Solved

Since Microsoft Intune was installed on my Windows 11 machine, PhotoShop, InDesign and Premiere Pro regularly freeze for 20 to 30 seconds. During this time the applications do nothing but I can switch to a browser or email client and use those just fine. Once the Adobe app ‘recovers’, it continues to work fine for another few minutes, at which point in time it will freeze again for 20 to 30 seconds.Task Manager shows no excessive CPU load during these freezes. There is still plenty of spare RAM available on the 64BG i7 portable. As I already said, all the Adobe applications that I use do this, but I spend the most time using Photoshop. The freezes are very annoying and sometimes force me to redo actions that were interrupted. Tips and tricks to resolve this are appreciated. Our own IT team cannot fix it and claims no one else in the company has this specific issue.

I am no longer able to request signatures via the ‘new view’ in Adobe Acrobat, and the ‘old view’ is clunky and not user friendly. I pay $20 a month for this service and I’m not able to use it properly. Then, when I need support, there’s no phone number or help line, not even an email address listed for me to get some help with resolving the issue. A large part of my job is having clients sign documents, so I am happy to leave Adobe as they obviously could not care less about customer satisfaction.

I had to reinstall Photoshop yesterday and now my computer is telling me that I already have it installed on 2 computers and if I don't deactivate one of them I won't be abel to use it. I only have it installed on one computer and I just reinstalled it on that one. My deactivate button wasn't available. I can't contact anyone at adobe. Please help.     [CS6 added by moderator for clarity]

When one selects E-sign from the top menu in acrobat it provides options to file, sign and save a document. When the option to “save a certified copy” is selected Acrobat generates a copy of the document. However, that document does not get saved locally, it generates the document and provides a link to save it locally. Respectfully, WTF Adobe. I did not ask you to take possession of my personal documents. Now I am trying to figure out how to delete these documents from adobe servers, but they are not showing up in my files in cloud storage. I can see them as recent documents in acrobat and online at https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home, but there is no option to delete them. Again, WTF. I think it’s time to start air-gapping my machines every time I need to open a personal document with an Adobe product.

Sometimes the ‘Find’ function in Acrobat works, and sometimes it doesn’t. I can search for a word that is clearly visible on a page, and Acrobat responds that no matches were found. If I carry out the same search by opening a PDF in any browser, the search works without fail. I have tried purging the search cache, as suggested elsewhere in these forums, but the issue remains. The ‘Find’ function is so unreliable that there is little point in using Acrobat when reviewing documents.

How do I set up an A5 novel? So I have my Word doc but can't seem to get the InDesign to set up properly; I can't seem to get any templates of what I need either. It's just an A5 fiction novel, about 300 pages in a Word doc. Can someone help or even make a simple template or anything...? Thanks

Hello Adobe Stock Team,I am having a problem with my Adobe Stock Contributor account. For the last 4 days, I have been receiving the error:"You have reached weekly submit limit."Previously, my dashboard showed a weekly submission limit of 51, but now the submission limit is no longer visible. My account is fully verified. My tax information and payment details have been approved. My current portfolio status is:7 accepted files 59 rejected files 15 files currently in reviewThe problem now occurs even when I try to submit only one image.I have already tried logging out and back in, using different browsers, using Incognito mode, and waiting several days, but the issue still continues.Could an Adobe Stock moderator please check my contributor account? It seems there may be a backend submission limit or submission counter issue.Thank you for your time and assistance.

Can photoshop for iOS run actions in the new iPads?

Hi my Contributor account was banned 1 year ago, i have appealed several times, will i get my account back? This is really frustrating.

Lightroom Desktop AI Denoise tool not working. My AI Denoise was a Denoise button you clicked and a window would pop up with a percentage slider then click denoise. It was saying the photo format was not supported (but it worked last week- photo formats were cr2 and cr3).I unistalled and reinstalled and then the new Lightroom Desktop did not have AI Denoise, but instead a Denoise slider (like the mobile version on my ipad). How do i get back the AI Denoise with percentage slider for desktop? I have a Mac Mini M4.

I uploaded a GIF to act as a clickable link to view another page on my portfolio, as I have done 3 other times previously without issue. Except this time, the GIF disappeared when I left the page and only the caption is visible. When I published the site, (Under the “COMMERCIAL” page), the gif is invisible, yet still clickable. The “SHORT FILM” page has examples of how the GIF should function, and I’ve uploaded and formatted this new GIF on the “COMMERCIAL” page the same way I did the other ones but for some reason this one won’t show up.My portfolio link: https://julianbarnes334.myportfolio.com/work

Attached, then image should be black and white and Thumb finger size

When I create an XLIFF export, the exported ZIP file is empty. This happens only with one of our Books. We have successfully exported four Books, but the last export is empty. We always use this settings.

Color Mechanic (plug in filename is ColorMechanic2-64.8bf) is a plugin that's not been supported for several years. However, I have receently installed it on another Windows 11 machine running Photoshop 2025 and it works fine. However, when I first try to use it (Filters>Digital Light & Color>Color Mechanic), it prompts me to enter the activation key. Before I can do that, the activation window disappears and Photoshop locks up. Is there a reason this plugin won't work in PS 2026? I had no trouble activating it on machines running earlier versions of Photoshop.

Is there any way I can download all my Photoshop Cloud files to my desktop? Either from the Creative Cloud App or from the Web. Please Help!!

I regularly use Save as Other>Reduce PDF size for multi-page directories with lots of photos. I tried it today and Acrobat wants me to upgrade. I am a long-time Creative Cloud subscriber. I use Acrobat through CC -- Version 2026.001.21691.I don’t need 100 AI functions, just the simple compression that’s always been available in the standard package. Is this a mistake? Or is there another way to shrink the size of a bloated PDF?TIA.

Hi, I'm having a persistent issue accessing my Plans & Payment page at account.adobe.com/plans. Every time I navigate there, I get the error: "Unable to load data — An error occurred. Please try again." Clicking Retry does not fix it. The error appears immediately and consistently, not just once. I also tried the Support History page (account.adobe.com/support), which shows the same "Unable to load data" error and says it could not retrieve my support cases. Additionally, the Adobe Virtual Assistant showed "Service Unavailable" at the same time. I cannot see what plans are currently active on my account, which is concerning as I may be getting charged without being able to verify what for. I also tried contacting Adobe support via live chat, but that was unavailable too. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a known fix or workaround, or can an Adobe team member please look into this and help me view my active plans? Thank you
