to and used by several different production companies, having them animate the blur in Premiere themselves is NOT an option, as this would result in random and different end results, depending on how they feel fit to apply the blur.Is there a way to automate this process, preferably linked to the timing of the Mogrt?

The measuring tool could be a very useful part of the adobe acrobat suite- IF it was less laggy and slow on a Laptop that handles most intensive apps. Also- Why not enable your AI assistant to scan a PDF drawing, find the SCALE and add common measurements to a PDF drawing that has no measurements noted.  Then let you add to these measurements. That would save a lot of time….

I try to install Adobe, but I have the  problem that it won’t do so

I have this version of Adobe Pro:I created a “Text” via “Add Content”. I want to move the text to the dotted line. Why can’t I move it?  What setting should I be in? What pointer type should be using? Why are basic things incredibly frustrating to do?

I’ve been getting double billing for a Plan I subscribed to. I only have two devices connected using one plan, I paid for just one plan but I see two plans on my account, why is that? where can I get support, I need to be refunded, because the other plan just appeared since day one, but I just realized I’ve been getting double billing.

Hello everyone,I am an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscriber, and I have been experiencing a very frustrating issue with AI Assistant. The feature is extremely slow and, in many cases, ends with the following error message:"Something went wrong. Please try again later."Even very simple requests are taking an unreasonable amount of time. For example, I asked AI Assistant to simply define the word "fluke", and after waiting more than five minutes, it still had not produced a response. Sometimes it eventually displays the error above instead of answering. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for an AI-powered feature that is supposed to provide quick assistance. What I have already tried Updated Windows to the latest version. Updated Adobe Acrobat to the latest version. Restarted my computer. Signed out of my Adobe account and signed back in. Tested multiple PDF files. Closed and reopened Acrobat several times. Unfortunately, none of these steps solved the problem.Support experienc

Why was the option to turn off generative AI taken away with the 7.23.26 acrobat update?! I’ve been avoiding doing any updates since that usually makes the software unusable until everyone freaks out on these forums and then they reluctantly fix it without acknowledging the issue (sometimes without even pushing an update….. explain that). So my software, v. 26.001.21677, stopped working today after Adobe pushed their latest faulty update yesterday.  Crashing, accessibility tags not tagging, the usual nonsense from Adobe.  Reluctantly I uninstalled and reinstalled the software to the latest version and low and behold….no more option to turn off AI.  ADOBE EXPLAIN YOURSELVES

Since using Creative Cloud apps 2025 and 2026 for Windows like Illustrator after a few seconds, I can't manipulate objects on the canvas/artboard. This also happens in Photoshop, After Effects and InDesign. However, when I use Illustrator (Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.), I have no issues. For example if I import an image in Illustrator, it will initially allow me to move, scale, etc. However, after a few seconds, I can’t select the object nor manipulate (scale, resize, etc.). If I close Illustrator and reopen, I am able to manipulate for a few seconds and then it stops allowing me to modify. This behavior persists in all the Adobe apps in Windows. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling various versions of the CC apps. But the same behavior occurs. Because I have a Mac, I switch over to my Mac. However, my main workstation is Windows-based.

I had cloud storage exceeded on Lightroom mobile which stopped me from downloading / editing new photos. After deleting a large selection of photos, still the name issue. I thought that they might be in a deleted section somewhere. I connected to Adobe on my PC and found the deleted files. I permanently deleted them all, which should technically free up some space. But even after waiting for 2+ days on WiFi to let it sync, I still have the same issue. Can someone help ?
