Solved

I was going to print from my Epson Surecolor P7000 but am having issues.  I need to change the paper size, for starters.  I used to do that in the Print Settings tab.  When I click on it now I get the dialog box shown in the second screen shot.  I need to choose Roll Paper and specify sizes etc.  What has happened?  I am on a new computer and don’t believe I have printed from it yet.  Do I need to install some kind of driver?  The drop down list in Printer Profile also does not seem to be showing paper selections and my previously saved profile is not showing.  Presumably I need to add that but I’m a little confused since the other selections don’t seem to be printer paper (see screen shot 3).  Thanks for any help.

I am checking a PDF export workflow in Acrobat and want to confirm the correct way to validate links after export. In my test PDF, the URL is visible as normal black body text, but I also need to confirm that the exported PDF keeps the native URI annotation instead of only showing plain text. I am checking for the expected PDF structure such as /Annots, /A, /S /URI, and the URI target. The attached PDF is a small test document. It includes one real-world test URL surrounded by normal project context, so I can verify whether Acrobat preserves both the visible text and the clickable link annotation after saving or exporting. What is the recommended Acrobat workflow to verify this? Should I use Edit PDF > Link, Preflight, Accessibility tools, or another inspection method to confirm that the URI annotation is still present after export?I am checking my own PDF export and validation process and want to make sure I am using the right Acrobat tools.

This morning when I started Photoshop all my actions were suddenly gone. In the action panel there is only a group called “default actions”. I used it yesterday and my actions were all there. When checking in Creative Cloud Desktop it says I updated to Photoshop v27.5 21 days ago - so that cannot be the explanation. I have searched my desktop and there are no atn-files later than the backup I created a week ago (and I have made important changes since then). Can anyone explain what may have happened and if there is anything I can do in order to get my Actions back (as they were per yesterday, not the older backup)?Yesterday I installed Premiere and worked a bit with it (it crashed), but cannot see how that would affect my Photoshop actions.

I hope that you have tips for me?

I keep asking for a prompt for a photo and it keeps giving me a completely different photo it's used 100 credits

I would like to request a refund on my subscription, i got charged $21.76 and $108.82 on may 27

I'm going to be getting some images in the FITS format. I keep trying to ask Adobe if they have or could recommend a converter, and got nowhere.  Suggestions appreciated. John

I received files (PSD, PDF and EPS, containing just the text layer and template) that were prepared by someone else and they need to be converted for hot foil stamping.I have looked up and found a lot of information and videos about how to create a PSD file and prepare it for the process, but nothing that tells me how to edit an existing file (files).Vague instructions from the printer (in Czech Republic) have not been helpful as far as getting anything done, but this is all of the info I have received: Embossing, hot foil stampingThe artwork should be always created in curves/ vector graphic, and either in specialspot color (called e.g. foil) as a part of the actual artwork, or in 100% black, but thisshould be in a separate file. We can also accept high-resolution line-art images, butthe resolution should not be less than 1200 dpi. These specifications also apply forspot-varnish artwork.and:"Incorrect/insufficient artwork for hot foil stamping, embossing, spot UV varnish, etc. " 300 d

I have a photo of me, my daughter, granddaughter, and mom. That’s four generations. I just wanted it to show my mom smiling and hugging us, but it keeps blocking me. I was getting help from one of the people from the site and they said it was not allowed. They tried 4 different ways to get it to work. It still blocked them. I then asked if they could just get us to wave smiling and that was against the rules. What do I need to send in, somebody rolling around in the hay. I am highly disappointed. These memories mean a lot to me. Is there any way around it. This has upset me so bad.

I would like to integrate Claude into Abode, but am getting ‘Your organization does not allow access to third party applications’ before I am able to input my Adobe credentials.  I have the setting turned on to allow staff to integrate apps and Claude is not an an option on my list on ‘Add App Integrations’ in Adobe.  Any thoughts?

There is no feature that allows us to report poor quality photos, or vector images that are poorly executed. There is no feature that allows us to report images that are clearly AI when they are not tagged as such. Furthermore, the search results are often ABYSMAL – and they have been for years. People have clearly asked for these features/improvements and Adobe has not provided what we need. Will you just continue raising your prices and giving us ever more AI without responding to our needs? Seriously.

A week ago on Bridge my keywords were there, last week I opened Bridge and they are not! I have a backup hardrive; What is specific Keyword folder NAMED and where it is located?

My free trial ended and I didnt notice it in time but adobe today charged my account. How do I ask for a refund and cancellation of my Adobe pro subscription.

When trying to remove something from an image it leaves a white shadow of what was meant to be removed.

The starting point is a 250-page InDesign document with 100s of EPS illustrations and a dozen screenshots. When the PDF is exported it is way too big to share easily and I need significant size reduction. The final PDF will be sent to a commercial printer and posted to the company Website, so quality cannot be sacrificed. Thanks much!!

Signed on for a 7day trial a couple of weeks ago (~Monday 13th June) of Adobe Acrobat Premium (Monthly). Was immediately billed the subscription fee. The LiveChat that I had with Adobe Customer Support let me know that I needed to contact Google for a refund of the subscription fee. I contacted Google however unfortunately, they are not providing a refund, regardless of the screenshot I provided with subtext showing that I wouldn't be charged until the 7day trial period ends. They contacted me before the trial period was meant to end. In response to my review, I was recommend to contact the Adobe Support Community. Please let me know if further information or screenshots are required. Many thanks

I did not authorize Google Adobe Acrobat to take $76.43 out of my venmo account I had canceled a long time ago and I don't know why all the sudden they're taking out the money and I need it back soon not 7 to 10 days you can take it out right away you can put it back right away

I’ve got a keyboard that does macros. I had generative fill prompts set up, for example ctrl shift f11, remove text, tab tab tab enter. Now when I attempt this, it doesn’t work with the new dialog box. Is there a way to get this to work instead of tabbing to the generate button; like ctrl-entert or some other combo that just runs the operatrion? Attempting to tab to it causes the dialog header to change color like it is not selected.

Hi-- I autoflowed text from Word and it worked perfect for all but the last 10 or so pages, where it just stopped. After troubleshooting, it seems like my hyphenation (off) settings on my paragraph style are what is causing the text to not show. Any ideas or experience with this issue? I tried copy and pasting the missing text, but when I apply my paragraph style it disappears. I tried creating a new paragraph style, but once I turned off hyphenation it disappeared again. Any advice is greatly apprecaiated. Thank you!

I'm trying to export an InDesign file I have previously worked on other versions, but this error prompts: "Failed to export the PDF file.""Possible cause of failure is present on spread with page number "5"." I have deleted the spread mentioned in the error, removed all hyperlinks, verified that the document has no errors, and tried to export the file in batches, but nothing is working. For reference: I'm using macOS Monterey.

I usually create a folder for my images on the hard drive by dragging and dropping from the SD card. Then I open Lightroom and point to that particular folder.

(My, is the search engine in this forum terrible)Any feedback, official or non, on support for the new Mac Neo, either configuration?  I’ve seen some positive comments from YouTubers, but wondered what general experience is.  I understand other Macs I could buy, and will not use this as my main machine, but as a travel machine. Thanks!
