I used Premiere to produce an .mp4 video, starting with an .mp4 video captured via AVerMedia ReCentral 4 from a website. In scenes that are very dark, there is blotchiness in the dark areas. How can I get rid of the blotchiness? Details:Premiere Pro v 25.x running on Windows11. Source video: .mp4, codec avc1, 3840 x 2160 pixels, 60 fps, frame rate mode variable, color space YUV, 8 bit depth, progressive scan, 16:9 aspect ratio. Output video: .mp4, codec avc1, 3840 x 2160 pixels, 60 fps, frame rate mode constant, color space YUV, 8 bit depth, progressive scan, 16:9 aspect ratio, format profile Main@L5.2.

I don’t want Firefly, will not be using it (explicitly), and wish it was not involuntarily installed.Even if I can’t control what Adobe installs on this box, I’d like to hide it completely. PhotoShop and the rest already have incredibly cluttered interfaces full of low-contrast icons and tiny text. Adding even more clutter is not, not, not an improvement.(I say “explicitly” because presumably some kind of ML is going to be involved in operations like resizing images whether I like it or not, but you could at least make it transparent, not a distraction.)

When using Adobe Sign, each signature creates an automatic email to the file originator. The final signature creates an email where the subject line ends in “Signed and Filed!”.The exclamation mark is not an accepted character in Windows file folders, forcing the user to edit the subject line before saving. This is annoying, and the exclamation mark isn’t necessary. Why not remove it?

Hi everyone,I am hoping someone from Adobe can assist me with an activation issue.I purchased a genuine perpetual licence for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 several years ago and installed it on my old laptop. Unfortunately, the laptop crashed a few weeks ago and had to be formatted, so I was unable to deactivate the licence before it became unusable. The Other issue is it does not appear on my profile so perhaps not linked to my email address.I have now purchased a new laptop and installed Acrobat Pro 2017 using my original installation files. However, when I enter my valid serial number, I receive a message stating that the licence is already activated on another computer and must first be deactivated.Since I no longer have access to the old laptop, I cannot deactivate the licence myself.I have tried every available support channel, but because Acrobat Pro 2017 is no longer supported, I have been unable to find anyone who can assist. I also tried emailing Adobe, but the email was returned.Co

I just updated InDesign CC and it is now highlighting text that doesn't follow an established paragraph style. How do I turn this feature off?

I want to cancel my subscription immediately, I had a free trial and cancelled before that period ended. I am now being charged for the subscription but I don’t have to money to pay but I cannot cancel the plan

When I open photoshop, everything works normally, until I press CTRL or shift or Alt, where all my commands stop working. When I press, for example Ctrl+Z to undo. When I try using Shift to sleect a layer. When i use ALT+TAB to change window. The errors are. Can’t use space bar to move canva. Can’t select more than one layer with Shift. Mouse can’t paint with the brush. Can’t create a clipping mask wiht Alt. Just the few that i tried using.I had the same mistake a couple days ago, and i solved it by pressing both shift for 5 seconds, and everything was working accordingly. I tried using the same trick to “fix it” and it doesnt work.Last time i uninstalled photoshop 3 times and it didnt work neither.

Description of Issue:Merge to HDR stalls (application unresponsive, beachball) when merging exposure-bracketed images on 15.4.1. Another user in an original 15.3 thread reported this resolved after updating to macOS Tahoe 26.5. I am on macOS Tahoe 26.5.2, a newer build, with a fresh OS install, fresh Creative Cloud install, and a brand-new catalog, and the stall still occurs on 15.4.1. All my books (several hundred) are formatted using the Times New Roman TTF font. The new version of InDesign 21.0 changes that to Times New Roman OTF.Fortunately, version 20.0 is still installed. I know from experience that strange things can happen in updates.. However, the problem with the latest update has also been introduced in that version.OTF is only available with a licence, which I do not have. I would appreciate some help.Cor van Wijgerden     <Title renamed by MOD>

Using extendscript I want to insert a textFrame at the end of a table cell that contains several paragraphs. But this keeps throwing an error stating that this is not allowed for graphic type cells. But the cell is not a graphic type, as I already placed several paragraphs in it. And even after forcing the cell type to text the error remains:        cell.cellType = CellTypeEnum.TEXT_TYPE_CELL;        newFrame = cell.textFrames.add();Throws a runtime error as indicated. Is this a bug ?Running version 21.4.1.164

Obrigado!

Hey all…. Android user here (Sorry… I turn group chats green!)  Just wondering if there’s any signifiant differences between the App Store and Play Store versions of Aqua?  Thanks!

Hi everyone,I need to resize several high-resolution photos for website use, but some of them become slightly blurry after resizing and exporting. What is the best Photoshop workflow for reducing image dimensions while keeping the details sharp? I normally export the images as WebP or JPEG. Any recommended settings would be helpful. Thanks!

When I attempt to login to Adobe to access my stored signature and initials (and other features) I can successfully navigate the login prompt in a browser, but when I return to the app it is in a frozen state. The only feedback is the error ping with every mouse click. Please assist.

I desperately need to cancel my plan but cannot without a large charge. I tried changing my plan to the cheapest option for the remainder of my year commitment but in doing that, it started my "year" over. Can I please get my plan canceled immediately without additional charges.

I purchased (with original order #, confirmation email and serial numbers) Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 back in 2013.  I do not know which account was used to register the serial numbers, but I cannot see them activated on my current adobe account.  When I try to register on my account, I see the message the “serial number is in use”.  How can I de-register from an old Adobe account and re-register to my new account?

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but instead have been directed on new plans  I have not been using this service and today I see you have changed and taken a huge amount of money.  I have not managed to cancel my subscription and I need my refund  Thanks

I'm being charged RM 95.98 monthly by Adobe, but I can't find any Adobe account or subscription under any of my email addresses.Could you please help me identify which account this subscription is linked to and cancel it to prevent future charges? I'd also appreciate a refund for the latest charge if possible.Transaction details:Date: 23 July 2026 Amount: RM 95.98 Description: ADOBE IEThank you.

I was charged after my free trial ended even though I cancelled the plan a week or so ago. I just cancelled the plan for a second time and would appreciate a refund.

Adobe asked for my credit card details for a one-week trial. Now, it won't let me delete my credit card information or cancel my plan to prevent a charge. This is theft.Even if I can stop you from taking my money against my will, you have already stolen my time.

Previously, they were available for all internal users to use.We need assistance restoring the "Available to all users in the organization" setting, as this issue appears to affect all shared templates globally.
