Since updating to Lightroom version 9.4, I am told that I need to update AI settings before exporting photos, even if I have only applied denoise. The process then hangs, stops completely, and tells me that Lightroom needs to repair, and that I should reinstall it. Having done this, the same issue remains. I have now reverted to the previous update which is working fine.

Today I had a few prompts that did nothing more than animate the first frame, there was nothing in the generation that was in the prompt. How do I get reimbursed for promptless prompts?

We are seeing a recurring issue where users will try to open a PDF in Acrobat Pro or try to launch Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and it will not respond.After several minutes, the following message appears:A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error.  Task manager shows a suspended Acrobat background process. We get users back up and running via killing the process, then repairing the install and having the user sign out and back in with their Adobe ID; but the issue recurrs without rhyme or reason.I feel like we are spinning our tires with Adobe Support.  Our ticket has been escalated multiple times and is sitting with Adobe Engineering, but they have been very slow to respond and we need a resolution.Has anyone here run into this issue?  Any ideas on resolution?

I've been asked to create an instructional training about using the HP Active Pen G3 to perform a variety of tasks for our investigators, I am able to use the pen to highlight and select things or activate in a form an area to enter information to in Adobe, but I am not able to use it to sign or annotate the documents.  I can't write in the various fillable options in a form using the stylus.  No pop-up keyboard appears ever to be able to use to enter in information.  I don’t see an option to use it to enter text anywhere. I don't know if I am missing something obvious, but is there a stylus mode within Adobe Acrobat?  I thought the stylus pen would have more functionality to it within Adobe.  It appears to be unable to be used to fill in portions that I am allowed to type in.  Can anyone tell me how to use the stylus to be able to fill in areas of a fillable form designated for text?  Thanks in advance.

I have a form where the number is not really a list, but they are numbered by sections. I’ve manually tagged them as lists, however, I keep getting warnings on PAC and I honestly am not sure how to tag it properly!<section> <L> <LI> <Lbl> 3. Is there something I can do to fix this?  

Ever since I updated to the latest version of photoshop, the select and mask tool is giving me weird results. It is recognizing the subject in the photo, but it is recognizing it in the wrong location. Its as if it is selecting where the subject was before the image was moved to a different spot on the canvas. Photos attached.

My current default type tool is set to the Area Type tool instead of the standard T type tool. How do I change this? Windows 10, Adobe 2019.

My subscription renewal time has come for the account registered with REMOVED, but due to the economic conditions in Turkey, the annual fee of 10,000 TL is too expensive for me. I want to cancel my subscription. When I contacted support via chat, my issue was not resolved. Instead of a cancellation option, I keep encountering the payment section. Issue: During playback of projects, Adobe Premiere frequently stops updating the playhead (line that follows playback) in the Timeline Panel until the user stops playback. Once the playback is stopped, the playhead will jump to the correct location.   Verions Affected: Multiple versions of Adobe Premiere   I've seen a bunch of other forum posts about this and some mention "fixes" that include doing things like resetting your Workspace Layout, Resetting view settings, and even completely resetting your configurations - DON'T DO ANY OF THESE, SOME ARE DESTRUCTIVE TO YOUR LAYOUTS! AT LEAST GIVE MY FIX A TRY FIRST, AS IT'S ONE CHECKBOX!   Work-Around Fix: Go to EDIT > PREFERENCE > GENERAL and uncheck the bottom box that says "GPU accelerated UI rendering (restart required)" and then restart Adobe Premiere:   Re-open the project you were working on and you will notice immediately that the project will play with any Workspace Window setup selected, and any settings

With the direct selection tool (white arrrow) moving over an anchor they show up, but even if the anchor is selected the anchor blue box disappears as soon as the mouse moves away, so its impossible to select a handle.  I can still move an anchor, but its hard to select two anchors to joint the paths etc., sort of like driving blind.  If I click on a path, then hold down the command key, the hollow box anchors show up and the cursor changes into the selection tool.  The hollow boxes show up on selecting using the selection tool (black arrow).  I am pretty direct selection tool was working correctly last week (am an occasional user).I've know the difference between the select tool, direct selection tool, and group selection tool.   I think this happened a year ago and deleting a preference file helped.  I, quit illustrator,  deleted "com.adobe.illustrator.plist" in my user library, and tried again.  that didn't help.

Hi Community. Having a problem with Acrobat Reader. Just downloaded Acrobat Reader recently. The "Highlight selected text" tool does not work. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this problem? Excuse moi… What the hell is that?! It’s the first time in 15 years in After Effects I’ve had this: Absolutely nothing special here. A fresh project with one video precomped, tracked, camera and text added. That is all. I cannot use Advanced 3D today because it messes up my font. Tried resetting AE preferences with Ctrl+Shift+Alt on load.  Tried resetting font preferences, choose other fonts. Tried changing Advanced 3D preferences.AE 26.0.0, 14700K, 4080, 64 Gb of ram

**Summary**The thumbnail strip of past images is missing in the Firefly Edit page when using Google Chrome, but displays correctly in Microsoft Edge. The issue is consistent and reproducible.**Missing UI elements in Chrome:**- Thumbnail strip of past images at the bottom of the Edit page- On the Generate page, only 2 cached thumbnails appear vs a full history in Edge (likely a browser cache difference)**Steps to reproduce:**1. Open firefly.adobe.com in Google Chrome2. Navigate to the Edit image page3. Observe there is no thumbnail strip at the bottom of the page4. Compare the same page in Microsoft Edge — a full thumbnail strip of past images is present**What I've already ruled out:**- Not an extensions issue (tested in Chrome Incognito — same result)- Not an account/login issue (My Stuff page looks identical in both browsers)- Not a failed network request issue (checked Chrome DevTools Network tab filtered to firefly.adobe.com — no red/failed requests, 527 requests loaded successfully

Hello I have been waiting for my credits to be set on April 22nd but that did not occur, now it's saying that it will be reset in May, which means I'll go in entire month without generation credits. I know they were about two other people who reported this but what could be done in this case since a month of the service has already been paid for, I have Adobe creative cloud Pro. Thank you. 

Hey all,I'm a novice Photoshopper and hoping a kind soul can help. I have searched for this answer but cannot get it right. I believe this is simple - and hope someone can describe clear steps to solve the issue! 1) I have a text box. It is a three letter acronym. I have selected size/font etc.2) I wish to make the text itself thicker - not bigger, or further spaced apart - simply, thicker. Can anyone tell me how to do that?  It's just a text box with 3 letters in it. Which I need to make thicker. Thanks!

Very disappointed with the removal of Photoshop Mix, the app worked perfectly. My Photoshop Express App shows no options to combine photos (or videos), or options to add layers. I can only edit a photo or create a collage. I signed up to premium on the assurance that the Mix features were present in Express, but that is not the case at all! Adobe's website is misleading, as it says you can combine photos by selecting the "combine photo" option from the home screen - this simply doesn't exist! I have cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no Mix features in sight. 

I have gone into preferences multiple times and unticked the boxes in prefences/general/messages from Adobe...the same applies for the 'tell me if adobe is not my default....' feature, but everytime I restart adobe, the boxes are ticked! I have tried as standard user and administartor, but they reset to being ticked! This was not the case when I had the free version and is very frustrating.version 2025.001.20474  

When saving files in Illustrator I'm getting random folders with jumbled letters that appear on my desktop with ".aishm"  What is this and how can it be stopped?

This has just started to happen, but not on every page.I create a new page (copy existing page in same folder and the edit with new information etc)  and when finished I check that it looks and works by using the Open in Browser command. Some pages as I have mentioned open fully but some look as if the CSS has been left out or is pointing to the wrong folder. I have checked that pages have the correct CSS which they do. I have attached some examples of the issue. When I check other pages that link the pages that don’t open directly from the Open in Browser do work as expected.Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

●アカウントA：職場で契約している「エンタープライズ版」で使用できるアカウント。パスワード不明。●アカウントB：いつなんのために作成したかわからないアカウント、プラン契約していないため削除したい。パスワードを把握している。 アカウントの仕組みがいまいちわかっていないので、下記の解釈で合っているかわかりませんが、状態としては、メールでAのパスコード（6桁の数字）を請求してもBの方のものが届いてしまいます。 ただ、Bでログインした状態で名前を変更すると、Aにも名前が反映されるという訳のわからないことになっています。（A・Bでプロフィール画像を別にしているので、Aの画像でBの名前になっている） ごっちゃになっているのでBの方のアカウント（情報？）を消したいのですが、どうしたらよいでしょう・・サポートに電話で問い合わせですかね。
