Hi, I bought the Photoshop CS6 Full Extended version online and recently when I try to re-install to my PC, it keeps asking me to input the serial number, however, I only have the licence key and can't find the serial number in the email.  Could you please tell me what should I do ?   Thanks, Amy

I accidentally clicked on "download" on a premium image while inspecting my search results. Can someone help me refund this? I have already deleted the file, and it has not and will not be used in any project. I reached out to support but they could only offer 5 credits, and i was deducted 60x credits for an image i will never use. Thank you!!

I am having trouble with the word "shree - श्री "in illustrator. When I type this work in any program besides illustrator it displays the word correctly. As soon as I bring it into illustrator the word changes the characters within the word. I have attached screenshots of the word in two programs (Word and Illustrator) using the same font. Hi,I was entering keywords for my images and suddenly the main panel was filled with "Welcome to People View."  I can't find any way to get rid of it.  Google says to go to Edit > Preferences > General > Privacy Section > deselect Enable Prople View.  But when I go to Preferences > General, there is no Privacy option and I can't find it anywhere else.  I don't want to use People View.  Please help me get rid of this screen and disable it in Preferences.  Thanks.Zaffer

I have an audio track of my brother singing, and a 720P still image of him as a cartoon.I would like to generate video which animates the image and lip syncs the cartoon with the existing audio.I initially got this warning But eventually got the process started with this prompt:Sync the audio reference to the first frame reference image.  Animate the reference image to be playing the guitar, and lip sync the guitar player singing the song. . Maintain the original zoom ratio throughout. The audio to be unchanged. The facial expressions to match the lyrics of the song.Unfortunately Firefly generated new audio, although it did a lovely job of syncing it to the visuals.I used Seedance 2.0The above 720P sized image as the First Image.A 343Kb mp3 of the first 15 seconds of the song.I have attached the resulting mp4.Is it possible to do what I describe above? Is there a secret to laying out the prompt?

Are these (see pic) boxes permanent? Or can they be turned off? They clutter up the timeline and get in the way of editing.

I need a refund it says cancelled but has given a date of 2027

It takes hours to do the things in Adobe DC that I can do in minutes on Adobe Standard XI. Is there any possibility of Adobr bringing Standard XI back?

I have my disc for Acrobat XI Standard.  Just got a new computer and there is no disc drive.  Since this is an old version, I am having an issue getting a downloadable file to reinstall.  After hours trying to get information/support, hope I can get some guidance here.  Every link support provides is to buy a subscription for the newest versions.

Hi everyone,I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release Version 2026.001.21691 (Enterprise) on Windows 11, and I’m trying to understand some behavior I’m seeing when working with PDFs.When I convert a Microsoft Word document to PDF, Acrobat changes some text to Minion Pro, which I understand it’s due to the fallback font.I also learned that changing the Default Font in Preferences only affects new text, not existing text. So:How can I change the font for all existing text in a PDF? Ctrl + A doesn’t select the entire document Acrobat only selects one text block at a time Some content, even single sentences appear inside individual text boxes I’d like to avoid exporting back to Word and reconverting if possible I’m seeing inconsistent text selection behaviorDepending on where I click, Acrobat behaves differently: Sometimes a whole paragraph highlights Other times only a single line appears in its own text box If I click in a blank area at the bottom of a page and press Ctrl

I had done a trial and then got charged on the same day I cancelled

For instance, when I send the manuscript to Adobe, pages 1-5 will print in the app successfully. But the page 6 will show blank and what was on page 6 goes to page 7. As I continue to scroll, eventually the last paragraphs that are wriiten on pages will drag to the next page and then the alignments of the page documents are all dragging into the next page. I bought a month trial to see if I could fix this but there is no way to bring the dragged paragraphs to the original page because of the page breaks. And if I have to rewrite it the fonts don't match. I have used Adobe for converting my word document into pdf before, but it aligned correctly. I don't know what's causing this to happen lately. I'm using a phone that I've used before.

I have been charged for 2 years for adobe. Charges for 19.99 and 4.99 a months for two years. Please refund all money back to my account. A free trial is FREE, and this is scummy business practices, and cause for a lawsuit. Fix the problem, refund my money, thank you.

Premiere Pro as duration sliders. They get in the way of editing. Especially for shorter clips. How do you turn them off, or toggle off?

Hello, I just started Premier Pro 2020.I have one question. Please look at the picture below. This is my Effects panel presets screen. After importing and using a preset created by someone else, several folders were created as shown in the picture above.I just did it for a test, so I don't need that folder anymore.I want to save only my own presets later. But the problem is, those folders can't be deletedDelete key is not activated even if I press the right mouse button.I've completely deleted Premier Pro, but those folders are still there.I even used a cleaner tool. Please let me know the solution.Thank you!

I have a very complex compound path and want to use a path to cut portions of the compound path while it’s isolated. I have not found any of the path finder buttons capable of doing what I want. I’ve included a mockup image that describes my problem. It’s a square with multiple empty circles within. At some points, I may want to modify just one of those ‘empty’ circles in a very specific way without interfering with the rest of them in the one compound path. How can I use one shape to modify another without interfering with the other overlapping shapes? Keeping in mind this is one compound path that I don’t feel comfortable releasing. In the mockup on the left you see three circles with one overlapping in the middle. The overlapping circle is a duplicate of one of the other empty circles -- that I created while in isolate compound path. I want the overlapping circle to modify the lower circle without affecting the upper one. The right image shows the result I’d like to achieve, but I’v
