Solved

Hi, the question kinda says it - I checked the availability two weeks ago and Creative cloud was supported for individuals in B&H, I wanted to see the pricing details today and I got the message saying it's not supported anymore.I tried to follow the link to the resellers page but it was broken - is it going to be updated?? Is it alright if I go to another country's adobe page and buy the license, even though I'm not based there? I'm not sure.

Usually, RAM affects multitasking and large Photoshop files, while SSD affects loading, saving, and Scratch Disk performance.Which One Should You Upgrade? Photoshop slows down with large PSD files or many layers: Upgrade RAM. Files and Photoshop take a long time to open or save: Upgrade to an SSD, preferably NVMe. You run Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and other apps together: More RAM can help. You want a balanced creative workstation: Consider 32GB DDR5 RAM + NVMe SSD. RAM vs. SSD for PhotoshopRAM = Active workspaceHelps Photoshop handle large files, layers, filters, and multitasking.SSD = Fast storageHelps with application loading, file transfers, saving, and Scratch Disk operations. For graphic designers, the best solution is often not RAM vs. SSD—it is having enough RAM combined with fast storage. If you're upgrading a creative workstation, first identify whether your bottleneck is memory capacity or storage speed.

We have all quietly noticed that the colour picker in Indesgn used to pick up whatever color you hovered over within the document. We feel it stopped working like that a few updates ago - it now picks up whatever is in the top layer, and that is not interesting to us, as its often part of a text box above the image we are trying to pick the colour from. This issue leaves us going back and forth between photoshop and Indesign just to single out colours, which works against us in our workflow.

In premiere, the audio file that I have is only playing from the left side. I have followed all of the YouTube videos on how to fix this, from modifying the audio channel to adding the "fill right audio with left" effect. After adding the effect, the audio file in the timeline still only plays from the left, but in the source it shows that both the left and right audio channels are filled. And when I play the audio file in the source window, it is playing from both the left and the right. So basically, in the timeline, I only get left audio, but the source shows both left and right. Any ideas on how to fix this or what I need to do to make both sides play in the timeline? Thanks!!

I have 6 hours of raw footage from interviews for 2 documentaries films.I want to edit the footage through the transcription window, an option that is supported by automatic transcription in English- it's much faster in this way. Since Adobe didn't bother * to support Hebrew auto transcript, I had to buy a third-party plugin that makes subtitles. I exported the subtitle file in SRT format but to my suprise the Primiere transcript can't imported it (even though it has a time code). There's also no option to create the transcript manually. In addition, Adobe only supports importing .prtranscript formt files - a format it invented but didn't share with public, thus preventing the possibility of converting subtitles into transcription. Does anyone have an idea how to overcome this issue?-and as a side note:* Why there is no ability to transcribe in Hebrew? We are 10 million people, biased towards high-tech, art  and creativity. It's very strange that countries with equal or sm

I have received a PDF file as an attachment to an email and can open and view and print it from within the email but when I save the file to my computer and then try to open the file I get an error message saying that CIDFont+F1 cannot be created or found.  The file opens but the text is just displayed as a series of dots. I have confirmed that I am using the most current version of Adobe Reader. Any advice on what the problem might be and how to resolve would be appreciated.

My original images are flagged as ai generated on adobe. I am going to submit my paper to a journal. I have to fix this. I don't know why it is seen like that. Plase help me fix it.

Bislang konnte ich ganz einfach Bildteile ausschneiden, um darunter liegende Bilder sichtbar zu machen. Nachdem die Maskenfunktionen woanders angeordnet und geändert wurden, geht das nicht mehr.

Hi everyone,I'm having a strange issue in Premiere Pro that I didn't have before, and I'm hoping someone can explain what's happening.I'm editing an interview that was originally shot in 4K. I have a 4K sequence containing the entire interview, and I've already cut out the questions etc.I then duplicated that sequence and renamed the duplicate. In this new sequence, I want to create the final version and export it in HD, so I changed the sequence frame size from 4K to HD.The problem is that when I select one of the 4K clips and go to Effect Controls > Motion, the blue bounding box that appears around the clip doesn't match the actual visible image in the Program Monitor anymore. For example, when I set the 4K footage to 50% Scale, I would expect the 4K image to exactly fit the 1920×1080 sequence. Instead, the blue Motion bounding box seems to be offset so different in size from the actual image, which makes adjusting the footage very confusing. My current workaround is to press F to o

I am having an issue since the latest windows update and Adobe updates where opening up multiple pdf's take an extremly long time. The problem appears to get worse if the file is large and the more pdf' you have open th slower it gets as well. If you close adobe acrobat down and reopen the first file opens quickly. I have 32 GB of RAM on a 13 generation i7 processor so processing power is not the issue. I have also tried disabling the security and enhanced security as well as disabling the show online storage when opening files. I have also disabled the modern Acrobat interface.

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with Adobe Acrobat when working with large PDF files (around 200–500 pages). My computer has plenty of RAM, a fast SSD, and a modern processor, but Acrobat still becomes slow when scrolling, searching, or switching between pages.I've already tried:Updating Acrobat to the latest version Restarting my PC Disabling unnecessary background appsThe problem still occurs with multiple PDF files. Is there any Acrobat setting that can improve performance for large documents? Are there recommended preferences, cache settings, or hardware acceleration options that help make navigation smoother?Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

On Lightroom for iPad, copying the Denoise setting from one photo and pasting it to multiple photos causes the destination photos to show Denoise as enabled, but the actual Denoise processing is not performed. This issue is reproducible with photos from multiple camera models, so it does not appear to be camera-specific.If I disable Denoise on one of the affected destination photos and then enable it again manually, Lightroom starts the Denoise processing operation. After the processing completes, Denoise is correctly applied. This suggests that Paste Settings copies the Denoise setting/state, but does not trigger the actual Denoise processing. Lightroom Version NumberLightroom for iPad 11.5.1 (7C3095/251)OS Version NumberiPadOS 26.6DeviceiPad Pro 11-inch (M4)Camera ModelMultiple camera models. I had a saved signature in Adobe that whenever I needed to sign a doc, I clicked "place signature" and an image of my signature was available to drag onto the doc. Now, when I try, it's saying "To begin signing, choose the 'Drag New Signature Rectangle' button, and then drag out the area where you would like your signature to appear." I don't understand where my signature went. I have been using it for years. I can still place my initials. What is going on?

I've been working with PixelLab for creating simple graphics and text based designs, and I'm trying to find a better workflow for taking those designs into Photoshop for more advanced editing.I'm particularly interested in keeping the image quality as good as possible when moving from PixelLab to Photoshop. I'm also wondering whether it's better to export as PNG, use a higher resolution canvas, or use another format before opening the design in Photoshop.I've been working with PixelLab resources and versions as well, and came across PixellabHub while looking for resources related to the app: For anyone who uses both PixelLab and Photoshop, what workflow would you recommend for getting the best quality and flexibility when moving a design from one to the other?

I am currently trying to transfer all of my files from my school account to my personal account. I do have a large amount of files (about 300) but only 180 are transferring over. I know this is not a storage related issue as I have 100 gb on the personal account and only 72 gb are used on the school account. If anyone has a way to get all of my files to transfer please let me know.

Hello, I need some help finding a version of Premiere Pro and After Effects that is compatible with a MacBook Pro Mid 2012.My Mac specs are:MacBook Pro 13-inch, Mid 2012 Intel Core i5 2.5 GHz, dual-core 16 GB DDR3 RAM Intel HD Graphics 4000, 1536 MB SSD macOS Ventura 13.7.8Based on the hardware, I understand that older versions such as Premiere Pro 2020/2021 and After Effects 2020/2021 would probably be more suitable for this machine.I contacted Adobe Support, but they told me that the oldest versions currently available to them are After Effects 23.0 and Premiere Pro 24.0.2. I am concerned that these versions may be too demanding or incompatible with my processor/GPU.Is there any official way to download older versions of Premiere Pro and After Effects with an active Creative Cloud subscription? If not, which versions would you recommend specifically for this MacBook Pro running macOS Ventura?I mainly want to use it for basic 1080p video editing and relatively simple After Effects comp

Past updates have removed PVII extensions, but I’ve been able to reinstall with the DMXzone manager. But 21.8  causes DMX to report “menu.xml is corrupted”, and the Anastasiy Manager now flags the plugins as corrupted. After removing  21.8, and restoring 21.7 I still can’t get the extensions back.Does anyone have any info or ideas on how to restore the extensions, or is it just a lost cause?
