I am experiencing issue with the server on Adobe Scan Android App even after having a connection. Have tried Cellular data and WiFi both but it's not working, even tried another device but no luck!

I have a PDF file that is password-protected, and I need to access or edit its contents. Is there any simple and reliable tool that can help remove the password? Preferably something easy to use for beginners. 

Hi there,When I open my photos in Photoshop (26.3), Tiff or Jpegs that I exported from Hasselblad Phocus software, I notice they are darker than they are in Lightroom or in Hasselblad Phocus. In Lightroom and Phocus they look the same, but look darker in Photoshop, and if have Phocus open, I can see my photos in Phocus get darker when I open same photo in Photoshop. Same happen in Lightroom, I can see my photos getting darker in LR, when I open in Photoshop at same time, and back to normal when close Photoshop. I tried to export from Phocus software in different color profiles (sRGB, Prophoto and Adobe RGB) and same thing occur. Tried different color profile in my monitor (one that I created with calibrator, tried with sRGB IEC61966-2.1 and others) and same thing happens. As Photoshop support colour management, is this some incompatibility in Photoshop 26.3 and my MacOS Ventura 13.7.4, or any other software?(My equipment: iMac 27” with Ventura 13.7.4, Photoshop 26.3, and Ligh

Hey everyone. I’m on a CC Pro plan with 4,000 Firefly credits per month. Adobe’s running a promotion with “unlimited generations on select models”. I’m grateful for the promotion, but I’m still having credits deducted from my balance when using those models covered by the promo. How do I fix that?  

Recently Acrobat has started a strange behavior of clearing out the entire file name when I try to use a decimal as part of the file name. For example, when I have a new document, and I click Save As, I start typing the file name, and if I type a decimal, the next time I type a space after that decimal it clears out the entire name. So - “Test - 1234 - Testing - 1.99 “ As soon as I type the space after the “99” it clears out the entire file name. If I do not type a decimal, there’s no issues. Is this a bug? It never used to do this prior to a 5-6 days ago when it started.

So i used to work with PS22 and i have to separate image colors for industrial printing, usually into CMYK+Pantones. I had an accurate visualization of the way the colors mix and overlay. Or, you know, as accurate as it can be - just a good standard measure norm for different clients.A while ago, my boss got me PS24, and since then i’ve been having trouble with the visualization of spot colors mixing/overlay/solidity. As shown in these captures:→ Here’s the image with only CMYK channels enabled, displays alright:→ Here’s the same image, where the Yellow channel has been made into a spot color (that will print with Pantone). It nearly blocks everything, like it lays over the other channels.→ My coworker suggested i leave the Yellow channel as visible, which for us is a common troubleshooting when the image doesn’t load/print correctly on Illustrator, but that doesn’t work either :(I have obviously tried to change the solidity to different levels, but it doesn’t match the final printing

I need my refund as I was using the trial version and I wasn't satisfied and I cancelled my subscription immediately before trial period end and I was still charged 340rs for a months subscription.I would like my money to be refunded

What if my designs are not accepted by Adobe Stock due to  copyright issue while I had made the illustration designs through a  paid plan of a well known graphic designing platform? At the time of making the designs, no watermarks were there, but later they ( watermarks)  appeared after the subimssion on Adobe Stock on the original designing platform. How to deal with it?

Requesting refund! Was charged for a month, when I selected the one month option it said 7 day free trial included. I canceled my subscription within the hour and I got an email from my bank that I was changed. 

I had some text messages that I need to lock or save to my phone but I don't know how to go about doing that and I was wondering if I could somehow save them as a file to my Adobe Acrobat

I just had this image rejected for ‘Similar content in our collection’, but I can’t find any images like this, at least not from this place (Pukara de Quitor at San Pedro de Atacama, a well-known tourist destination). I’m struggling to understand the rejection reason, so I am at a loss as to what to do to avoid this going forward. Could it have been the chosen title/keywords? I thought I was being specific enough... Many thanks! 

Adobe Premiere Proでテキストのアニメーションを作成しています。 「位置（Position）」と「スケール（Scale）」にキーフレームを打ち、テキストを縮小しながら移動させたいのですが、意図した直線ではなく、曲線を描くように移動してしまいます。 おそらくベジェ補間（イーズ）が影響しているのではと思っていますが、直線的に移動させる方法が分かりません。 また、アンカーポイントの位置も関係するのか気になっています。 やりたいこと：・テキストを縮小しながら・一直線に移動させたい 質問：① 直線的に移動させるにはどの設定を変更すればよいでしょうか？② アンカーポイントの位置は影響しますか？

Hello, I was charged immediately after starting a free trial likely because I had previously used a free trial on this account. I cancelled the subscription shortly after the charge, and from what I’ve seen in similar cases, a refund is usually processed within a few working days. Could someone kindly confirm that my refund is currently being processed? Thank you very much.

Since my company set up my Adobe CC subscription earlier this year I've had this issue from the very beginning.    From time to time the message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every result has a blue button when you hover that says "Free with trial". When I click the download button, the filename has "preview" in the name and there are diagonal watermarks all over the image.   Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I already have a plan that my employer pays for. The app itself is telling me that I have unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. Every time I open a page in code view the font is a different size. Sometimes they are microscopic, sometimes they are huge. I've reset the font size in Preferences about a hundred times but the font size lucky dip keeps happening.Is there any way to get Dreamwever to just display every page at the font size that I've set in the preferences instead of displaying every page at a random font size ?

Hola, Estoy teniendo un problema para cancelar mi suscripción de prueba. Me registré para probar el servicio, pero no me gustó y decidí cancelarlo antes de que terminara el periodo gratuito. El problema es que el sistema no me deja cancelar. Cada vez que intento hacerlo, aparece un mensaje de error y no se completa el proceso. Ya cancelé los pagos automáticos desde PayPal para evitar un cobro, pero quiero asegurarme de que mi suscripción quede completamente cancelada desde Adobe. He buscado opciones para contactar a soporte, pero no encuentro forma clara de enviar un correo ni hablar con alguien directamente. Todo el proceso ha sido muy frustrante. I have recently reinstalled InDesign and, upon every launch, if I go to the Id icon to set some global settings or open the first document of the session, InDesign will hang (spinning beachball, marked as “not responding” in Activity Monitor). After about one minute, the hang is over (pun intended) and InDesign resumes perfect functionality (no slowness, no issues). It is as if it wanted to be by itself for a while. If I open a second (or 3rd, 4th, etc.) document no hanging happens. If I close all docs and open a single new one, no hang. It is just the first doc of the session.I have been able to capture a Spindump while it was hanging. Perhaps this can help engineers (or other knowledgeable souls here) find what is going on?Thank you very much!I am on macOS Tahoe 26.4 on an Apple Silicon Mac.I’m posting this here as well because there was no bug report community for InDesign available. 

I did something and all of a sudden the only line tool I have available is an arrow. Can someone please help me find the line again? Or maybe there's a website where I can download a new TPL file?Thanks!

I am getting a new computer and I was told I'd have to uninstall CC Photoshop from the old one because I can run CC Photoshop on one computer only with the subscription I have.  When I tried to use the Uninstall CC in my finder window, it stated that I still have some CC apps on my computer and I would have to uninstall them before I could uninstall the Creative Cloud app.  So I went through and uninstalled all the Creative Cloud apps that I could see in my Application folder in Finder.  Then I went back and tried to run the Uninstall app for Adobe Creative Cloud.  I'm still getting the message that it can't uninstall Creative Cloud because I have some CC apps on my computer that need the Creative Cloud app to run.  What am I doing wrong?  I just want to be sure that I can install Photoshop CC when I hook up my new iMac.
