Adobe rush is taking up far too much space on my iPhone, I have deleted all my projects, however, the space is still being taken up when I look in my settings… 17 GB, how can I delete this? There are no settings for clearimg cash or deleted projects for Adobe rush?

I was busily importing and editing graphics on page 68 of a large document, when suddenly the pink margin guides around each page suddenly disappeared!  I was using some keyboard commands and must have accidentally done something ... I have looked at various sections of the InDesign guidelines and have tried several things. Nothing brought them back (yet) & I've reversed each thing I tried in various dropdown menus. Can anyone help me restore those Margin Guides?  I can't work without them. Thanks

Where is the implementation of display color space transforms via mercury transmit? My second monitor is now useless if I want to use OCIO color management. Why does it not follow the displat color space set under the compostion window?

How do I change the theme on Firefly desktop? I have a disability and can't read light text on a dark background.

There is a really boring problem with simple tasks like selecting text or using the Find/Change feature in large documents. For example, this task has already taken about 1.5 hours, and I don’t know how long it will take. As you can see, the task is very simple: just find/change text elements. The exact query is not important; it may be selecting a sentence, changing a word, or something similar. And every time it takes ages.It started with about InDesign version 2022, but was not so noticeable. And for now, it has grown to disrupt the entire workflow. What could be done? I can divide the document into smaller parts, but it’s unwanted for this project, and there aren’t any warnings in the documentation about the document’s length. The Text Editor does not help; it works as slowly as the layout mode. The system is good enough for comfortable work:Processor    13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1355U (1.70 GHz)Installed RAM    32,0 GB (31,7 GB usable)System type    64-bit operating system Windo

No genAi used - just denoise and deconvolution. Can someone help me understand why such a picture is rejected with the reason “intellectual property”?Thx SK PS: the uploaded Version to Adobe Stock is w/o the watersign (bottom left)

Hi! We have Adobe acrobat profesional at the company, but the one using it is no longer an employee. We still pay the bills for it and we now want to download it to a new computer. How do we make that happen? We also want to change our VAT number on the bills for us and change the e-mail adress where we receive the bills. How do we do that?

My last post was probably asking too much, so instead, does anyone have a script to deal with object visibility with details coming from a CSV/Data Sets?I will be using data variables for other informaiton in the document, like text fields, so the data wil be loaded through the data variables. I know I could set the visibilty with the spreadsheet but I have over 1000 options so instead I was hoping to just have the objectname (like Shape-F-1) as a field in the spreadsheet.I'm using CS6.Thanks

Hello, Prior to early July, I was using adobe with my free account on desktop. In earlg July, I signed up for a paid plan with a new business account. Everything seemed pretty straightforward in terms of set up, but I have been having issues with my Acrobat ever since. I think the issue originated when I logged in with my business account on desktop. From what I've read, it seems like i probably had the version of Acrobat that fully converts to Pro once a paid plan is used to sign in. The issue here though is that I still need to access my free account, and I no longer can. Whenever it is signed in, i am asked to sign up for a free trial. Even without any account signed in at all, the applicaiton closes out and can not be used in the basic way to open, read, and if needed, fill PDFs. This has become super frustrating because even after following tons of different guidance in previous posts here with uninstalling, downloading different versions, etc., Acrobat just do

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out regarding a billing issue with my Adobe annual subscription. In December, I was charged twice for the same subscription. I was informed that the duplicate payment would be automatically refunded. However, it's now been almost three months, and I still haven't received the money back.I've already contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been issued on their end.Could anyone advise on the best way to resolve this? Is there a direct contact or escalation path for billing issues like this?Thank you in advance for your help.

I am from Bangladesh and I am not able to add a Bangladeshi number Error. The country is not showing for me. When I go to Region, Bangladesh is not showing. Even when I go to Payment Method, it is not showing.Even though the country shows, it still causes problems and errors.

I am working in Organize Pages, highlight the pages that I need to extract and all of a sudden Adobe duplicates those selected pages.  How can I stop that from happening?

Is the integration of Firefly with InCopy and InDesign planned for the textual part? For example: given a news agency text, create an alternative text; or, given multiple texts, create a single summary text. Also, given a text, create an alternative version of the same text. More generally, integrate a generative LLM?  Best Regards

From a few hours my Adobe contributor portfolio homepage shows no report, no earnings, no assets. Just this message: “There was an issue loading the page. Please reload the page.”Of course reloading doesn’t help at all. It’s just me or a general error?

I have installed/activated some Adobe fonts. They show up in Photoshop, but why won’t they appear in the Slideshow module in Lightroom Classic? Shouldn’t the fonts work in all Adobe applications?

I have a new lenovo android tablet version 8.1. Installed acrobat reader but cannot download and open any pdf's. All that shows on screen is skowfile.asp.Is this an android problem or acrobat problem?

When I open an InDesign document in InCopy, I get a warning that says, “The Document uses fonts that are either currently unavailable on your computer or no longer supported by InDesign. Closing the dialog box will substitute the missing fonts with the default font until the original fonts become available. Adobe fonts couldn’t find any matching fonts.”I go into the “Replace Fonts” and when I try to replace the fonts I have an error box show up that says, “The selected font is applied to hidden conditional text, or applied to text in a locked story, or is part of a composite font. Some instances of the font may not be found, or may not be changed.” In Creative Cloud added fonts, the font that has an error says, “Font Conflict. A font with the same name is already installed...” I’ve tried following the troubleshoot guide, readding, uploading, restarting Creative Clound and signing in and out. I’ve looked for the font in C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\plugins\livety

***EDIT 2 - SOLVED*** Well, as always seems to happen, after hours of trying to solve issues, after giving up and posting on whichever forum is applicable, the next effort worked. I noted that in addition to ‘Premiere Pro’ in my updates available list, there was ‘Premiere’. I had assumed it to be a different program, but updated anyway after posting, and this has solved the issue.Leaving the post up for anyone else finding it (likely me, in a couple of years time). ==============================================I see variations on this question but I can’t find any question that matches, so apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere. Problem:Opened Premiere Pro today, my last project, and have no audio during playback (was fine when I closed it yesterday). Sound bars show the audio, I have gone into preferences > audio hardware and changed, then reverted, to my speakersI updated Premiere Pro (now 24.1.0 build 85)‘M’ is not selected on audio track, audio plays fine everywhe

Recently, the Canvas Size dialog in photoshop looks different: smaller, uglier, and defaults to pixels no matter what my units are set to. Why?
