Solved

Hi, I have a MOGRT with texts flying onto the screen, which was made as centered in AE and also looks like that on the thumbnail of the Graphic Templates menu. But when I drop it on the timeline, the upper text is offset... longer text as much as they get cropped even, so I cannot align it manually  😞 See the screenshot attached (also for computer specs and app versions).I have cleared the cache (of PR) and updated both PR & AE (and exported new MOGRTs after)... any other advise? Thanks

I upgraded from version 25.2.3 to version 25.3 yesterday.  I can no longer import m2t files, which I have been importing for YEARS.  I also cannot close Premiere Pro; I have to use task manager to get out of it. Needless to say, I have gone back to Premiere Pro 25.2.3 for now. Windows 10 with latest updatesNVidia GTX 1070, Driver Version 572.8332 GB Ram

Hello,I would like to set the default tool in Adobe Reader to be the Hand tool instead of the Select tool. How can I do this? Every time I open a new document I need to reselect the hand tool, which is extremely tedious.  Thanks!

Hi. I'm having an issue with a single layer in an animation which I am exporting through bodymovin.I am using multiple track matte layers that sit underneath each shape layer of the penguin. The pink outline is the shape layer I am using with inverted alpha matte layers. This all plays perfectly in after effects but when I export out through bodymovin, the white belly does not mask (see screenshot on beige background). Is there a way of sorting this? I have tried auto tracing the layer and masking it, precomping the layer and masking, adding the white belly layer into the body layer so that it moves with it, and parenting the white belly layer to the body and masking. I have also tried putting the mask on a solid layer, and also creating a mask that is the opposite shape of what i've drawn, covering the area that the penguin is diving.I'm using After Effects 25.4. Any help would be so greatful. Thanks!

Until Premiere 23.6, there was a capture function for importing videos from external devices. It's currently unavailable. Do you know if version 23.6 can be downloaded?

Hi all,So I wanted to install the "Picture Package" plugin.  Went to:https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/print-photos-picture-package-layout.htmland then downloaded.  Well.......... How do I actually "install" it?!  All it does is give me a ZIP file, and even after unzipping, it's just a few files and a folder.  No installer, nothing. I have Photoshop 2024 on Windows 11. Thanks! CB

Hello! Recently my daughter wanted to get into 3d projects and such, so I let her use my designated apps for it, but now I've noticed she’s signed up for the Adobe Substance 3D with my Cash App card (I'm assuming it auto-filled), and looking through the Adobe terms if service, she's still not above the age allowed to start a subscription (she's 12 years old)Is there a way for me to get out of paying this fee that I didn't agree to without renewing my payment method? I wouldn't want to pay $60 for a program my daughter only used once for 15 seconds.

Hello  This symbol here has disappeared from my Acrobat and I don't know how to make it visible again. Well, actually I do, I have to log out - which confuses me even more... When I am logged out, it re-appears, but when I click on it, it tells me I have to buy a paid version. But I already have a Pro version through my job. So everything is very confusing. Where has this symbol gone and why does it not work (anymore) with Pro? Thank you

I'm trying to display some Arabic text in an InDesign document. It's a label which should read:المنطقة الباردة However, because the text box wraps over two lines, it's displaying as:المنطقةالباردة As you can see, this is bottom to top, rather than top to bottom. I've also attached a screenshot from within InDesign, showing it incorrect (on two lines) and correct (on one line). I am using the Adobe World-Ready Paragraph Composer, and character direction is set as Right to Left.I feel like I've hunted through all the settings, and searched online for an answer, but I can't find it anywhere! Can someone please point me towards what I'm assuming will be a very simple fix!
