I've been experiencing issues with the Batch command. After selecting a group of files and navigating to Tools > Photoshop > Batch, the batch window sometimes fails to open. Reinstalling Photoshop and Bridge without retaining my previous settings seemed to resolve the issue initially, but the problem still occurs occasionally. I've discovered that the issue is related to the filenames of the selected files. When the Batch command doesn't work, renaming the files to something simple like 0001.jpg, 0002.jpg, 0003.jpg, etc., makes it function properly. I've tried to determine if the problem is due to the filename length, the pathname length or specific characters in the filename, but haven't had any success. I'm content with my workaround. However, I'm curious if anyone else has encountered this problem or has any suggestions on what might be causing it. Thanks in advance.

Sirs,As an experienced IT Business Analyst who believes in prioritizing the customer and delivering intuitive, user-friendly business processes for IT services, I must express my frustration with Adobe. Unfortunately, it ranks among the most challenging systems I have encountered.Recently, I started using Adobe Sign, and while it performs well overall, I have encountered a significant workflow challenge. The document signing process in my business involves two facilitators: I oversee the first 4–5 signatories, and our Legal department handles the final two. Once I complete my portion, I need to submit the document to our legal partner so they can apply for their signatures.I understand that the 'Manage' function is supposed to enable this handover, but I have been unable to locate or use it effectively. As a result, I’m left with the tedious task of printing the document, recreating the PDF, and then forwarding it to Legal, which is far from efficient. This process is causing me conside

Cordialement.

Hello everyone,I'm having trouble setting up the DeepL API in RoboHelp 2022 (Update 5). Despite entering the correct information, I keep getting an error message saying the credentials are not valid.I've contacted DeepL support, and they confirmed that RoboHelp is not on their list of supported CAT tools. However, Adobe RoboHelp 2022 has provided the option to integrate DeepL since Update 1.I'm at a loss and not sure what to try next. We've also attempted to enter the API key in the format (api_key=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) without success.Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?Thank you very much for your help.

The reason for rejection

Does anyone have any feedback on why this photo was rejected?

Hi, I've uploaded the latest version of Photoshop CC and am going though it to refresh my skills.  I cannot figure out how to collapse the layers.  I will group 10 layers and create a new group from layers, which it does.  But the arrow icon to close or open the layer has no effect.  They remain open.  I click on the arrow to close the layer group and nothing at all happens. Very frustrating.  Is this a bug?  I've read all I can, but it simply doesn't function.  I turn off "auto select" and turn on "group" - and the group will move together.  But in the layer's panel, all layers remain open so what's the point of consolidating them to make the layer panel manageable?  It's not if this feature is missing.  Thanks for any clue you can give me.Regards,Darlene Seale

Hi. We're just starting out using AE and would like to know how others are choosing to organise their work using projects / folders. For instance, we have two main 'internal clients' in our department with several distinct products/services each. We also have 'internal clients' across the organisation... My instinct would be to have a project per 'client' and create a folder for each product/service/campaign etc underneath these. Aside from any thoughts/suggestions you might have, I'm especially keen to know of any specific issues/limitations (or missed opportunities) we may face sooner or later with this approach (e.g. practical or technical). For instance, I feel it is not only more logical but would be easier/more viable to share assets with 'clients' this way vs. having every product/service/campaign etc at the top 'Project' level? Let me know your thoughts or advice! Thanks.

i cant open the DXF File and popup error 2067. whats the reson for coming this eror?

Hi, I’m confused about the UX design for the font system in CC. Often when opening an older project, the fonts have been deactivated and I have to activate them to start working.I can’t find any easy way to do this. So I’m guessing I misunderstand something, because the process right now doesn’t seem well designed. This is the workflow I’m stuck with: Option 11.Opening a file and realizing the font is not syncing.2.Opening CC and searching for the font.3.The search result sends me to the font on the Adobe Fonts website (and not to the font in CC).4.The font looks like it’s installed and working, but I have to uninstall it and then install it again. Option 2 Open the Fonts tab in CC and scroll to the font I want to activate. But since all fonts are expanded and I have 300+ fonts, it would take me 15 minutes to scroll and find it. Am I missing something, or why is this process so complicated? Why can’t the CC search send me to the font inside CC rather than the web
