Hi all, I am new to Photoshop. I am running PS on Windows 11 laptop. Whenever I open a Sony ARW raw file using PS CC, I can see PS window showing but my raw file just doesnt show up.  I tried to click somewhere on the PS window using my mouse and it gives off a "ding" sound like the appln keyboard/mouse focus seems to be focused on another popup dialog box but I just couldn't see the dialog box.  Then I pressed Enter key and PS continues loading my raw file.  Can I know is the issue really caused by some obscured popup dialog box belonging to PS? How can I see the popup? How can I disable this popup so that PS will open my raw file straight away? Thanks in advance!Mr Wong

I opened my Creative Cloud app this morning to check for updates and it was unable to show the updates or my programs. I tried closing and reopening three times. Same result. I restarted my computer. Same issue. I uninstalled the Creative Cloud app and downloaded a new installer from Adobe. Now the new download won't install. The message I get reads: Microsoft Edge can't read or write to it's data directory. I guess this is a Microsoft problem and not Adobe. See attachment for error. If anyone has experienced this error please let me know how you corrected the problem.  Thanks very much.

I constantly get a message saying that there is a billing problem with my Creative Cloud Abo 100 GB. Checked all the Adobe bills with my bank account – all have been debited from my account. My payments have always been debited from the same account for years and there have been no changes at all.Anyway, I updated the payment method as asked (same account as before, typed everything again) also activated and read the mandate notice and received confirmation that the updated billing information has been received.Still the error remains.Locked out of Creative Cloud, restarted the computer – did also not work – the error remains. It always pops up and asks me to update my billing informations when I start an app or during work with an app. Absolutely annoying.Reading through the Adobe community, it looks like I am not the only one with this problem, since there are other users reporting exactly the same problem. Please fix this.

I want to know what could have caused this error, Does anyone have any idea?

Hello, I have been trying to open a PDF that I have accessed recently and whenever I try a pop up message reads "There was an error opening this document. Access denied." I went to preferences and unchecked "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" then selected "yes" but nothing has changed.

The pdf file is here: https://zzzhhh.egnyte.com/dl/E2fDor5OZqAs you can see, the cover page (the 1st page) is far larger than all other pages. So I want to shrink it to the same size as others, specifically, to 8.263 in x 11.695 in. I read the article here which uses Preflight to scale a page. But maybe because I am working on Windows 10, the "Scale pages to specified size" fixup does not exist (please disregard the one I created in the screeshot below):So, I decided to create one according to this article. However, I don't know what I should set in the "Adjustment" option. What is worse, since I only need to shrink the first page, I don't want to apply the fixup to all pages. But I did not find "First page" or "Specified page(s)" that I expect in the dropdown menu of "Apply to".So, can you please tell me what the "Adjustment" option I should choose for shrinking, and how to specify "Apply to" to apply the fixup to the cover page only? In addition, it's so awkward to use Preflight to p

Just got the S24+ Tried to import some clips from the phone into Premier, but they look like crap. On my old phone it was fine.  When i play the MP4's on my computer they look great. It's just once i import them they look blurry and washed. I think i've figured out the washed issue, but the blur is killing me. Is there a sequence setting that i need to change?  Thanks for any advice!

I'm trying to help a fellow editor clean up a big long-form project mess. He's been collaborating with a 2nd editor, without Productions or Teams. Just 2 (imperfect) copies of the media, and sending projects back and forth. Of course it became a mess of duplicate media (~3,700 clips). We're now putting them on Productions. My goal is:One or more prproj's for media (source clips, GFX, etc.)prproj for sequencesprproj for handovers, temps etc. We want to get rid of dupe media instances, and of sequences linking ("reveal in project") to the wrong places. I tried to:Create a new ProductionBring a copy of the project in, using "Add Project to Production"Delete all the sequences from it, and dupe media clips that we don't want the sequences to link toRename it "MEDIA"Create a new blank prproj, "SEQUENCES"Open another, external instance of the project, outside the ProductionCopy-paste a sequence to SEQUENCES This does bring it in the sequence without copies of the clips, an

Hello everyone, I'm running into a persistent issue: every time I try to load a Motion Graphics template, I receive the error message “Unknown error while loading the Motion Graphics template.” I’ve tried every troubleshooting step I can think of—clearing caches, reinstalling the template, updating software and nothing has resolved the problem. To help illustrate the issue, I’ve even uploaded a video demonstrating exactly what happens. This error is severely impacting my workflow, and I’m really at a loss. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions or workarounds would be immensely appreciated.Thank you for your time and help.

Hi All, I have checked the forum and found a few posts on there but none have solved the problem so I am trying again! (my specs are at the end of the message) I'm contsatly getting the "Out of Memory 23::40" message. It has become impossible for me to get any work done.  I'm contstantly purging the Media cache, I have designated 24 GB of RAM for after effects and 4 Gb for the rest of the applications. I think this "lack" of memory is literally affecting everything I do, including my exports via media enocder. I have spend the entire day trying to export a project but constatly met with this  issues, I have given up and really don't know where else to look. Can anyone please tell me  what this issue could be? Is it the project? My settings??My computer?? My graphics card? The project itself is around 1.30 mins but it has some footage (combination of .mp4 and .mov), Im using a few templates that I purchased, so there is a little cocktail of d
