Here’s a clean, natural-sounding English forum post you can use:Hello everyone,we are running into an issue with Acrobat Pro 2020 on a new device. We own serial-number licenses, so normally on first launch we get prompted to sign in with any Adobe ID before we can enter the actual serial number. In the past, this first sign-in always worked (usually we just used the employee’s email/account). However, on this new machine the initial login no longer works at all. After completing the sign-in process in Firefox, Acrobat simply jumps back to the previous “Sign-in required” window. This loops endlessly, no matter how many times we try.In Chrome and Edge, the login doesn’t even complete, it just fails outright.I’m aware that there are other posts about similar issues on the Forum, but unfortunately none of the suggested solutions have helped so far. What I have tried already:Deleted all Adobe-related registry entriesRemoved all Adobe program folders and AppData foldersReinstalled Acrobat

I have a book document intended to design both the print and ebook editions. For the most part I use layers to control what shows in the ebook and print versions. For print, I have some anchored objects in certain places: QR codes next to the text they support, and stylish section headings that I couldn't figure out how to do as simply inline so they are anchored text frames. I anchor them so that they stay in the right place (including the right page) while I experiment with font sizes, line spacing, margins, etc. But the problem is that because they are anchored to the main text flow (which is in the layer that is used for both print and ebook), the graphics are showing up the EPUB export - I don't want that. Is there a way to exclude all graphic content (or all anchored content) from EPUB export? Or a setting for the object itself to say it should not be exported? Google AI Overview says no (it suggests a hidden layer or moving them to the pasteboard, both of which defeat the purpos

I'm translating a bunch of documents of my company's documents from English to Chinese and I'm met with this problem, here's my usual workflow. Open PDF in Adobe Express. Translate texts from English to Chinese. Download translated PDF.(Numbers still normal at this point)Open translated PDF in Acrobat Pro (numbers still normal) and convert to word.Open Word. All numbers become boxes. I have made sure to use a font that is both compatible in adobe express and word. In my journey to fix it I found two things. If I changed the font of the numbers from a Chinese font to a roman font like Calibri in Adobe Express, download the translated PDF and convert it to Word, the problem goes away. When I open the PDF in Adobe inDesign and apparently all the numbers (that have become squares) is detected to be in Times New Roman.Anybody got an idea? I still have a few documents left to do, and I can't waste my time changing all the font of the numbers. (Some document got lots of numbers)

I will soon move to a new computer. I am moving from a 2017 Intel iMac running Ventura to a Mac M4Pro Mini running sequoia or Tahoe. It will arrive Monday and if it has Sequoia, I will update to Tahoe as a first step in setting up. I am a Creative Cloud subscriber, all my apps are current —except for LR which no longer is updated for my machine—so I plan to simply download to the new machine a new install of my apps from CC.1) How do I best handle moving my LR catalogs from the old machine to the new one?2) And my second question is about PS plugins. On my current machine I have multiple versions of PS, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026. Can I copy and transfer the most recent plugins from PS to the new install on the new machine, or is there some other process? I also plan to do new installs of those apps referenced in PlugIns, eg the Topaz suite and Q Image One. If I do that would they automatically install the plugins making my effort to move them unnecessary?Appreciate any advice and TIA

Dear community,Illustrator no longer works for me. After the program opens, it freezes immediately. I can't do anything. „Program is not responding."I'm using a 2024 MacBook Air with macOS Tahoe 26.1. Illustrator (30.1) is up to date. I've already uninstalled it twice (deleted old versions) and also run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, then reinstalled Illustrator, but none of that helped. Older versions (29.0) also freeze immediately. Closing all other Adobe programs does not help either.Does anyone have any ideas on how I can solve this?I would be very grateful for any useful tips.Best regards,Alexia

Hi. I noticed that the Lua SDK version for LrC that is available in the Adobe Developer console is still stuck at v14.3. Will there not be a SDK release for v15? I am hoping that all of the new AI and assist features might be getting better scripting support. (Also, maybe finally API support for image stacks...though that probably will never happen 😉 )

Illustrator 2024 28.7.10macOS Sequoia 15.7.2

I'm wanting to export an image in DNG format, with denoise already applied. How do I do that? Before, I could batch export a heap of files and the new DNGs created by Lightroom would have denoise already applied. Since the change to Denoise not creating a new file, I find the exported DNG files no longer have denoise applied.I've tried embedding the original RAW file, but it doesn't work either, but that defeats the purpose of what I'm wanting to do anyway, which is store a much smaller DNG file with my edits, rather than keep my original RAW files which take up much more space. How can I export a DNG file that can be re-edited later with denoise already applied? Thanks in advance.

My .pre is 2m 19s, but after exporting the .mp4 is only 2m 01s, cutting the end off. What do I do?

I am working on a five layer composite. I know I am on the correct layer (layer two). I want to use the clone tool or the spot healing tool, neighter will work. Again, I know I am on the correct layer, the tools should work but they don't. What is the problem??? Please do not ask me to send a screen shot of the problem because I can not send anything that does not exist and when the tools do not work---nothing exists to see.

Hi, I would like to create a script for a UI Script panel with two separate buttons: one for X Position and one for Y Position. The script should first separate the dimensions of the selected layer. Then, each button will apply the following expressions:PosX button: [thisComp.width] * 1/2PosY button: [thisComp.height] * 1/2

Is there anyone who works with transparent backgrounds in Photoshop and video, where the background of the video should be transparent? I have a video sequence downloaded from Stock (Green background) - where I can't get an alpha channel to work. I've tried both with video and with converting the video to a smart object. I've also tried with a video from Firefly - where I've added two video clips (Foreground video and alpha channel video) But I don't get the option to turn on the alpha channel. How does this works? Please help me ...

Is there a simple way to print from Lightrooom 9.1 without moving the edited photo file to Lightroom Classic?

Thought I would revive this old problem. Discretely fails to persist shortly after launch showing the sign up to newsletter page and the stand alone plugin app before crashing. Mocha has never been used. AE is up to date. Laptop is 1.5 years old - gaming spec ASUS Tuff with aftermarket 32GB ram, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H (2.30 GHz),  RTX 3050 GeForce.

Lightroom Classic shows photos as synced but originals never download.MobileDownloads.lrdata is never created.Sync.lrdata and wfindex were deleted.Disk permissions verified. This appears to be a known Lightroom cloud sync lock requiring an Adobe backend reset.

When I try to import files,  the auto culling window pops up. And at that point, Lightroom freezes. I can't close that window, or import or do anything.  The only way I can get out is by "end Task" in windows. Any ideas

hi all, this was not a problem yesterday. today, when i export my ai to png, the images are tiny. i can zoom in and they look fine, but they are not acting normal. normally, if i share one via imessage, it appears full size in the message bubble. these appear as tiny thumbnails. when i click to preview, they are still tiny, and i have to zoom in. My work around is to screenshot the zoomed in png. i hate that. it's stupid. i am exporting at 300 dpi, have my doc raster settings set to 300 dpi, and like i said, this wasn't a problem yesterday. Attached pics, vers, system thanks, david

The contexual task bar is an incredibly handy feature, but when typing in text bubbles, I find that it can often obstruct a large portion of the text bubble whenever it adjusts its position for a new text layer. It makes it hard to center the text without having to move the contextual task bar. Having an option to anchor, or to lock it in place would be a great quality of life feature.

My agency is considering a switch from Classic to the cloud-based LIghtroom, which Adobe appears to call Lightroom ecosystem. For those who have made the switch, what are the pros and cons? Is performance better in the ecosystem version? Do you lose anything by abandoning Classic? Anything else we should consider for the decision? I've posted here many times about our performance issues. Last month, we moved all of our original photos from a server destination to a hard drive connected via USB-C. One day last week, performance problems previously experienced on the server resurfaced, including:make an edit, several minutes before the change appears in Historyexport a photo via keyboard shortcut or menu command, several minutes before the Export dialog window appearedexporting would take longer than normal (I know duration depends on quantity, but a batch of 10 photos would take several minutes whereas it typically takes a few seconds) We don't store any video files in Li
