Solved

I’m currently on the Creative Cloud Pro monthly plan, but the 3 month offer I signed up for is about to expire and I’m about to be charged full price. I’m considering downgrading to a single app plan for Photoshop because that’s the only app I use the most.I only have one concern, and it’s something I need to know: if I downgrade my plan, will it affect any of the Adobe Fonts that I’ve been using for my website projects? I’ve been embedding certain fonts in my stylesheets, and I don’t want to risk resetting my styles to default text if I stopped paying for the Pro monthly plan.Thanks.

I forgot to cancel my subscription during the trial, and for the moment I can’t change my payment methods as I don’t have the means to pay it now. The payment didn’t go throught, and I’m still in the 14 day period. Would it be possible to ask for the cancellation of the subscription? Thank you for the help!

I’m about to graduate high school, and as such will lose ~200GB of Ai, Ps, and Lr stuff I’ve made. I already have a student plan through the university I am due to go to. Is there any way to transfer files directly between the two or would I have to go through a personal account first?

I have been contributing to Adobe Stock for over a year and a half, and yesterday my account was deactivated for a Terms Violation. I believe I may have been the victim of a scam.On February 23, I was contacted on Behance by someone claiming to own a small Christian company with a limited budget. The website looked somewhat generic, but still believable for an early-stage project. This person wanted to hire me to create a loop video of Jesus walking on water, based on a video I have on Adobe Stock. I ended up giving them the original video from my Adobe Stock portfolio for free through Behance messages. After that, the person never thanked me and stopped responding. On March 5, my Adobe Stock portfolio was suddenly blocked without any prior warning. A few hours later, the website of that Christian company went offline. I have some screenshots of the website and the full conversation on Behance. The situation becomes even more concerning when I recall that there were other contributors wit

Whenever I sync multiple audio tracks down to the nearest sample using "show audio time units" and THEN move my clips to a different part of the sequence, to a new sequence, duplicate the sequence, or even just close and re-open my project file, all the audio in my sequences un-syncs back to where it was originally, to the nearest frame. It's like premiere just forgests everthing about where I moved my audio track to at a sample level and only remembers information at the frame level. All my audio is in 48 kHz and it's not a drift issue. All the clips just un-sync when I do any of those things above.Anyone have a solution or workaround for this, or is it just a bug in premiere they need to fix?

I don’t know when this started or what caused it.When I open my document the blue wheel at the top keeps spinning constantly. After I click on the blue wheel another box opens titled Background Tasks and displays Adding Font and a blue line going back and forth to the right of the font name Times New Roman Regular. It does the constantly. What is this and how do I get it to stop.I have attached and image to show what I am talkign about.

Please which after effects version is suitable for my laptop. i like to do edits, minimal motions and 3d.

I hope that you have tips for me?

I keep getting an "application error" that says "The exception unknown software exception (0xc06d007e) that occurred in the application at location0x00007FFFA93EFE0A" and other locations. Sometimes it crashes the program. Has anyone had this? Fixes?

I’ve been around and around with support on this and am hoping someone here can be of help. Long story short, all of my libraries on Stock have disappeared and I need to get them back. I’m missing years of collecting content for my client projects.I’m a Creative Cloud Pro user with a Stock plan. I had some questions about my Stock plan and an Adobe support agent recommended I change to a Teams plan so I could get unlimited stock. This seemed like the right choice so I made the switch and migrated my libraries to the Teams account. Well, it turned out that this was not the right plan for me because I need extended licensing.I switched back to a personal plan, losing my libraries and my credits.Does anyone have any suggestions on who to contact for this? I’ve tried multiple times and it seem like I’m just getting routed to a salesperson and it feels like they just want me to change my plan for a commission.

For the last month free transform has been on whenever I’m trying to scale an image. Holding shift works for proportional scaling which is what I used to do for free transform so it has somehow switched? I have tried Edit > untoggle Free Transform, but it stays on. If I click maintain aspect ratio between width and height it works but if I click away from the image I just have to toggle it again. Help!

And before you say it, I have checked my Spam multiple times. I've checked the forums to see that this is an ongoing issue, where once you enter your email for the Student License it just never actually is sent. I'm sending this out in the hopes someone from support can look into this issue for me. I've tried with another email and I get the exact same issue.

I started using Loupedeck CT with Lightroom Classic. It boosts the workflow. While using it, whenever I change a setting, on the screen there appears an indicator that says which setting is being handled. Is there a way to also indicate or show a progress bar by how much it is changed (value)? It would be super helpful as I don’t want to all the time have to scroll the right bar to find the setting that I am currently changing. Thanks a lot for your help!

My skills andMy skills and experience in Premier Pro are somewhere between mediocre and low. That said, I came up with an idea to fake in a morning sunrise on an old church I had photographed in full light with some dramatic clouds. I'm wondering if it is possible in  PP to open a sequence with the morning image and gradually replace it with the full daylight, and if so how? Or is this better in after effects at which I am worse than PP. Any and all replies are welcome, good, bad or ugly. The intention is a sort Reel on FB video on Tik Tok.Images attachedThanks those who know more than meJoeexperience in Premier Pro are somewhere between mediocre and low. I took a break from Fresco for 2 weeks now all of a sudden my left side toolbar is gone and the app is borderline unusable. Is there a way to change these settings back or rollback the app so it will work again? I spent months learning this app and now it sucks and I don’t want to have to learn a new app. Any suggestions on similar apps if I can’t change it back? I am on iPad. Thanks!

How to determine in Photoshop whether the current layer is a manually converted smart object, a placed embedded object, a placed linked smart object, or a vector smart object? The properties of these smart objects are almost identical, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to distinguish between them. I'd appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on this. Thank you.

This happens to me quite often, where there will be inconsistent spacing in normal lines, but often in the footnotes section. When I highlight the lines, they all have the same settings, and yet the spacing is clearly different. I’ve tried going in manually to just change the line spacing on just the lines that are different and the number on the dial goes down but nothing budges on the actual document.

My object/shape dimensions used to appear in the top right control bar. Now, they are gone & don't appear in transform menu either. But "Turntable" does. How do I get my object dimensions to appear when I select that object? Thank you. When I will turn the Control bar off and then on, my object dimensions appear, but when I click off the object and then back on, the dimensions disappear again. Is the appearance of the “Turntable” function in the Transform menu where the dimensions used to be part of it? How do I turn off Turntable to test this?

We have several people sending out agreements for approvals.  We are seeking to enable a central support team to pull a report of agreements that have been shared with them on who has been sent the agreement and approval is pending or completed.
