Why can't I select multiple images in the FILES PANE and drag them onto my HTML page?  It worked a long time ago on earlier versions of DW but recently does not?  If I select three, it brings in only one.Second part, I now select several images using FINDER on my Mac and was able to drag them into the HTML page.  In DW 2017, I get a message saying "Your files are not within the root" even through they really are?  When I drag them into the HTML file, I have to bring them in one at a time and then delete the local path name?  Below, the file I want to bring in is in the path  /starlighters/2017-01-21/    that is the images is at  /starlighters/2017-01-21/2017-01-21-starlighters-post-diner-001.jpgIf I say YES, it moves ONE AT A TIME.....  If I say no I get a pathname of //LILES/MAC-HD/users/sites/starlighters/  in every image and have to remove and replace them......  Until I can do this, I go back to CS5 and bring in the i

I have a script that works for most but not all of my use cases. It runs on "mouse up" on the second signature field in my form, which is set to read-only by default. The intent is to keep the second signature field as read-only unless the first signature field is filled in. Here's the full script: if(this.getField("Signature1").signatureValidate()==0){this.getField("Signature2").readonly = true; app.alert("Signature1 needs to be completed before you can sign here.")}else{this.getField("Signature2").readonly = false; } The issue I'm having is that if a user's signature won't validate, but is present, it won't allow the second signature field to be signed. I realize that this might present security issues, but I am unconcerned with a signature actually validating, I just need it to be there. I think my question is simple! What do I substitute for this part of my script, .signatureValidate()==0 to just require that the first signature be not blank,  rather t

I've changed the default development settings (enabling lens corrections) several years ago, I think it was in Lightroom 5 or 6 (perpetual license).  I used the menu Develop - Set Default Settings... to do that.   Now I like to reset these settings and I don't find this menu item. It seems Adobe has delete this in the one of the newer version of Lightroom!?   I don't find a way to reset these settings. Does anybody know a trick to do that. Or must I do that with own presets that are assigened during import?

My workflow relies on importing RAW files into Lightroom mobile on my iPad Pro. The images are fully synched and backed up in Adobe Creative Cloud and are fully accessible from my desktop Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic on my iMac. Have I created a problem by importing RAW files directly into Lightroom on my iPad?As the images are backed up in Adobe Cloud, shouldn't Lightroom mobile automatically delete the original RAW images? How can I free up my iPad memory? Is the only option to delete the app and reinstall it and will this affect the Abobe Cloud images? thanks, Hadrian

Hello everyone! I am brand new to Adobe Color and don't know how to use it or any of the features on it, so I apologize if my question may seem simple or basic to everyone here. If there is a user guide/manual that has instructions on how to use Adobe Color that someone can point me towards, I would be extremely grateful for that.Anyways, my organization has specific brand colors that we have to use in our work. I have been informed that I can create "variations" of these specific brand colors (like shades, analogous, compound, triad, etc.), but it just has to be that the base color was used as the starting point though. In my research, I came across Adobe Color and I thought I could use this tool for my needs, but I didn't find an instruction manual or user guide to show me the process though. Basically, I am hoping that I can use one color (like a "brick red" for example) and then create a color theme(s) based off that one color. Is this possible? If so, how can this be done? Are ther

Hello everyone, I'm haveing an issue that I've never experieced before. I'm trying to export my edited image for web use and I would like to get the file down to around 500kb. I set the limit in my export options but it keeps exporting at a file size of 3.5 mb.  I have pasted my settings below. It only does this to my edited raw. I can export the raw with no edits with the desired limits. I'm not sure what the difference is. The file is flattened in both instances. *SIDE NOTEI am working with virtual copy and I ran a simple test and created a new virtual copy from the unedited RAW and then exported from the unedited VC and the Unedited Raw and the unedited VC still exported at a larger file (600kb) the CR2 file exported under 500kb. So is there something to Virtual copies adding more data to a file?I did another test to see if I can just paste my setting from my edited virtual copy to my original unedited raw but and still got an export that was 3.5 mb.  A

I just recently bought a Lenovo Ideapad computer that has Windows 11 on it.  In 2013, I bought the student's version of Adobe CS6, and I tried to install it on my new computer.  However, when I did, I got all sorst of trouble!  It said that there was a driver I didn't have that I needed, and in the end, I had to restart my computer from scratch.  I never did download it at all.  Is there a way to do that, and how?  If not, why, and can I get any Adobe product like it?  I have a lot of brushes and fonts I used with my CS6 that I would like to continue to use in a new program.  HELP!!

In the new substance painter update, all my layers are showing the icon instead of whatever is on that layer. I checked the settings, and the option of showing layer stack icons instead of thumbnails is not checked. Is there another setting I'm missing?

I just switched over Photoshop CC from PS5 and I am encountering an issue that was not happening before. The smart objects are being saved with extra numbers on the end of the name. I found another thread that explained why, but I can't figure out how to change it. I am able to change the name in the layers panel, but when I open up the embedded file, the name has the additional numbers on it. How do I change the embedded file name?

I want to execute a script after an image size change, is there such an event? What is its name and how do I add it?Thank you!

Hello I have Lightroom Classic and just did an update to the most recent version (it's been awhile) and when I went to open LR I got this notice below. This makes be a bit nervous as in the past I had bad issues with another update. Will all my images be accessible in this new catalog or do I need to jump back and forth between the new and old one?Is someone can simply explain this that would be helpful. Thank you!

I've hit the "limit reached" message for the number of devices I can use my Lightroom service on. Problem - I can't sign out of one of the old devices because the machine is dead. Repeat, there is no option to deactivate my service from the old device. Is there any way to deactivate a dead or lost device?

Hey there,I've had this problem for about a week now. Whenever I work in Adobe After Effects 2022 (v.22.5) and try to switch to any other opened program (like explorer, firefox, premiere etc) my whole pc freezes for about 5 seconds followed by a black screen for 20 seconds - after that my pc unfreezes, but the preview panel in after effects is white and I have to restart after effects again. Also what I noticed is, that videos that where opened on firefox also turn white/green or previews in premiere don't show anything as well. I tried switching hardware-accelaration on and off for composition and stuff, switching from CUDA to OPENGL to software only. Nothing works. Im on Windows 11 with NVIDIA RTX 3080ti, intel i7-12700k, 64gb DDR4 RAM, 2tb pcie4.0 SSD. I honestly don't know what to do, appreciate any help ❤️

I see invoices and billing from 3 years. How to print out, or download all in one go?
