I need to overlay two multi-page PDFs - one containing the main content, the second containing a unique label at the bottom of each page - to produce a single PDF where each page shows its own corresponding label. The Background and Watermark tools get me closest (Tools → Edit PDF → Background / Watermark). Both accept a multi-page PDF as the label source, but then only allow a single numeric page number to be selected from it, so the same label appears on every page. If there were a "use all pages" or page-range option at that point, this would be straightforward. Is there a way to achieve a true page-by-page overlay in Acrobat Pro?Thanks.

Last year, my company switched everyone to PC laptops and it’s been trouble ever since. Latest issue: Photoshop printing. If we can even get the list of printer profiles to appear, they all appear to be video settings.  Doing what investigation and experimentation I can (they have these machines locked down to an insane degree), looks like Photoshop is ignoring the system profile folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color in favor of its own folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Color\MPProfiles. This seems to be filled with profiles After Effects and Premiere need.  I tried (on my personal PC) moving all the video profiles into a Video folder but PS still displays them. I don’t want to remove them entirely as I figure AE and PP are using them for something. But I also can’t add the actual printer drivers to this folder due to the aforementioned locked-down nature of the work computer. So my question is two-fold: do I need all these video profiles, and can I point Photos

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my “Annual plan, paid monthly” subscription. I started a 7-day free trial about 9 days ago (May 4), but unfortunately, I missed the window to cancel before it expired.I noticed an automatic charge was recently attempted but declined due to insufficient funds hence the billing issue. Because the payment hasn't cleared, my account settings currently will not allow me to cancel the plan myself.I have not used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Because I am still within the first 14 days of my initial sign-up, I kindly request your assistance with the following: Canceling the subscription immediately so no further payment attempts are made. Waiving any cancellation fees, as I have not used the service and am within the standard 14-day cancellation/refund window. No refunds needed, just cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and help in re

Does anyone know how to make the Win 11 taskbar show a separte icon for each PDF that's open? By default, Windows 11 likes to combine together all open files by program.  Looking in the Windows community forums, I fould that we were given the option to turn off that "feature" last year (I'm running build 22621.2861, ver 22H).  So I set the tasbar to Never combine, and it stopped combining my Excel, Word, etc files. Each now shows separately on the taskbar. However, my PDF's are still being combined into a single icon. I know I can click on the icon then select which PDF to work on, but my preference is to have a separate icon on the taskbar for each PDF I have open.  Since Windows 11 does this for other for other programs now, I'm guessing PDFs are being combined due to some Adobe setting. Does anyone know if that can be changed so my Win 11 taskbar shows a separate icon for each PDF I have open?  Thanks! Thx

On both of my Macs, PS 2026 Command-Shift-F has completely stopped working since yesterday. Was there some kind of wonky update? I’ve scoured Google searching for a fix. I’m on a deadline… help!!

Is there a way to update a shared adobe acrobat link? I sent a pdf to a client for proofing and they made comments and I want to update the pdf with the new information without sending a whole new link.

I currently have the Acrobat extension installed in Google Chrome, and find it very useful to open online pdf files that I just want to read but not necessarily save. However, when I know that I want to save the file, it would be helpful to download it and open it in the Acrobat app. I know I can do that by opening it in the extension first and then choosing “Open in desktop app”, but is there any way to bypass the extension and directly open it in the app?According to the Adobe Help article “Open PDFs in Acrobat Reader from Chrome”, there should be a way to get a ‘prompt’ to “Open in Acrobat Reader”, however I can’t seem to get that to show up. (The article is from 2022 so the information may not be current.) I’ve tried it both with the extension enabled and disabled; when enabled, online pdf’s just automatically open in the extension, while when disabled they open in the Chrome pdf viewer instead. If there is (still) a way to download online pdf files and directly open them in the Acr

Beginning w/ the update to Acrobat Pro v2026.001.21529 Mac, images/files from xd files are not viewing properly. See example attached (I have more if needed). These are both legacy files created in xd a few yrs ago as well as new files created in the latest version of xd. Users within our org who have updated Acrobat to the latest version are experiencing this issue. Those who have yet to update are NOT having any issues. Images/files do view properly in Chrome. We have experimented w/ every single preference in Acrobat to no avail. Note that I am running Tahoe v26.2

So I am trying to CNC awards for the end of my robotics season and this one part of one of the awards I am trying to make is having trouble in the CNC router so I need to fix it in Illustrator. The issue is that I have parts of circles joined with most of the award but then there are a few parts that aren’t joined and that is where I am struggling. Here is what I am trying to CNC and the blue that is highlighted is all one path but for some of the circles it stops at half way and leaves the other half not included if that makes any senseHere the semi circles are sitting on the outside circle but I want them to be all one path and not just sitting on top of each other.I know this is probably hard to understand and I am willing to answer all question that will help people understand what I am trying to do. I also attached the file so people can mess around and try to fix it on there own. Thanks in advance for the help. :)

Images will not copy and paste at all, text coverts to my default font and color (black Myriad Pro Regular).  I have tried resetting Illustrator preferences. I have restarted the laptop several times. I have tried it on multiple files and between files, some of which are saved to the cloud, some of which are on my local machine. Same results. This is not a problem in other applications, just Illustrator. Seems to have only just started this morning. I literally cannot do any work. Please help!

I understand that up until somewhat recently there was no way to rename files / photos in Lightroom cloud-based, but now you can. This is great, but could anyone explain a bit how Lightroom is treating the new file names? When I rename my photos in Lightroom everything looks good, but I notice that the files are not renamed in Lightroom Classic, which I have synced. Edits, gps data, ratings etc are synced between Lightroom cloud-based and Lightroom Classic, but renaming the files are not. Or rather, if I rename the files in Classic it is synced to Cloud-based, but not the other way around. I’m just trying to figure out what is happening. My goal is to get rid of Classic completely, but there are still a couple of things standing in the way. Lack of Map module being the biggest issue. File handling being another one, but it's less of an issue the more I learn about it.

I have recently reinstalled Creative Cloud on a new laptop, and am needing to use InDesign 19.2 for a newspaper system we run across a large team. I am unable to locate this particular version in the “other versions” dropdown. Has Adobe stopped supporting this older version?

I cancelled my Adobe Acrobat and was looking to where I could request a refund and could not find it anywhere what do I do?

Sevice not working, using my credits and not editing the pictures or creating the pictures I asked for. I need my credits restored.

I’m reaching out to the community for assistance with an issue in Adobe Camera Raw that keeps recurring.Quite often, when I attempt to create a mask, I receive the following error message:“There was an unexpected error and your request could not be completed.”Immediately afterwards, a second message appears:“The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error. Due to a run‑time error, GPU acceleration has been disabled for the remainder of the session.”This behaviour is now happening frequently, and it interrupts my workflow every time masking is required. If anyone could point me toward reliable guidance, known fixes, or relevant Adobe documentation, I would be very grateful.Thank you in advance for your support.
