Solved

40 of my nature photos were rejected and I have no idea why. It said quality issues but how do I tell prior to submission if they are high enough quality so I don't waste several hours editing, uploading, naming and key wording just to have only 3 photos accepted? I've attached a few rejected though I had to download them as a smaller file sizes to upload. I have a Sony a7iii and a sigma 24 - 70mm. Is that a good enough camera? I submitted some from when I tried my friend's Canon EOS R and around 9 out of 13 of those went through. Any help would be appreciated. I am new to this. Thanks!

InDesign is doing this semi freeze thing when I place or replace images. Random images and random formats. The background task hoop turns on and I can do somethings sometimes but not always. If I close everything then close the program there is a message but it's up for a half a second, disappears and then a new start window opens then refuses to do anything else. I have to "End Task" to get it to close. I've deleted tempfiles, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off GPU, and did that Ctrl + Alt + Shift thing.

Inquiry Regarding Low Downloads for 4K Video Portfolio and Free Collection OptionsDear Adobe Stock Support Team,I am writing to seek your expert advice regarding my contributor portfolio. Over the past 10 months, I have consistently uploaded 265 high-quality 4K stock video assets (not pictures) across various categories, including technology, fiber-optic data streams, scientific animations, and industrial concepts.  Despite regular uploads and hard work, I have only received 5 downloads so far. Could you please review my portfolio and help me understand why my download rate is so low? Any specific technical, metadata, or market-demand suggestions to improve my visibility and sales would be greatly appreciated.  Additionally, I noticed the option to nominate my eligible video assets for the free collections:Annual Free Collection (for 1 year, offering $7.00 per asset if selected).  Perpetual Free Collection (permanently, offering $16.00 per asset if selected).  Could you please a

Hello, why can't I upload files to Indd when it worked fine for years. Most graphic designers and studios work with NAS devices. I can't save anything, I have to make copies and restore files. Can something be done about it? Thank you very much rh     <Title renamed by MOD>

- I updated Premiere Pro to 26.3.2 (Build 2) - My project, last saved just before the update, now throws the version error and won't open - I also had the Beta version installed, which converted to the standard release around the same time I was working — closing the file right as that happened seems to have triggered the mismatch - I've tried opening in multiple installed versions, tried a third-party downgrader tool (which corrupted the file further and returned a "project appears damaged" error), and recovered an older auto-save — but it's an early version that's missing a substantial amount of recent work I still have the original (untouched) .prproj fileSystem details:- Premiere Pro version: 26.3.2 (Build 2)- OS version: Windows 11 Home, Build 26200.9168

Hi, is there an email address where I can contact Adobe directly? I’m assisting someone who received an SOA for $10 USD, but they’re unsure if they have an account. We’d like to check with Adobe directly to see if we can cancel it.

I realized that i'm paying for two Adobe charges monthly.  One charge roughly $5.00 and one roughly $21.00  The cancellation process is difficult    Every time i do a search in how to cancel my account I get a different answer.   Some say i will be charged roughly $80 because the subscription plan i have is less than if I did not select subscription.  Another I looked up and utilized said I will owe $19.    I cannot see if that cancelled both.   I prefer not to just wait to see if another charge occurs in November… Very frustrating...

Hi all,Im still trying to get ropes with InDesign.Ive created and added the light green > teal gradient  into the swatches panel and applied it to both the page border and quote box.Question – I understand the quote box is smaller compared to the page border and therefore it has squashed it within a smaller space. However, i want this quote box gradient to match the exact gradient location to the page frame. Ive placed a vertical white line just for information purposes. (Screenshot attached)Ive tried playing around with the gradient slider, but this is very time consuming. Surely there must be an easier way? Thank you.

Upgraded to 2026.03.13 yesterday to see if it fixed previous issues.Failing to hide conditioned text: FixedExact search retuning double results: Not fixedThis morning in the process of publishing a help file I found a new issue that I have confirmed in 3 different documents on two different projects that was not an issue before 2026.03.13.The issue is this: I am getting an extra page at the end of my PDF documents. It is a blank page formatted using the common layout. It appears after my back matter.I have deleted my backmatter and it was still there. I deleted all the articles and it was still there. Even with the only thing in my document being my TOC in my front matter, I have a blank page added to the end of the document that is formatted using common layout. Here is what the extra page looks like: Here is the TOC for that and you can see there are no common pages included. It is front matter with TOC and empty backmatter. I have tried this with multiple PDF outputs on one project an
