Solved

I work predominatly with technical drawings and blue prints.  I need to highlight areas NOT just text.  Both Foxit and Revo Bluebeam have area highlight tools.....Adobe does not???  Can't find anything but the mostly useless text line highlighter.   No point in paying for this software if it doesn't have a feature I use every day.  What kind of Idiot designs a PDF editor without this feature???  Searched the community and the web...only relvant answer I found states Adobe doesn't have an area highlighter.  Thanks in advance if you have an answer!

I see the user and email address under users and they have Adobe Acrobat Pro license assigned to them but when they log in to Adobe.com and go to Apps and Adobe Acrobat Pro, they are asked to purchase it. They should be able to download it for free because we are paying for the license.

Hi everybody, I am creating a new webhelp with Robohelp 2022.6.34 for an online database but i am using PDF output too during trainings. I created some topics, generating web ouput and everything fine (until now) but when i tried PDF output, i realize every topic name do not appear. In the topic layout (“disposition de rubrique” in french screenshot), title is displayed thanks to a field :<body>  <div data-region="header">    <h1><span data-field="title">rubrique</span></h1>  </div>That’s the green title in left part of the screenshot. In the frameless output, the title appears (“Description de l’état” in black in the middle of screenshot) But in the PDF output, the title is missing (where is the red arrow), in the topic and in the TOC too. I tried many settings and searched the Internet but found nothing to help. Do any of you have an idea? Thank you.

@Jeffrey_A_Wright I am responding with reporting the exact same problem that @Andre_Langer9558 already faced and it´s the same problem in all details Andre already described. Pop-up every month around time of debiting, stating there is a “Billing Issue” while the payment has already been processed by my bank without problems and, checking my Adobe account, has faced no issues whatsoever. This problem is persisting because here I am, 7 months later. Please advise, is there ANY way to resolve this because it really wears ones patience thin.

My company uses Photoshop to create artwork for our products - the security and privacy of our work during production is very important. Currently the AI features are blocked (the internet access Photoshop needs is blocked) due to the concerns. To save time the artists would like to make use of generative fill to remove objects from some artwork before painting over the area with new content. We don't want to use it to actually generate artwork, just give us a better version of the content-aware fill. The sticking point for my company is nobody knows what Photoshop is uploading, what happens to that data, how much of our art it uploads, could what it upload ever be leaked/stolen by a thrid party. We can't find any usful information that would make the legal department happy. Does someone know if there is a in depth article on the subject from Adobe or a legal representative we can talk to? Many thanksSimon

An Adobe please publish the official release notes to each version already?26.0.2 - no release notes anywhere. And my IT department asks why they should update my current version (26.0.1) and I cannot answer, why, because I don’t know. I think not releasing the patch notes for every software version is a very deep and sincere disrespect towards the users.

New Windows 11 PC - Acrobat Pro 2020 has not been installed yet.Yesterday I tried to install Acrobat, but the sign window kept on popping up. There was no way to get Acrobat installed - it would start and showed up in a split second and then showed the sign in window again.I restored a Windows image that I created just before starting installing Acrobat. So I start of with clean slate. In some post a link was provided to the last 2020 versions.https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.htmlI downloaded the pro version. Went thru the setup, entered the license key, etc. Then signed in. Okay, so far so good.Launched Acrobat, a pop up showed up(Freely translated)“Serial number upgradeThe serial number you entered is valid, but no eligible product can be found on this computer. If you want to use the serial number you entered, you must have one of these eligible products.Select the product you own and enter the corresponding serial number.“The key I have is valid for th

I just deleted a file in the iOS app. Is it possible to recover it?

I’m using the font Nobel and trying to apply tabular lining to a numbered list, but the 1’s and 7’s are just not aligning. I saw one other question on here asking the same thing, but I’ve gone through the steps (mainly making sure kerning is Metric, not Optical), but it’s still not working. Would appreciate any help! :)  Screenshots of how the numbers look right now, and my paragraph style settings:

I have a Photography (20GB) plan and was looking to increase my cloud storage. There were no options to change plans, so I signed up for a free Lightroom (1TB) trial. The new storage (1TB) now reflects in my Lightroom cloud. My question is if I unsubscribe from the Photography (20GB) plan and just keep the Lightroom (1TB) subscription, will it affect any of my cloud files, folders within Lightroom, etc.?

firefly.adobe.com: The video creation section, Veo 3.1 fast, the first and last frame feature is not working. It keeps giving errors. Even though we upload the first and last frames, when creating the video, it gives the error, "A problem occurredPlease try again later." Please fix this urgently.

Lately, whenever I import photos into Lightroom Classic (latest version, PC running Windows 11), the newly created date folder consistently shows above the parent folder in the Library module, although the files are correctly located within it, as “Show in Explorer” reveals. I am unable to drag the new date folder into its proper place (the year folder), because the path is technically correct, meaning the photos are already where I am trying to put them. Hoping others may have had and solved this problem, although I did not see any discussions about it. I did recently have to replace the drive in question, as the old one was damaged, could this help explain the problem? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Lightroom Classic 15.2 on a Mac 26.3.1.I was rebuilding Smart previews and was about ½ way done after a day.  Lightroom classic then stopped responding and I had to kill it.  I was doing other things in Lightroom which might have caused the freeze. So I restarted the smart preview rebuild and it started again from scratch, which is going to take days.Is there a way to just update them, i.e., just build preview for those pictures who don’t have them already?

I've attached a video of the Adobe PDF not being able to save pages  when rotated. At first,  it looks like it's saved but it's not. Watch the whole video please.   Please see attached.

I created this poster 2 years back and are trying to recreate it but are struggling lol, I have found the original file displacement map and recreated the text too but displacement map is not working correctly. It is not effecting the edge of the text as desired it is essentially just shifting the outline of the text does that make sense? not affecting the edges as I originally did it?

Unable to Add Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses but able to add Adobe Standard

Hello.I’m using Premiere 26.0.2 on Mac OS 15.7.4I like to check clip(s) duration in the timeline with the info tab. I discovered today that Premiere interprets still images with the wrong FPS and that it affects the duration info. For instance, in a 23,976 fps timeline, a png file is tagged 25fps in the info window. The duration that is shown is not correct.I don’t know if it’s a known issue. Thanks!Max

Hi,I have a CEP plugin that works great in PPRO but is having a problem in AE. I have a simple function in a jsx file to return an object. I’ve tried returning the object or even a string with JSON.stringify() but the stringify seems to fail and return nothing and the object is just a string “object object”. The same code works in PPRO. I’ve tried this on a Mac (Tahoe) and Windows 11 but they both have the same problem. All I need to do is list out all the items in the project.Has anyone else seen this problem before? I’ve tried AE 2024/25/26. Any help would be amazing as it’s very odd!
