Solved

When working with images (png., jpg., tiff etc) I no longer see thumbnails of the images in the directory I am working in. If I open the image and do some work on it and then do a Save as, move to the directory I want to save in I still do not see any thumbnails of the images in the directory, only generic icons. I have not changed any settings in Photoshop so don’t know what has happened.

When linking to an AI file, then embedding: why can't illustrator embed the original AI data, with the original grouping and layer order? It is its own file type after all.

Two requests.Make a settings option to turn on or off the AI assistant window and make off the default. Make a settings option to turn on or off the Tools window and make off the default.I open reader 100% of the time to read documents, as do most users. I never use the tools and I do not want AI to summarize stuff for me. I want the unvarnished content and I want it to fill the screen and not have to deal with closing down the windows I never use.

Some time ago, I subscribed to Adobe Firefly Pro Plus for 27,45 € monthly for the first year. 9 days ago, I cancelled the subscription, but soon after, I restarted it for the same price.  Strangely, I have not received a new e-mail confirming my re-subscription for the old price. If I start the web application for Firefly, I still have 10.000 monthly credits and it says “next invoice on August 1st” - however, I seem to not have received an invoice for July 1st. Also, under my subscriptions, it doesn’t show any subscription right now.  I’m a bit irritated as Firefly seems to work just fine, just like before, with 10k credits available and most of the image models generating for 0 credits up to 2K quality.  Would be awesome if support could help me with this! Best,Alex

Hello Everyone.I have a lot of Photoshop and Lightroom presets, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to convert some of them into .CUBE LUTs for Premiere. Thanks

Hi there. Hoping someone may have a fix to this issue. Since installing Adobe Photoshop 2025 (Version 26.1.0), all but two of the printer profiles have disappeared from my printer profile options. I've currently been exporting as a high quality PNG and printing them through illustrator, but this is inconvenient. I've spent hours of googling and even reached out to Adobe tech chat, which annoyingly enough, the person I was talk to ended the chat with no contect after about 30 minutes. I did find that if I copy my ICC file from the spool/drivers folder and place it in c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\adobe\color\settings, the speceific ICC profile and all the missing usual ones return. BUT THEN, they all disappear from Illustrator and I can't get them back there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been driving me insane the last couple of days. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled both Photoshop and Illustrator a couple of times. Didn't work. I also u

about 9 days ago, I started a 7-day free trial of an Adobe plan ( monthly plan for firefly pro plus). Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended. After the trial expired, Adobe tried to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because there were not enough funds.I was unaware that a charge would be made automatically after the free trial ended. Right now, I’m unable to cancel the plan from my account settings because it says I need an active subscription , but I would like to avoid the payment being processed or the subscription being activated.I also haven’t used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Could you please help me cancel this plan and make sure no charges are made to my account? I understand there might be a cancellation fee for annual plans, but I would really like to avoid that if possible. I also understand there is a 14-day refund policy whivh is Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14

I'm trying to find the Adobe Acrobat/Reader unified installer that can be customized in the Adobe Customization Wizard. I need to deploy a custom version of Adobe Reader/Acrobat to work computers. The issue I'm seeing is when using Acrobat with the Adobe customization Wizard, the suppress sign in feature does not work. The other features appear to be working. I am able to block cloud access and block the EULA. The main issue here is if a staff member doesn’t have an Adobe Pro license, they won’t be able to use the software. My employer has an enterprise license and we have already tried downloading a copy from the admin console but that didn’t work because it was the wrong version and couldn’t be loaded into the Adobe customization wizard. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I’m specifically saying in the prompt to not animate the image/product other than a camera zooming pan yet it continues to waste hundreds of my credits animating what should be a still product.

Hi,Is it possible for You to make the same align tool as You did in Illustrator, the tool called Horizontal & Vertical Align Center - I just love it and I save a lot of extra “clicking”! 😆Best regardsFrode

Hi ,I am using Lightroom mobile app for few years now and after editing photos I always exported them to be download on my samsung device and they showed up in Lightroom album. At the moment I do all the same but even the app says that photos were exported , they not show in any album in my picture gallery. How to fix it?App has permission on.

where is the violation?

Shouldn’t the center be the origin point? It’s weird when the top left is the origin point, especially considering how you would need to move an images center to the top left to even have it there correctly.

This is opposite of what most people would want to do, but I would like to add a piece of 24 fps footage to a 30 fps comp so that 24 frames still takes 24 frames, meaning the footage will play back a little faster and run a little shorter. In other words, at 24 fps, 120 frames takes 5 seconds to play, but I would like to drop it into a 30 fps comp so that it takes 4 seconds. I know I can time remap it, but it would be neater and more precise if I could just tell it to align the frames as they are. Thanks!

Hello everyone,  I looked online and seem not to find a answer to my question. Is it possible to make a displacement/Height map from your normal map on SP? Heres a example; you purchase a premade high rez basemesh that includes texture and normals but would like to use the high frequency details from the normals in zbrush but zbrush does not use normals maps. So now you need to convert the normals map into Height/displacement maps and how would you go about doing so in SP? I hope to hear from your soon and thank you in advance.
