Hello 👋I’m experiencing an issue where my digital signature is intermittently not being written to the PDF, even though the signing process appears to complete normally. When signing a document, I enter my certificate PIN/key as expected. Acrobat then shows the usual signing progress bar and saves the file. However, in some cases, after the save completes, the document is marked read-only but the signature itself is missing from the PDF. There are no error messages shown. To try to resolve this, I’ve made the following changes:• Menu → Preferences → Signatures → Digital Signatures → Creation & Appearance• Changed Default Signing Format from PKCS#7 – Detached to CAdES-Equivalent• Menu → Preferences → Signatures → Digital Signatures → Verification• Unchecked “Require certificate revocation checking to succeed whenever possible during signature verification”Additional details and troubleshooting already attempted:• Running Windows 11 24H2• Tested saving files locally (not on a N

Whenever I press denoise to my raw photos, no denoise affects whatsoever is applied to my photo, on top of that there are suddenly more colour noise on my photo, does anybody have any idea why?

I was using nano banana pro, it was unlimited, but at some point it just changed to credits\photowhy so?

Please see attached video. Any guesses as to why? I'm trying to get it in between these two clips and it won't let me.

I was looking for my 2025 sub to download and correct corrupted files on my PC when I somehow triggered a version 2026 sub. Didnt think anything of it until I got an email from adobe ready to charge my card. Whatever I did, I don't want 2026 but there is no way I can find the "cart" wherein this transaction is waiting. Certainly nothing in the email. Suggestions please?

Hi,Avro Lancaster superb large 1/32 model, black wing undersides and fuselage, and tail fins, and silver wheel hubs, legs and tail wheel, blue has appeared in the black and silver of these as it was on a vivid blue cloth. What method to remove that, to get it as if it had been sat on grey cloth instead ?Placing it into a real scene this blue 'invasion' is readily apparent. I have the areas masked and selected but auto colour doesnt do it.  The wing underside especially has taken on a very blue look., feathering out as the wing dihedral takes it further from the cloth.I attach the .psd file with that mask. I have removed the real scene runway to keep file size down. With more than one model over the years photographed on this electric blue cloth, knowing how to remove the blue, and prior to that the magenta that was used, would be VERY WELCOME ! CheersMerlin

Hello. Is it possible to type text on the actual mood board? I want to type a word on the board, but the T (for text) is grayed out. I keep trying to activate it, but it stays grayed out, even when I click on an actual image. What am I doing wrong? Or, is adding (typing) actual text to the board not possible?

I just want to let Adobe know that by not making a more distinguished name for the new captivate they have made my last 6 months an onboarding a nightmare. It's been 6 months of me training dozens of instructional designers and multimedia developers the difference between the two pieces of software.I'm regularly told I don't know what I'm doing because when people "google it" or use "chat gpt" and it tells them they can do things that I've told them they cant... Then I have to explain the results they are getting are for captivate classic, not the new captivate... 6 months of this...Adobe... why do you hate your userbase this much? Yes, I've seen Adobe claim it will eventually have all the same features as classic... When? Show me. Give me SOMETHING, to tell to the other people in my company. Honestly as soon as this project is done, my goal is to never touch captivate again. I'm primarily a storyline developer (13 years) but I did use captivate classic for 4 years (versi

Last night I logged into my Adobe Stock account to find zero credits listed and a new notice saying"Available Stock quota, No Plan". My company has had the Team subscription for several years and we had over 700 adobe stock credits. What's the best way to sort this issue out?

Explanation:When I create a master logo file in Illustrator, I structure it so different orientations are on different artboard, ie landscape, portrait, compact etc. Then I will have the various colour options for each orientation on different layers ie, colour, reversed, white, black etc. This way I only have one file for all the different formats available. Then when I use them I import the artboard with the orientation I want and switch on/off the appropriate layers to chosen colour variation I want.Issue:Previously when I would import Illustrator files, I would only see one set of layers regardless of how many artboards were used in the Illustrator file. But over the past month or so, when I follow this same process i've been using for a years of importing the Illustrator files in to InDesign, i'm now seeing the layers repeated for each of the artboards.Simple example to help illustrate. If I have an illustrator file with with two artboards and two layers called 1 and 2. Normal

If I close a timeline, the next time I open the project, the timeline is simplified (flattened). Is there a way to turn this off? When I'm done working on a project I'd like to close the timeline I'm no longer working on, without deleting layers.

I have around 6k Thunderbird EML files, and how do I convert them into PST and PDF? Is there any easy way or shortcut? I can't waste my time in manual ways. Any suggestions?Thank you in advance!

I work for a company and we cannot figure out who the admin is. When I go to PLANS, there are no notes under our enterprise plan. There is also no phone number to call for assistance. If I can get at least an email address of who the admin is, that should help tremendousley. We have projects that need to be edited, and the plan ends today.

Why are the CC apps in all with the same icon and starting name. This is at best confusing. Plesase fix this.

Hi, I am struggling to find anything to help me with this, partly because I am not sure of the language to be used. It seems like a really basic question, but can you change the size of area the background 'dead' area of an image in photoshop? I'm talking about the space around the outside of images (in my case it's grey) which you can move around with the sliders. My issue is that it's super annoying to have this much space for the way I use photoshop. For example, if I need to select from one side of an image with the marquee tool to the other it will shoot my curser way outside the image and into this grey area, and I have to scroll back - really annoying! I've attached a screen shot of an image, and how it looks to me in my photoshop. You can see there's an excess of grey 'nothing' area all around the image (this is just one side). I hope this makes sense. I'm struggling to find the language as I said. Please someone help, I've been tearing my hair out over this!

Illustrator internally represents curves as Bézier paths, while CAD/CNC workflows rely on true ARC entities (constant-radius circular arcs). At the moment, there is no reliable way to export Illustrator geometry containing circular arcs to DXF while preserving them as exact ARC entities. All curves are approximated as splines or segmented polylines, even when the geometry is mathematically circular. This creates a serious issue for CNC workflows, where exact radii and true arcs are required for correct toolpaths, tolerances, and part fitting. A highly valuable feature would be:Detection of constant-radius Bézier curvesOptional conversion of those curves to true ARC entities during DXF exportOr an explicit “Export arcs as ARC entities” settingMany users create simple technical drawings in Illustrator because of its excellent drawing tools, but currently must redraw all rounded geometry in a CAD application to guarantee accuracy.Enabling exact ARC export would significantly improve Illustr

TO RENAME IT SAYS I HAVE PRESS F2, HOW DO I DO THAT PLEASE?

Photo edits arecompletely gone after re-opening the app. It isn't in recent edits, versions, etc. I have an exported version from Lightroom to reference, but I have to start at square 1 all over again and I don't understand how this happened.Version: Lightroom (9.0)Platform: Windows 11 Pro 25H2

My sound level only shows to -60dB. How do I get it to show down to -70?

I accidentally uploaded some of my photos to Content Credentials when I exported them, and I would like to remove them, especially since it allows anyone to see the original RAW photo. Is this possible?

Hi.  I am using Lightroom Classic 15.01 on a Mac mini, and this issue has only just started happening.  I have a number of attached drives.  On importing I can see them all, and I can create new folders on them, so Lightroom knows they are there and can access them.  When I come to export photo's I now can only export to my hard drive.  I have only just noticed this and it has not been an issue in the past.  I dont believe that I have made any configuration changes.
