Solved

I made a withdrawal on September 18, but it’s still pending. What should I do now?

It may be a stupid question for all you proffessionals, but I only use Illustrator to fix up dimensional drawings that I import from a pdf. So no drawing, just fixing up. If I (or the person who created the pdf) stretch text (to make it smaller in width), how do I reset it to standard width? I haven't found anywhere where I can see in % how much the text is stretched. When I see a text today that I want to have in normal size, I have to re-write it as I don't know how to reset it...Lena

So I have a movie that was taken in less than ideal lighting conditions and the best way to get a good output is to convert it into PNG files and work with them through Photoshop / camera raw. I used the Camera Raw Filter to make changes to my base picture and it includes a few masks, mostly landscapew masks, including sky, vegetation, mountains, etc.  My base image looks great. My problem is when I go to batch process through Photoshop, it appears ACR has pasted the same shape of the original masks in all of my pictures, rather than re-identifying the masks in each image.  In other words, if  the image I used to create my script file has a mountain front and center, and I use the Mountain mask, all other images will apply that mask to the exact same pixles, even if my pictures are taken at a different angle and the mountain is now to the side. Is there a way to batch process these png files with ACR re-identifying the new locations of the desired mask?&nb

I'd like to make a 2026 calendar with my photos - 1 for each month. Is there a template in any Adobe product that will do this? I'd like to be able to just drag and drop my photo, add a little text, and have the dates with major holidays already in the template. Thanks!

2 days back, I bought Logo Grid Generator from https://www.akrivi.io/ Installed the .pkg file I received and while activating the key in Illustrator, I am getting this error pop up: JavaScript Alert - file:///Library/ Application%20Support/Adobe/ CEP/extensions/ com.LogoGridGeneratorV2.2-AS/ client/index.html Something failed! 1: 1Tried connecting with Akrivi support, but they are lazy people who decided not to respond to the solution. Can anybody help me fix this issue?  (I tried installing the extension by .pkg and ZXP both. Same error)

I understand the basics, but I'm having difficulty creating the right angles in the gaps between the squares, any help please?

Hi! We are working on a project with RH 2022 Template Studio and Frameless output. The homepage of my project opens perfectly when I start my start page index.htm in the output. However, it does not open in other situations. Instead, the first topic of my project opens. (I have not selected this anywhere, see my settings in the attached screenshots). This happens when I click on the home button in the breadcrumbs or when the home page opens in the application for which the online help was created.I tested whether it was due to my settings. To do this, I loaded a completely new Skin Studio and a completely new Frameless output. The result was the same. What is going wrong?

Dear Adobe Community, I’m writing as a visual artist who has been using a legally purchased boxed version of Photoshop CS6 for many years, always installed from original media and activated using an official serial number. My work is highly specialized — I paint female nudes using handmade oil paints based on the techniques of the old masters. Recently, after reinstalling Windows on a studio computer, I encountered a message saying my CS6 serial number had been revoked. I understand Adobe no longer supports this version, but since I own a physical copy with a legitimate license, I would like to request the possibility of reactivation. This is not a casual use — my work is part of an ongoing international project on historic painting technologies, and some of the filters and tonal workflows I rely on (e.g. for platinum print emulation) exist only in the CS6+Silver Efex Pro environment. I am not asking for updates or support — only for the chance to keep using what I lawfully bought. I a

I updated Illustrator and now it labels all of my links as <clip group> <image>. WHY? How do we fix this? It is happening with my co-workers too and it has nothing to do with the cloud. I am working off of my desktop. I go to place a .pdf and this happens rather than leaving the link name.

Hello Adobe Community I'm using Indesign and have created a table, the upper cells row I have done as Header and introduced an image in each cell. The header repeats in each single page after and this is fine. The problem appears when exporting in pdf where the header appears only on the first page and not on the followings. File was created with CS3 first than converted to the last indesign. Thanks alot for your help. Beppe

Does Adobe Express have an accessibility checker within it? When I try to find information on this I don't receive a clear answer. It looks like add-ons can be used to help check but I was not sure if Adobe Express had one built in like Canva does. If add-ons are the only form of accessibility checkers, what ones would you recommend? Also, I know Adobe Acrobat has an accessibility checker but I would love to use an accessibility checker within Adobe Express instead of downloading the project over and over to check it.

Hi I am doing a project and i have a video of about 15 seconds. It is too long to fit my project, but i cant edit it any further else it loses meaning... Im wondering if there is way to make it play at say x2 or x4 speed? Thanks!

Hi, I have a Mac Studio - M2 Max with 64GB of Ram. I'm running Premiere Pro 2024Most of my projects consist of video templates (mogurts) for graphic motion of titles. Video Previews: Quicktime > Apple ProRes 422 Proxy > 1920 x 1080The issue I'm experiencing is when I render every other clip or so, it takes FOREVER and/orthe render window pops up and for like 30mins nothing happens, then if I cancel it, the mouse still works, but I can't click on anything in the software. I try and "force Quit" and it shows its not responding. So I think it's safe to say, the software has been freezing during the rendering process.  It's been more of an issue when rendering in the timeline rather than just exporting. But that's been very slow too. I was hoping this new computer would help with shortening the rendering time, but it seems like there may be some other issues with the software.  Attached is the window I get stuckon for a long time. Sometimes if I leave it on t

Hi I am doing a project and i have a short video of about 2 seconds.I would like the video to play in reverse.... Is there any way this can be achieved?  Thanks!

It seems like it would work, but I haven't tried it.   Can you Import ... edit images ... then Export images ... using only a single hard drive.  TY Windows 11LrC 14.5.1

On 22 September 2025, I purchased an upgrade version to Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025 at a cost of £70.99, Order Number (PII removed by Moderator).I downloaded and successfully installed the application. However, when I run the application the Start Screen loads Ok, the Organizer also loads Ok, but the Photo Editor does not load.Help would be appreciated as this is the element that I use the most.I am running Windows 11 Pro fully up to date with Windows Update. Any Help would be appreciated

I am looking for a way to have two identical instances of the Program panel open at the same time.  One instance of the panel would be docked in the normal Premiere workspace while the second one would be open on a separate monitor. Does anyone know if this is possible? The idea is that I dont need the Program panel to be very large as I am working in the timeline, but would like to be able to play through the footage on a larger display without having to rearrange the workspace.

Since version 17 of After Effects, this shortcut no longer works... A very annoying problem for a super useful shortcut. Is version 17 have an anniversary? The shortcut setup is correct, if I click the 3 keyboards the After Keyboard shows me that it should work on shortcut preferences. But not works.I updated to version 18.2.1 right now and the problem continues. By the way, the keyboard shortcuts panel only shows me the correct function of the keys if I don't click ctrl first then shift or D. If I click ctrl first, it doesn't recognize either the shortcut. In the timeline it doesn't matter, it doesn't work anyway as you can see in the gif attached.

Hi, I have spent the last couple hours browsing the UXP, C++, and ExtendScript docs for a way to retriveve the frames from a clip for external processing. Is this possible?

Any idea for the delay in Photoshop 27.0 or LrC. Has been almost 30 days since last update. Interested in the next major revision. How can Adobe take a product like PS or LrC to another level. Wow!

I have to add a paragraph style to all the chapters in a book, and I'm wondering if there's a way to do this as a batch rather than "Load paragraph styles" chapter by chapter. Any ideas?

I'm in library mode and trying to add the same series of keywords to a group of about 60 photos.  All these photos are highlighted at the bottom of my screen but one photo appears to be highlighted more brightly.  I've typed in a group of keywords in my sidebar and then clicked enter.  I thought that action should tag all 60 photos with the same keywords but it doesn't.  Only the brightly highlighted photo gets the keywords.  Surely there has to be a way to tag multiple photos with the same keywords all at once.  I've watched Cris Orwig's video on Adobe and am following the same steps he demonstrates but the keywords are only tagged to the one photo.  Am I missing something simple here? Thank youMark

When I want to tick something, I use the draw freehand tool. But past 2 days, it is going wrong. I click the mouse, hold it and draw something. But as soon as I lift my finger, it switches instantly to "Select" tool. I tried re downloading Adobe Acrobat. But everytime, the same happens. I'll be happy to recieve response.
