TERRIBLE UPDATE. LR Classic auto-updated with the latest version 15.4.1. I did not ask for that. And since the update, my exports look like a disaster. Completely washed out.I understand color space - I know they won’t look identical to the original file -- but generally LR did a good job - it was very close. Never had an issue in all the years of using this app. Suddenly now the exports are a disaster.I immediately downgraded to 15.3.1, and luckily was able to restore my last Catalog as well. (did not update other catalogs, thank goodness)Well, all that for naught because my exports are now still terrible. I have no idea what is going on. I’m making the edits extreme, in order to somewhat compensate and nothing is changing its he exports. Just absolute dreadful color. And it’s hard to show this considering anything on the web converts to sRGB anyway… so it won’t be true representations. This is the best I can do - a screenshot: http://hnydsn.com/i/6jEPf3LEFT is the export preview. RIG

Hi Guys,I'm a video editor and recently upgraded my system with an Intel Arc A750. I'm really happy with how it performs during rendering in After Effects and Premiere, but I'm experiencing a strange glitch during H.264 export, as shown in the image. During editing in Premiere, no errors show up, but after export (in Premiere or Media Encoder), some random glitches (just one frame long) appear in the video. If I export the video again, the glitch will always appear in the same spot, but if I change something in the composition, it may move or disappear.I've tried changing the export parameters, but nothing changes. If I export in MOV/ProRes, no glitches appear, but if I try to convert the ProRes to H.264, the glitch comes back. I've tried using an older version of Premiere/Media Encoder (2023), but the problem persists. I've also downgraded my Arc driver, but I still had the same problem. I exported the video without hardware acceleration (only software), and everything was fine.

We have a user who signs a lot of receipts and other documents. They usually have their Signature and Initials saved so they can just click the Add Signature button and put their signature directly on receipts and approvals. However, every few documents, the signature completely disappears (seen in screenshot below) and gives the Add Signature prompt again.I have ensured the user has full access to the location of the signature image they upload and the folder where Adobe saves the user's signature. I have double-checked that we are clicking ‘Save Signature’ each time we re-upload the signature.  I have run the “Repair Installation” on Adobe Acrobat I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled both Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Cloud I have checked Adobe Acrobat for updates (there are none - it is the most up-to-date version of the software) I have tried setting the language of the software to ‘same as system’ and back to ‘English’ I had the user sign out and back into the Adobe pr

Why is it not possible to freely rearrange tools and panels, control the spacing and layout of page thumbnails, or display page thumbnails as two-page spreads? These limitations make the current version of Acrobat Pro very frustrating and inefficient for professional PDF work.

After the recent update to Lightroom 15.3, I am unable to import photos. No previews are generated and when I try to import any files, the import process hangs and I have to force-quit. I am using a brand-new MacBook Pro with an M5 Pro chip and 24 GB RAM on Tahoe 26.4.1. I am importing from a CFEXPRESS card via a reader that I’ve used for 2 years. The photos are from a Nikon Z8, both NEF (raw) and JPEGs.I have turned off the GPU acceleration, turned off “Ignore Suspected Duplicates”, deleted the preview cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom and it still will not generate previews or complete the import process. Additionally, when I try to quit Lightroom Classic, the quitting process hangs and I get the pinwheel of death and have to force-quit. Where can I go to find an answer to this problem?

When using the screen reader NVDA, there is an option in the settings called Visual Highlight that adds a coloured outline around the current focus item, this is very useful to see where you are currently located in the PDF.  Unfortunately, lately there is an Acrobat bug where turning on Visual Highlight when using Acrobat to read a PDF results in Acrobat crashing.  Can this please be fixed in Acrobat? This seems to happen most often when moving by keyboard to a link, but may happen for other tagged items as well. I emailed the NVDA company who confirmed the issue is not with NVDA but with Acrobat. The Visual Highlight option is also very useful for QA and creating educational screenshots about using NVDA for accessible PDF testing, I would consider this a High Priority ticket!

I think a few others are having this issue, but I'm yet to see any response and/or fix from Adobe.  Retype has successfully identified the font in an image, but there is no 'apply' button (only an exit button) so no way to convert into editable text.  Retype add-ons are already activated in CC App.   Anyone found a solution ?

After organising my PDFs and splitting the PDFs into multiple files, when I select all files and click download, the download error in the screenshot pops up. I have been able to do this all the time before this error started popping up last week so I’m unsure what has changed. I have to now manually download all the PDFs one by one.

When you have several layers selected, and some of them are vector layers, and you try to do a scale transformation on all of them at once, only the vector layers get transformed; the raster layers remain unchanged. You have to deselect all the vector shapes in the Paths palette before it will work. This is stupid and annoying. If I wanted to scale only the vector layers, I would have selected only the vector layers. Also, as you can see in the video, the last vector element (the bottom form field) didn't get selected or scaled with the others, even though its layer was selected. So the whole thing is jacked up and doesn't work in any intelligent or intuitive way.

I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release Version 2026.001.21691 (Enterprise) on Windows 11, and I’m running into an issue when trying to edit text.I select text on the page, then choose Edit Text from the popup menu. This opens the Edit Tools pane, but the pane only shows Modify Page, Add Content, and More. When I click Text under Add Content to display the Format Text options, the text I originally selected becomes deselected. The highlight disappears, and Acrobat no longer shows that the text is active or ready for editing.I also tried holding Ctrl to select the entire page and then clicking Edit Text, but the text still becomes deselected as soon as the Format Text category opens.I tested this on multiple PDF files (including files I created myself), and the exact same behavior occurs, so it doesn’t appear to be file‑specific. Is this normal behavior? Previously I had issues where the Tools pane wasn’t displaying correctly, so I’m trying to determine whether this is a software p

I canceled my trial before June 30th, but I was charged. I want a refund. I don't want a yearly subscription. I can pay for one month but don’t need it for a yearly subscription

I already added everything, i want to speak to someone

Hi, I cancelled my subscription months ago, but am still being charged every month for it. When I go to play store there is nothing on there for Adobe! How can it still be taking my money?

i want my credit back. you don’t deliver alpha channels with any consistency. it’s theft. like a class action kind of thing.

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble downloading the version of Lightroom Classic that I need.Because of my computer's operating system and hardware compatibility, I cannot use the latest version of Lightroom Classic. I specifically need Lightroom Classic 13.5.2, but the Creative Cloud Desktop app only offers the latest version and does not provide an option to install version 13.5.2.My system information:Computer Model: (e.g., MacBook Pro 2017) Operating System: (e.g., macOS Monterey 12.7.6) Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription: ActiveI'd like to ask:Is there any official way to download Lightroom Classic 13.5.2? Can Adobe Support provide an installer or an official download link for this version? Are there any other safe and officially supported solutions? My Adobe subscription is active. I only need version 13.5.2 because it is the newest version compatible with my computer. If anyone has experienced the same issue, I'd really appreciate your advice.Thank you!

Can someone tell me an easy way to make several objects to be of equal size/ or equal width / or equal height. I haven't been able to find such a command in Illustrator.

I still use Save for Web (Legacy). I save images for the web every day, and this tool is still better than Save a Copy. Save for Web (Legacy) lets me specify the dimensions of the file being saved. It gives me an approximate file size prediction. I have been using it since it was on Imageready a million years ago, and I will keep using it for as long as I can. Is there any earthly way I can save a WebP in there? Because the file size projection and being able to specify the resolution isn't in Save a Copy and that would come in incredibly handy.

Hi Adobe team and community,I'm developing a UXP plugin that currently supports Photoshop and InDesign, and I'd like to add Illustrator support. The confusion:The official UXP versions page (https://developer.adobe.com/xd/uxp/uxp/versions/) clearly lists Illustrator with UXP support:Illustrator 23.0 → UXP v5.5 Illustrator 27.0 → UXP v6.3However, various forum threads from 2024-2025 state that "UXP is not available in the released version of Illustrator" and that it requires beta access. My questions:Is UXP now publicly available for Illustrator (as of February 2026), or is it still beta-only? If it's available, where can I find the Illustrator UXP API documentation? I can find docs for Photoshop (require('photoshop')) and InDesign (require('indesign')), but nothing for Illustrator (require('illustrator')). Specifically, I need to place images into the active document. In InDesign I use app.activeDocument.place(). What's the equivalent API for   Illustrator? Is it placedItems.add() like i

Used Photoshop since 1996 - never had ‘items on my screen have a blue outline/edge’.REALLY annoying when trying to line something up - visually.Someone suggested View>Show>Layer Edges in another question - but that doesn’t turn the blue lines off.How do you turn this really annoying ‘feature’ off? Also: When I budge something - I get a ‘tutorial offer to explain nudging’ window on the left - can these go away forever as well?

Hello, I need some help please.I can't import photos into Lightroom Classic. When I try to locate the folder, the thumbnails appear gray with no preview. When I try to quit the software, it crashes. I've tried everything: updates, creating another library, uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom Classic, restarting—nothing works. Thanks
