Als ik een masker wil maken dan crasht de laptop steeds. Ik heb alle updates gedaan van zowel het programma zelf als de laptop, gpu, etc. Heeft er iemand een oplossing?

Hello, it's been a week since i've requested a refund to my adobe subscription because i have forgotten to cancel the free trial subscription but after i've received the email that adobe has credited money to my card, i instantly cancelled the subsciption and it shows that the money will be refunded to me, after 3 days it shows to my paypal that the money is sent to my card, but its been 5 days and it still not appeared in my card

Apologies if this has been covered before but I'm pulling my hair out here.  I've a decent enough specced machine: AMD5950x, 128GB RAM, Win 11, 3xSSD 1xHDD, MOTU M2 Interface. Running latest version of Audition. I produce and edit podcasts. Currently working on one which is in a radio documentary format i.e. using short clips from multiple contributors, tied together by a narration, and with music added in places.Because the interviewees were recorded in a mix of in-person and online, audio quality varies considerably, so I want each person on their own track so I can process them individually. Clips are only 20-60 secs each. I'm 5 mins into the first episode, have 17 tracks on the go, and whatever audio hardware settings I use (MOTU ASIO, MME etc.) even with all the effects powered off on every track, I get loads of crackling on playback. I've tried all the obvious e.g. experimenting with latency, ensuring everything is the same sample rate, etc., but I can't elimi

From CC Fonts I installed Wingdings 3, not realizing Wingdings 1 was already being used. The Type panel gave an error message about Duplicate font. I uninstalled all Wingdings, but since then I am unable to load any Glyphs from the panel. No matter which Font I select, when I open the Type>Glyph Panel I get a Report Error message and after I send report InDesign shuts down. The only clue I have is in another instance I saved a font to a "Library" which I named. After that, when I opened indd files, versions of that font went missing. Once I deleted those libraries, everything came back. This time, however, I haven't touched the installed font families.

Hey I am just looking to make selection using the pentool.I click outside the area I have outlined and when I right click I get make a selection menu. After clicking make selection: I get the eyedropper tool not a selection.cheers Nate

Could someone please advise me on what I’m doing wrong? Every time I add a table of contents and tick the Balance Ranged Lines feature it doesn’t work inside the table. I end up having to force return which isn’t ideal as I copy and paste this into my mailing. This issue is consistent across all six newsletters. Please help.In normal text this works perfectly.

Hi, the task is to change a nigiri sushi plated on a black plate and change it to a white background. The issue I have is the ending of tuna nigiri is thin and transparent and it catches the dark reflection from the black plate, which making it difficult to retain that detail while changing background color to white.  I'm seeking help to see if there is a way to change background color of a nigiri sushi on a black plate to a white background while preserving the details? I made a edit to remove the semi transparent part but the payor said it was not realistic. The photo is being used on website menu board and print menu.  Concerns: 1. the dark reflection from the black plate (making the look not fresh) 2. ending flesh touching black plate requies preservation of details 😭Thank you so much!

I’ve used Adobe Lightroom for years and have always relied on three 6TB external HDDs (made by G-Tech) to store my photos and Lightroom catalogs. One 6TB external drive serves as my primary drive, holding my images and catalog backups, while a second 6TB drive is a full clone created with Carbon Copy Cloner. I also use Backblaze for cloud backup of my external drives’ photos and catalogs to be as thoroughly secure as possible. Just the other day, my primary HDD external drive became “toast” due to what appears to be a firmware failure—even after assistance and confirmation from Apple technicians.  (I suspected that the new macOS 26.2 update may have triggered the issue, but that’s another story.)  Unfortunately, there was no Apple solution. Now I need to purchase a new 6TB external drive as a replacement.  Should I move to a 6TB external SSD instead of another HDD, and if so, which models have worked best for you?  I’m currently using a Mac Studio with a 1

Dear all,I am an absolute beginner to Premiere Pro v25.  I have setup a folder structure on my harddisk that contains one project:Tutorial 1--Export--Media----Images----Video ----AudioProject (this contains the .prporj file) In Premier Pro, I have a Bin structure that has the same organization. Now, I want to copy the harddisk folders to Tutorial 2 but use a different video (which I would then place in 'Video' and add to the corresponding Bin in Premier Pro.However, the media (video, logos, etc) still point the the files in Tutorial 1 on my harddisk. -I tried Project Manager --> Consolidate.  This does not copy my folder structure-I have see that I can (temporarily) change the name of Tutorial 1, such that Premier does not find the files and I can manually relink all media. Does not seem to be a good approach? My question is: what is the correct workflow for handling a situation like this where I want to make a series of tutorials and just wan

Hi. Very much an InDesign newbie and I'm standing in a painful medical boot or a maybe stress fracture, so be kind. I've skimmed many posts here, watched relevant YouTube videos, and spent a few hours with Google's AI which appears to know InDesign well.  So pardon me if I repeat others' posts. I signed on for a year of InD in order to selfPub two novels based on my first selfPub that was formatted by pros at Booknook. Despite minor stumbling blocks (I failed to get my indb book's add-chapter plus sign to let me navigate to my indd chapters in Creative Cloud so I had to resave them to my computer where they don't have autosave; and styles looked like too much to learn [I've never used them in Word] so I did a lot manually), I've set up my book Double Time as an indb book with all 43 chapters formatted manually. I've gotten rid of excess pages by manually adding or subtracting blanks to get all chapters to begin on the right. It looks great, exactly like Swimming, the paperbac

In my laptop, masking function is not working. It continues to work on my mobile. I am using windows 10pro, intel i7, 16gb ram, 4 gb graphics card Nvidia  Geforce GTX 1050. I have attached a screenshot of the error message and system info. Please help. Thanks in advance

I had to completely restore my Mac from a Time Machine backup. Now all Adobe Apps do work fine, but Creative Cloud does not recognize them anymore - so I cannot update them. How can I re-register Photoshop, Bridge and Acrobat Pro with Creative Cloud without reinstalling them? Reinstall would loose all my preferences and macros 😬

I'm having a lot of issues with making changes to text within an existing text box. I used to be able to just select the text box (with existing text in it), click the text tool and insert it anywhere in the text paragraph to make changes but now, I'm having issues just trying to select the text box ( I have "show edges" selected) even when it's on the top layer (and the layer is selected) and then, after multiple "clicks" and it's finally selected,  every time I use the text tool, when I click where I want to insert or update text, I get the default new text box with the large "Lorem Ipsum" greek text in it. I can't insert the text tool within an existing text box to edit the words!  This is unreal! There was never an issue with editing text in the past. Any suggestions?I'm using an iMac M3, using macOS 15.7.1 and Illustrator 30.1.  This started when I updated Illustrator about a week ago.  HELP PLEASE.

Hi All - I want to apply a color selected with the point color dropper to a mask. Not finding an obvious way to do that, and haven't found anything useful in help or community...

Merry Christmas everyone.I am realtively new to Ai. I design wood engravings so I must export my final Ai files as SVG, then into a CNC machine (objects and text). They need a custom graphic style applied for the CNC to read.I have never been able to select all objects and apply the grahic style to everything at once. Some objects always get missed. I have to check and/or manually select objects, then apply the graphic style I need. I usually miss one or two objects and this messes up my cutting. Is there a way to display a list (maybe in the layers palette?) that shows all objects and the graphic style applied to them. This would allow me to check if I missed applying the graphic style need to all obects.Or perhaps there is another trick to selecting all objects I am missing—I am using "Select ALL" then clicking on my graphic style.  It just never seems to apply the style to ALL, only some objects. Thanks in advance.

Hello,Can someone convert my INDT file to IDML? This is the link https://we.tl/t-FwhKNkvuAKI've got an old version of Indesign and impossible to open it.Many thanx by advance 😉Olivier

Hello Adobe Community,I am posting to raise a concern and ask for guidance regarding the recent removal of DXF export functionality in Adobe Illustrator.Based on what I’ve been able to find, Adobe’s position appears to be that Illustrator is intended for design rather than engineering use, and that DXF support was removed due to maintenance cost. Unfortunately, this change has had a significant and immediate impact on my professional workflow.I run a small metal art business and have used Illustrator for years to design vector artwork that is then sent to laser cutters. Illustrator has been ideal for this because it handles large, complex designs far more efficiently than CAD tools like Fusion, which tend to become slow and cumbersome at scale. I was using Illustrator strictly for design and not engineering.  The DXF export was the critical bridge between creative design and physical fabrication. With this capability removed, that workflow is now broken. As a result, I recently mis

I just got an update to DESKTOP LR 9.1 and noticed that files that I have not added to LR (i.e., ones on my dropbox account) are somehow already in LR.  I do not want this. I want to (a) drop photos in LR (manually using a mouse from dropbox), (b)  edit in LR, (c) save to dropbox.  but I DO NOT WANT Lightroom TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO DELETE FROM DROPBOX.  THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Every time I seect a layer in Photoshop 27.2 on Mac OS (15.7.3) a bounding box appears around the entire image area, with a center-point indicator. It is very distracting and NOT helpful. Whenever the layer is selected it is highlighted in the Layers panel AND on the image. This is not the same as "Hover Layer Bounds." I like the highlight in the Layers panel but not on the image I'm working on, but when I click on the layer in the layer panel the box shows up on the layer. I keep trying to turn off useless additions to the app like this but Adobe keeps putting it back into the application without giving users a way to choose not to use it. I haven't spoken to a single designer or photographer who thinks this is a good thing.
