i created an image in 1600x2400px @150ppi and relink to a 1600x2400 web document with 50px margin, but somehow the effective ppi went down to 75 ppi. Actual ppi still remain 150. This is driving me crazy, Please help.

The program is not editing the video but is still debiting credits.

I have preflight set to flag images that are below 300dpi.  it works great except for one vector Illustrator file that it keeps flagging.  It’s vector, so it has no resolution?  this is the only vector image file it flags.  here are screenshots of the images, the preflight panel, and the preflight settings.  Why is it flagging this vector file as low res?

A simple question, without detailed explanation, as the question itself is sufficient :Does the number of rejected images in Adobe Stock affect sales and the account in general?

Please help me find out what is wrong with my images (generated in midjourney) ? I have quality issues. I will be glad to correct my mistakes and in the future upload only high-quality content. Thanks

The lightroom workflow when you want to edit a photo you have already imported before is absolutely ridiculous, I click on the image and what I expect the software to do is to open it, or to re-direct me to the version I have already imported before - BUT I DON'T EXPECTED IT TO SAY IT WAS ALREADY IMPORTED WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY OPTION TO RE-EDIT THE IMAGE!!!!! This is absurd! . WHY DO I HAVE TO SEARCH IT AGAIN ALL THE TIME??? Can you get better on this, please? It's so simple and intuitive. Get better.

I'm having a persistent issue where Adobe Fresco completely freezes at the "Creating new document..." loading screen. It also freezes when I try to use the "Import and open" option. I am unable to enter the canvas at all.My PC specs are well above the minimum requirements, and other Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator) are working perfectly fine. What I have tried so far (none of these worked):1. Updated Adobe Fresco to the latest version (v 5.7.0).2. Reinstalled older versions of Fresco, but the same issue occurred.3. Performed a clean uninstallation and reinstallation of the Wacom tablet drivers.4. Disconnected the Wacom tablet and tried opening/creating a document using only a standard mouse.5. Verified that Hyper-V and Windows Hypervisor Platform are completely turned off in Windows Features.6. Deleted the Fresco preferences folder inside %localappdata%\Packages\Adobe.AdobeFresco... to reset the app.7. Temporarily changed the Windows Region settings to the United States.8. Checked Wi

Hi guys, just wondering, is it possible to use one layer animation to mask out another layer? If so how do you do this please?Would be very grateful for any help on this one please.

Hi! I am very new to Adobe Stock - I already have Shutterstock up and running, and most of my images get accepted there - figured I would branch out here. of my first 30 files submitted, only 4 were approved. These are two of the accepted ones: https://stock.adobe.com/ca/stock-photo/id/2035606375 and https://stock.adobe.com/ca/stock-photo/id/2035605078and attached here are some of the rejected ones. I feel a little crazy, they all seem to be of the same quality, and since they are macro, they all have blurry areas that I quite like in my photos. If anything, I was moreso expecting the ones that were accepted to be more iffy in the system. All it says is “Quality Issues”. Any idea as to what I am doing wrong? Is it something to do with how they are edited? Thanks!

I am using an Nvidia 4080 on Win11 pro. All drivers and software up to date. I have no idea why Lightroom sees it as windows 10 business. It's windows 11 pro. Regardless, the card obviously blows the system requirements out of the water. Any idea why I can't use this new, 1200$ card for full acceleration?

This issue has plagued me for years and is the single reason I utterly despise dreamweaver it drives me out of my mind even though I have notes switched off it still randomly makes _notes and I end up wasting massive time searching and deleting the _notes plague, good God please help me

Hi everyone — I’m editing/mixing a film in Adobe Audition 5.1 after sending my Premiere Pro sequence to Audition, and I’m running into a major issue where Audition is not properly reading some of the audio files, especially music cues. The files play normally in Finder and in other apps, but inside Audition they either won’t open correctly, show no waveform, or appear as extremely short clips. In the Files panel and Properties panel, Audition is showing these WAV files as having 0 duration, even though the source audio is several minutes long. The files appear to be standard WAVs:Sample Rate: 48000 HzBit Depth: 32-bit floatFormat: Waveform AudioChannels: mono or stereoThis does not seem to be a simple 44.1/48 kHz mismatch, because the project and files are both 48 kHz. The issue seems to be that Audition is interpreting the source files as empty or zero-length. Many of the problematic files are Premiere/Audition-generated “Extracted” WAVs from the Send to Audition workflow.I’ve tried exp

Enable generator is checked off in Preferences so I'm not sure what else to do.  I work in photoshop all day for an in-house corporation I really can't afford to be missing this. Please help!

I work in a post production facility that utilizes a local nextcloud instance in combination with premiere productions.  This allows for pretty reliable sync times due to every workstation and the server being on the same network.  We haven’t had many issues but, have run into duplication errors due to remote editors jumping into the production when the project locks do not sync fast enough.  The workaround for this at the time being is to remove the duplicate project and then copy it back in through the productions dialogue. This assigns a new ID to the project and the errors go away. We have also moved to consolidating projects for remote editors. This way they do not touch the production that in office editors use. I was wondering if the community had any tips or ideas on methods to increase productivity and reduce these duplicate errors.  Please let me know your thoughts!  Thank you for reading and I hope you have a great day!

I need a current answer to this question for Mac OS 11. I just set up a new computer, and Adobe "helpfully" installed scores of completely-useless-to-me profiles (various camera types, etc) that  I have to scroll through, in order to get to the handful that I actually use. I need to get these things off my system (or, at the very least, group them together at the bottom of the list, somehow) in order to not have my workflow grind to a halt, having to scroll through all of this stuff I did not want or ask for. Please help! They are not in the ColorSync folder in LIbrary, btw. I've looked everywhere

When updating metadata fields for a multiple selection in the grid view, only the current photo field updates. It used to update the metadata field for all selected photos.I use this lost feature to update metadata fields such as sub location, caption etc for a couple of hundred photos at a time.I am now having to enter the data per photo which becomes a huge task.

so I'm a full-time artist and and I've been using Adobe Aero for their experiences for years recently heard Adobe Aero  is terminating their app so I need help to see what other programs I could use any suggestions

Hey, can you view the typefaces DIN 2014 Demi and Aktiv Grotesk Hairline on Adobe Fonts.

I am trying to import .mp4 files from my DJI Matrice 4T but none of the files are able to be imported into premiere. I belive they are recorded in HEVC 265, but that has not been an issue before when using Mavic 2 & 3, I haven't had any problems with HEVC 265 before atleast Any one else seen this?

Currently I use the gauss tools from Photoshop to blur faces. Is there something within Lightroom I can use for this? There is this new feature for getting parts of the image out of focus but I could not find a quick way to use it for my task. Thanks!

l'appli se bloque avec un écran noir après quelques secondes d'utilisation. Redémarrage, réinstallation, .. rien ne fonctionne. Une solution ?

Hello,  i'd like to know if there is a way to draw a perfect circle in Fresco (or a square) for iPad? Is there any shape tool? or anything else to do it? If not, maybe it would be great to add it on the next update, it can be really helpfull for the first sketches. Maybe a tool like in Procreate since Fresco seem to be a direct competitor to Procreate. I love Fresco but with this tool i would love it more;-) Thanks a lot! j.   [Renamed by Mod]
