Solved

I'm writing here as pretty much a last resort, I'm at wits end, so to speak. Some months ago I noticed Adobe has suddenly started charging a lot more than it used to, without giving me any warning they would do so. I figured that since I don't use all the apps, I could just as well change to just sub to Photoshop instead and get the whole thing cheaper. So I tried to do that, but no chance. My account won't let me change my plan. It won't let me cancel my plan, it won't let me cancel my account. I am completely locked out of doing any changes to my account whatsoever, and this is very frustrating with a tiny child in the house and tight finances and an Adobe account that blleds money without me being allowed to do anything about it.I've tried to contact support. Or rather, tried to find otu how to contact support, but all I get every single time I click on a link that says something resembling "contact us" is sent to the help center main page. Nothing works. I am completely locked out,

I was close to running out of space on my hard drive (“X”) so I transferred > 190,000 photos and the Lightroom Classic to a new hard drive, which has a different letter (“Z”). I did this using Windows Explorer instead of within Lightroom as I understood it was quicker and more reliable to use this approach. I then disconnected the old hard drive (“X”) to ensure all access to Lightroom was via the new hard drive. I am able to open the catalog in Lightroom but the folder structure does not appear. The Photos folder is on the hard drive but I can’t get the software to recognize it. It is my understanding that I shoud not use “synchronize” since I would lose all past edits. Is that correct? I also read about using the “Find the Folder” function but I don’t see that option anywhere. How can I get Lightroom Classic to recognize the photos that are stored on the hard drive and hopefully not lose the edits that are already incorporated in the catalog?

Problem is only on my phone app (Android), used to be fine just uploading standard videos, but now it says in red unsupported file type. Phone is only a year old and this used to be fine. I checked and tried uploading old videos that had been fine to upload before and got the same message. It's been a week now.I can upload the videos from my computer or laptop and it's fine, so I know the videos are supported.I tried uninstalling the app and installing again and no change! I need this for my job and it's so irritating not being able to just upload straight from my phone. Photos still upload fine from phone.

Hi All,I need to share a folder containing several cloud-based XD docs with an external agency. We are collaborating on a new design system, and will all need access to these shared files. I have read and followed along with these tutorials (Share a file or folder publicly, and Collaborate on Creative Cloud Libraries and folders) to no avail. Each tutorial tells me to highlight the CC folder via the web, and press the "share" button. However, on my end, my CC dashboard has no "share" or "add collaborator" button at all.The share button does appear when an individual XD file is selected, but I don't want to be sending my client a dozen individual invitations to working files. Like the tutorials promise, I would like to be able to send one folder, containing all the libraries and files we need for the project.Am I missing something here? Is this feature only available for enterprise accounts? Any advice would be helpful so I can troubleshoot the issue, or abandon the idea and save m

Hi. When inserting a table within a text frame, is there any way to ensure that the para style that the table is inserted into is always a particular style? For example, I have two para styles – Style A and Style B. Is there a way that I can ensure that an inserted table is always inserted into a Style B para, automatically? So the “container” para style, if you will, will always be Style B?Hope that makes sense! Thanks in advance.

С моей карты списали деньги оплату за год 12990 тг. Я карту не указывала. И не давала разрешения. Ни предупреждения что скоро спишется оплата. Ни оповещения. Просто взяли и списали деньги. Как мне теперь их вернуть?

Last week (when LR was working perfectly) I decided to move my catalog from my PHD to my laptop (windows 11)  hard drive. I folllowed all the instructions, but when trying to open LR - well it just wouldn’t open, but I could see it running in the background. To cut a long story short - I tried everything suggested and finally contacted support, who spent 2 hours  on my issue. I have been told I have a corrupt image/s that is causing this issue. I have been told to add a new catalog and import my files from the previous catalog. Which I did and it didn’t help. Then I was told to create a new catalog and import my files in batches to try and determine where the corrupt image/s are. I have over 900 files and over 180000 images. This is going to be a long, long process, which I am happy to do if I get a good result. I have 2 questions. Is there any other way I can check my images/files to find the corrupt one/s? If I add a new catalog - and then import all 180000+ images into the new catalog

I have purchased membership, but app still shows free.1. Verified both accounts linked are the same.2. Deleted app and reinstalled. Still problem persists.

After paying for Adobe Pro service for 2.5 years I am now attempting to cancel since I know longer have the need for it. 2 Questions: Why do you put “we get it” next to the option to cancel and then open a popup that just spins without ever loading a screen where I can actually cancel? Why is there no option to actually get through to a human being to get this resolved? Even to get here I had to finagle through several different screens where most links just sent me in a circle back to prior pages that didn’t work. Please proceed to cancel my plan as of today and send me confirmation of this. (I shouldn’t have to hassle with this further.) Thanks!

so now Adobe isn't allowing me to post this problem. I will post it elsewhere. WARP STABILISER used to work beautifully now it does the opposite of what I want and no changing paprmeters or detailed analyse does work

I'm be been trying for weeks to cancel my plan.  I get error messages every time I go through the portal, and even when I try to change my plan, I get an error message to say it hasn't worked.  I've now been charged over $200 and no replies to any emails, with the 'talk to real people' cheat option cleary being a bot, which just sends me back to the cancellation page which doesn't work.  I'm at my wits end with this and out of ideas short of starting legal action.

I'm placing a PNG file with a transparent background into Illustrator and it's showing a white background in the file. I've managed to remove the background again by selecting the 'Opacity & Mask Define Knockout Shape' tick box in the Opacity settings (image below)  However, when I save the file as an PDF, the white boxes re-appear (image below)Can anyone please help to find a solution to this issue or know what the problem could be?Thank you!

i couldn't finish the prompt I made for the image generator.it was cut in the middle so the image didnt turn out the way i wanted

Hello all.    I was able to offline activate my old photoshop elements 12 on my windows 10 laptop so i thought maybe i should get a version of premiere elements that will work with my laptop specs since it cant handle any of the new software.  So i went and got Premiere elements 14 and photoshop elements 14 from ebay (i know dumb idea).  the seller said it was new and sealed so i gave it a shot. i registered the serial number for premiere elements 14 and it went thru ok.  when i tried to do offline activation i get the serial number has been revoked when i try to get the request/response code to offline activate.    is there a way around this or is it still possible to transfer a serial number or license that will make this work even if i have to pay adobe a fee?   I was able to offline activate photoshop elements 12 so im sure i will be able to offline activate premiere elements 12 for my windows 10 laptop if i have to.  i was hoping to actually put premiere elements 12 and photoshop

Hi,I’d like to ask a question regarding Photoshop's 3D features:- When I have an EXR file open and click the 3-axis icon, a small window appears in the top-left corner of the monitor. However, when I change the view there—to "Top," for example—and click the "swap main and secondary view" icon, the main window displays only a checkerboard pattern (or pixelation) instead of the image corresponding to the view I selected.Could someone please tell me what I might be doing wrong? Many thanks.

I am in Adobe Acrobat DC, am working on a PC and am in Windows10 Pro. I am filling out a PDF form and when I Edit the form to create a text box with the text box tool so that I fill in the form, and try to type in the box, I can see the cursor moving along as if I am typing but I cannot see any text. The ink color is showing black, I've changed fonts, font sizes, I've done an Adobe Troubleshoot, repair, loaded and unloaded, save and resaved and nothing works.  This was working Friday and now on Monday it's not working.

I want to create a Web Form where the signers are not known in advance. The first user would open the Web Form, enter their name and email address, and sign the document. They would also enter their manager's email address into a form field.Once the user has signed, I would like Adobe Sign to automatically send the document to the manager's email address entered in the form so the manager can review and sign it.Is this possible using Adobe Sign Web Forms and Workflow Designer, or would I need to build a custom solution using the Adobe Sign API?

I was charged for a year subscription $76 I can not afford this. I got the free trial and cancelled right after. Will I receive a refund? I've already been charged :( I have no money and need food and this is making me so sad 😿

I was trying to download Acrobat Reader for my iPad and found this link on the Adobe website:https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile.htmlThe text clearly says free Acrobat Reader but the QR code leads to Acrobat Reader:Editor and is almost 500MB. I’m not interested in a subscription as I only want to read PDFs on this iPad, not edit them. I’m not fond of how pdfs display and navigate in the Preview app or Books app and though maybe the read Acrobat Reader would be worth trying. The AI chat on the above link is clueless.
