Solved

Every 9th of the month I’m charged 21.59 and every 14th of the month I’m charged 14.99. This should not be happening.

I’m trying to use the Mockup Beta feature in Illustrator, but it's missing for some reason, so I can’t do the mock-up product. Despite watching many tutorials, I still don’t know why. Just in case I did something wrong: I downloaded an image to use for the product then used my own artwork designed on Illustrator as a logo. Is this the correct procedure to use for a mock-up? Thank you.

Hi. My tool "Object selection" doesn't work. I changed option to More Stable in the image preferences, I updated GPU driver, I reinstaled Photoshop and I even tried to instal Beta version of Photoshop. Nothing has worked so far. As soon as you switch to the object selection tool, the "people detection" wheel starts spinning in the top menu. However, the tool is unable to complete this detection, and as a result, I believe direct selection doesn't work either. Can anyone help? I have Photoshop 27.6.0.My system info:Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900HX (2.20 GHz)RAM: 32,0 GBGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB)Intel(R) UHD Graphics (128 MB)

I’m new to Firefly so I expect a learning curve, but what I can’t get my head around or fix is Firefly giving me results nowhere near what I asked for.  For example, I told it to add moving film grain to a still image, which it did, but added a decorative frame and did a zoom in/out.   Next I told it to produce the same effect but no frame and no zoom.  It game me the image with no grain effect and tilted away from the camera at an angle. Is this simply a glitch or am making prompt mistakes?

Why does my account keep getting flagg3d as fraudulent? Adobe concluded my first incident was in error. I got a new one and that is telling me the same thing again. I am very frustrated. I need to use my adobe creative cloud and it is making me think Adobe is the one that is fraudulent.

I worked on a Native American reservation for 8 years and for a few July 4th celebrations while I was there  the public was invited to attend. I took some nice photos of the participants while they were dancing. I am under the impression that images of people in a public outing or festival do not need model releases. What are the rules with Adobe Stock? Thank you.

I was printing using Adobe Acrobat’s “Poster” mode when my print was interrupted and canceled. I cannot recover from where it was and only have enough paper for the final two pages, but it won’t let me select the final two pages, instead trying to print all 15 again. Is there any way to choose the pages under “Pages to Print”? I’ve looked through every forum and video and haven’t found an answer.

I want to add above to Image Processor.  Can you help Stephen? :)

I submitted some of my custom paintings of some cabins in the woods. They were rejected saying I need a property release form? How can I get a property release form if they are custom paintings?

If my images contain close up shots of hands, do they require a Model Release?

#1883215964 is represented as a vector graphic, but upon download it’s just a low resolution raster graphic saved as an SVG.  Apparently there’s no other way to report this so I’m posting it here.

Hey folks: macOS 15.7.3M4 MaxPremiere Pro v26.0.1 (and all of v25.x versions) In Premiere Pro, the Essential Graphics panel shows the thumbnails of all of my mogrts, either present in “Local Templates → Local Templates Folder” or in “Libraries →My Library” or “Stock Templates”. I can select a mogrt and place it on my timeline with no issue. However, typing *any* terms in the search bar yield “no matching search results”. Workarounds tried:Searching for an exact mogrt namesor even just a letter or two - no matching results. Any combination of toggling Local Templates/Libraries on/off. Deleting all media cache(s), including recently used and all (requiring restart). Restarting Premeire Pro with SHIFT key down, and checking all of the boxes (clear media cache, reset app prefs, 3rd party plugin cache, one time disable, etc.) The “half” trick: Starting Premiere Pro with half of the mogrts removed form the Motion Graphics Templates folder, restaring Premiere Pro, then searching. Error persis

I’m not totally sure what the new masking function is supposed to do, but I know it is clunky for what it used to do. Again, I’m sure it has some kind of use, but this isn’t it. Please make sure when you R&D that you are not causing confusion and need to make workarounds when you deploy new things.

I thought this photo would be a good fit for Adobe Stock customers who wanted an image regarding a variety of issues: legal, constitutional, governmental, etc., but it was rejected. I’m just trying to figure out what I did wrong so I won't repeat the same mistake. Thank you.

My photo printed 11x13 with a white bar across bottom of photo. I need an exactly 11x14 printed to fit a frame. How can I do this to set it up in Lightroom?

Summary:PDF has Accessibility tags, the content has a reading order in the Order pane, and the page content exists in the Content pane. Nothing that should be readable is artifacted. So, why can't NVDA or JAWS read the content and annouces pages as empty? App: Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2025.001.20428OS: Windows 11 EnterpriseNVDA: version 2024.4.2.35031 Longer story with context:This is a 200+ page document that was originally made in Word and exported to PDF (I don't know the exact method used to export it). The first page is an accessible cover page that was inserted recently by someone else, I believe by using the Organize Pages tool in Adobe Acrobat Pro.NVDA thinks the cover page is empty despite it having tagsThere is other content in the document that has tags and does not read I am beyond baffled, everything I have learned about accessibiltiy points to that if a PDF has tags and nothing looks amiss in the Content tree, then tagged content should be readable by scre

How do you request for refund? I didn't realise that I have been paying for the last 3 months and I'm not even using this, so please advise. Thanks!

I want to activate Adobe Acrobat 2015 on a new computer, but can't deactivate it on the old computer because of a hardware defect.

Whenever I create a fade in Photoshop where the dark values range between RGB (0,0,0) and (20,20,20) and gradually transition to white, the gradient becomes discoloured and appears brown in the midtones. It should display only shades of gray. How can I remove the brown tint? Desaturation does not help.
