Solved

I am a new administrator at our school.  The old administrator added me then removed themselves and left.  I can see partial contracts but not all of them, primarily the creative cloud.  How can I contact the enterprise support to get this sorted?  I only have the option for K-12 express as a support option in the enterprise console.

So I'm trying to copy objects from Illustrator and paste them into Photoshop. I've done this hundreds of times before, but now I'm having issues where the pixels are ending up super sharp and jagged instead of smooth like they used to be. Did I accidentally trip a setting somewhere?  Thanks! What I want:What I am getting:

Dear Adobe,You indicated that my subscription was cancelled on 8/16/2018 yet I am still being billed in September and the subscription is still running when i logged into the account. Please explain what the hell is happening here? I want my subscription cancelled and I don’t want to be charged for a subscription that I am no longer using for more than 1 year! This is the 2nd time your guys have told me that they have assisted to cancel my subscription yet money is still being deducted from my account. Do i have to change my credit card just so you guys cannot charge me anymore? I am really enraged about this. Please solve this issue. I’ve been paying hundreds of dollars for a subscription that was supposedly already cancelled and I don’t want to continue paying for a cancelled subscription!Regards,Zawiyah

I’ve been deeply interested in the kind of work Adobe’s Trust & Safety team does—especially around high-level content moderation and visual content evaluation. With a good amount of experience in content moderation, image analysis, and understanding visual quality and artifacts, I find this space both fascinating and meaningful.Being based in India, I’m also quite open to remote roles. What really draws me in is the opportunity to contribute to the integrity and quality of creative platforms like Adobe’s. I'm especially interested in how Trust & Safety intersects with creative freedom, intellectual property, and user experience. If something aligned were to come up, I’d be keen to explore how I might add value.

When I try to open a PDF, Acrobat opens but does not display a window. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same issue. It shows up in the menu at the top so I know it's open and I can print the pdf I opened... just can see the actual document, which is very frustrating for me. Any idea what I can do?

Dear Sirs, May I change the ownership(Adobe ID account) to another email. Thanks,Henry

Hi, I have a question about what "Status Not Verified" means under "Standards" and how this affects the accessibility of a PDF file. Thank you!

Hi! I would like to know if the available videos in Adobe Express can be used for commercial purposes. Are there any specific restrictions or licensing terms I should be aware of? Thank you in advance for your help!

I am trying to highlight and underline text on a pdf opened in Acrobat, but the highlight tool only works on each individual word, so when I try to highlight an entire sentence or paragraph, each individual word is highlighted with blank spaces in between. It is annoying and jarring to read an entire paragraph like that. On some documents I can automatically highlight continuously but on others it is broken up. How can I adjust the highlight/underline tools so the whole sentence or paragraph is highlighted continuously without spaces in between? What I don't want:What I do want:

Just been on a month long trip to Spain. While there I added my selected images into LR Mobile for editing and they synched up to the cloud, presumably as original RAW files. Now home I’ve synched them with LRClassic and original RAWs are now also stored in the folder I designated on my hard drive along with the edits I did while travelling.  My question now is - can I swap out the original RAWs stored in the cloud for Smart Previews of those files created in LRClassic in order to save space in the cloud? If so, how do I do this? I still want them to be synched but with Smart P reviews residing in the cloud and the originals on my hard drive along with the edits. Or are S Smart Previews only synched and generated if the originals are imported into Classic from the start?

I have an HP ENVY - 17t-ce100 with an NVIDIA GeForce MX250 that I recently upgraded to Windows 11. I upgraded NVIDIA drivers from 526.47 to 552.22 (Win 11) with no luck.System>Display>Graphics>Default graphics settingsHardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling    OnOptimizations for windowed games          OnThere is nothing else to setThe only other graphics drivers areIntel® UHD GraphicsLAPDOCK DisplayLink USB DeviceWhich shouldn't be a factor.I can't get ACR to work under Windows 11 and it did before.Any Suggestions
