For the past few weeks, Adobe Stock has been rejecting my submissions, while the same images are accepted by other stock platforms without issue. I’ve included a few examples below and would appreciate any insights on why they might not meet Adobe’s standards.

Hello everyone, I would like to ask if anyone could help me with a question about layers in Illustrator. I’m exporting vectors using save as, with a single layer for the project and sublayers for parts of my artwork. When I use  save as, the layers remain, but when I reopen the file and use the standard save on an existing project, the layers become groups inside that layer. Also, when I upload the file to some websites, my layers disappear and all the paths become one big list inside a single layer, causing me to lose all my organization. Would anyone know why this happens?  Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm completely new to xml. I'm attempting to import a xml into InDesign. I've basically got things working, but I'm surprised to find that the process of mapping tags to styles is glacial on my machine—mapping a tag to a style seems to take from 15 minutes to an hour.  I've tried clearing the InDesign cache with no apparent effect. I'm using a Mac Studio M2 Max, 32 GB memory. Mac OS 14.7.1InD version 2-.3. I'm getting similar results from the latest InD beta. The xml file is from Oxford's resources based on the Bodleian copy of the First Folio of Shakespeare's plays. It's described as being "encoded in Text Encoding Initiative XML (TEI P5 conformant)," if that means anything to anyone.  It's 398 KB. Any thoughts?

My account has been blocked for over 2 months, can you please receive information.I have worked for you for years with excellent content, I don't understand this account blocking procedure.6 thousand photos and videos blocked for so long. If there are errors they are easily fixed.I work for you. Thanks for collaboration

I used to have a script that depends on a checkbox selection and have since removed the script. When I now export to PDF, I keep getting this error message every time I click on the checkboxes. How do I fix this issue when I already deleted the script? Thank you!

My project:I have a video track and 2 audio tracks in my sequence.Audio Track 1 is EnglishAudio Track 2 is ChineseMy deliverable:I want to export this in ANY format (preferably H.264 for size) that will allow VLC and HTML5 video players to select the audio track. My conundrum:I've done this before on an older version of Premiere Pro, but some of the menus governing Audio Track Configuration have changed and I don't see the same options.  Regardless, why would Adobe Premiere Pro assume that if I have 2 audio clips in my sequence, that I would randomly want it to only render out Audio Track 2 and not Audio Track 1 or both?!?  That makes no sense and the UI is obtuse about helping me find the path forward.  I've seen suggestions ranging from changing the sample rate from 48k to 44.1k, copying and pasting my clips into a multi-channel sequence (which btw is bonkers that you can't do that on the fly), using the Render and Replace option on the audio clips, etc.  Hour

I work with large PDF files (200+ pages) using Acrobat Pro - see version in screenshot below.I typically add a lot of comments and highlighting to my files. The issue randomly happens when I try to save a file and Acrobat crashes while saving.I force close Acrobat, then when I reopen and select to restore the unsaved files, Acrobat cannot find the file. The file disappears from my computer and is nowhere to be found: work folder, temp folder, recyclying bin, etc. Hours of work just lost and I have to start over.  I have gone through the log reporting process at least once to no avail, the issue is still there. What is going on??? Why does Acrobat delete files without my say so? How to prevent/fix this?

I've been using Photoshop for a long time, but since this latest update of Photoshop it seems that they've added snapping to the perspective/skew/free transform i.e.when you hold Ctrl or Alt while dragging the corners of a layer. Maybe it was there before, but now it's been activated by default and for this one particular tool it's a real pain in the ass to work with, as it's typically something where each pixel makes a difference. In most cases I like snapping, but for this tool it hinders more than it helps IMO.I've just tested and found that even after disabling snapping completely it's still doing it. So does anyone know how this feature can be turned off?Cheers

Coming from APE 2021 I used the time remapping feature just fine.  The window opens to allow zone additions and all that it does.  Upgraded to APE 2025, using the same computer, Win 11, the time remapping window doesn't open.  I have used this before in 2021 and do know I have to select the clip etc.  In 2025 all that opens is the right side panel with a range slider with 2 blue sliders that allow for ONE range setting only.  There is also a range speed slider, clip duration and ramp checkbox.  Save and exit button.  No window opens with the thumbnails below to select different zones and speeds.  How is this an upgrade Adobe? My search through Adobe instructions all picture this necessary window in their 2025 information.  I can't find anyone else that has expressed this problem, on boards, google, or Youtube. It does function but without the window I can only do one time zone per clip.  This sucks, what am I doing wrong? I've looked EVER
