Solved

I am on Windows 11, 25H2. I am using Adobe Acrobat Continuous Release 2025.001.20997 (64). I have tried repairing, deleting and reinstalling the program, and ran Windows SFC scan. The problem is that when I make a change like a highlight, and the save button becomes active, when I press save (or save as from the menu), the window where recent folders usually appears does open but that window is empty (other than the X in upper right). Never fills in, never allows a save. Thoughts?

I have a one year subscription to LR 1 TB that expires in a week or two. I purchased a new one year subscription from Best Buy using their "Black Friday" discount.   My research suggested I would get a code I could apply to extend my exisitng subscription for a year. The code I was sent was the long, 16 digit Code used to activate a download of LR software.    I already have an account and the software is installed.   There is a link at Adobe Creative Cloud to enter a code to extend my subscription term but that code is six digits.   Anyone have any suggestions?   Of course I cannot return the digital purchase from Best Buy but I suppose I could allow my subscription to expire and then restart it.  That seems nuts to me.   Thanks!

Hello, I subscribed to a free trial and forgot to cancel it, when the time that I want to cancel it there is no cancellation option in my account. Yesterday I was billed for the monthly subscription. Can I request a refund for this?

Hello, I have a license for Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. When I try to activate it, it tells me it's already activated on two other PCs andthat it therefore cannot be activated on a third PC. I don't have access to the PCs on which I previously activated the license. I accessed my Adobe online account, and I can see the software with the license, butif I go to "Activated Devices," the list is empty. Is it possible to deactivate the license on the first two PCs?Can I contact Adobe to have them do it? Thank you for your help 🙂

Hi everyone, I run a clothing brand and we create daily performance marketing ads for 100+ products.Right now our team manually edits every product video in Premiere Pro, even though the workflow is the same for all. Our current manual workflow: Import the product video (model wearing kurta set) Make the same set of cuts each time (front shot, close-up, pants, pocket, 3/4th shot, etc.) Add the same callouts/text graphics Add the same music and branding Export the final ad Repeat this for hundreds of products Our Goal: We want a way to automate this entire repetitive process, similar to:Photoshop → Actions + Batch Process What we’re looking for: A script, plugin, or workflow that can: Import a folder of product videos Auto-place them into a pre-built template Auto-cut based on markers Auto-apply callouts (same for all) Auto-export each video to a separate file Ideally using Premiere Pro (since our team is trained on it) Questions: Is full batch automati

Hello, How do I move the green-outlined text element down, WITHOUT including the container (grey background)? I've tried adding the margin-top: 3% selector, but it affects both declorations.  I included much of the css content on the right-half of the affected text. Matthew

Can anyone explain to me in simple terms how to post my photos from Lightroom (Cloud) to Instagram? Please dont refer me to articles on this subject.  They present so many options that it becomes extremely difficult to understand what should be a very simple process.

Hello dear AE users,I am creating a fake developer's typing. My text comes from Dreamweaver and it has the correct fill colors (some words are gray, other orange etc. like in the image)I copy it from DW and paste it in AE and colors are still correct.I apply Typewriter Console to simulate the writing, and text fill colors change in white.I've noticed that if I get rid of the expression in Text>Source text, the original fill colors come back. What should I do? is there a line I can add to the expression to mantain the colors?thanks a lotLorenzo

I have 20 000 photos "collected" from different years to Deleted photos. Most of them are either duplicates of bad photos form differnt years and shooting sessions. I'd like to back them up to external SSD beforee Lightroom autodelete will remove them. Is there any way I can do this without adding them back to All Photos? I have not figured out how can I identify these if they are put back to my All Photos.

Hi everyone,I am experiencing an issue with CEP panel scripting in Premiere Pro 2025 and I would like to ask if anyone else has encountered this problem. I am able to open my panel, and it shows the UI, but it unable to run any JSX script in Premiere Pro 2025—including the official sample scripts. Specifically:1. Running the PProPanel sample .jsx script does nothing.2. Executing my own .jsx scripts also results in no output, no dialog, and no error message.3. Launching ExtendScript from Visual Studio Code using the ExtendScript Debugger extension shows no logs or activity inside Premiere Pro 2025.4. The exact same scripts run correctly and immediately in Premiere Pro 2024 on the same machine. Environment:Premiere Pro 2024 → JSX works normallyPremiere Pro 2025 → JSX scripts do not run at allApple M4 Pro (macOS 15.6)Questions:1. Has Adobe officially changed or deprecated CEP/ExtendScript support in Premiere Pro 2025?2. Is there any new configuration required to enable this?3. Are th

I want to combine three images (each 300 px by 500 px) into a single long portrait image, keeping their original dimensions intact. The goal is to automatically align them vertically, one below the other, as though they are stitched together. While "Load Files into Stack" allows me to import them as a single file without altering their size, I still have to manually enlarge the canvas and align the images myself. When I have just three images, it's easy to manage them, but it becomes frustrating when I have 20 images to deal with. On the other hand, "Contact Sheet" somewhat accomplishes this task, but it requires me to calculate the total height and ends up changing the original size while also leaving gaps between the images.

There are every apps. Photoshop, Acrobat etc. But the Illustrator, and InDesign are missing.

Bonjour,  j'ai accès aux logiciels substance painter mais pas à la library, je ne peux rien télécharger. Je pensais qu'on avait accès à la librairie si on avait les logiciels ?

Can you please help me understand how to install LR classic on my laptop? Is it still included in my Lightroom CC subscription? I would like to support both types (Classic's PC hard drive AND cloud) of workflows. The video Lightroom vs. Lightroom Classic was still confusing to me although I do not know when the video was created. I paid for the Lightroom cloud (CC I would guess) monthly subscription. Thank you.

Hi, my monitor is 1920 x 1200 pixels.  I can't determine how to change the Pshop screen to fit that size.  The screen is too large in the vertical dimension.  I've tried disabling Essentials and re-enabling, but that had no effect.  Under View I can't toggle "fit on screen," which may not have changed it anyway.  Searching with google all I found were outdated instructions, as in "press the green button."I'm using Windows 11 pro on a Dell Inspiron with an I7 core.

Just did a completely clean macOS install. Installed Creative Cloud. And suddenly my Applications folder looks like Adobe moved in with all their cousins.I’m staring at nine (!!!) extra “apps” duplicate Creative Cloud icons, CoreSync pretending to be an app, random utility stubs… basically a whole parade of stuff I never asked for and definitely don’t want cluttering my system. Why is this still a thing in 2025?No other pro software dumps this much junk into /Applications and calls it normal. If these are background processes, then make them background processes. If they’re not meant to be opened by humans, then don’t present them as apps. It’s not complicated. Clean install → clean system.Adobe install → chaos. Please, for the love of workflows everywhere: fix this installation bloat. Nobody needs a Creative Cloud matryoshka doll of apps.

A new update version 25.6.3 has been released. What are the new features in this update? Did they fix the bugs that came in 25.6? Is it safe to update? I haven't seen any information about this update yet. I'm still downgraded to 25.5 and I'm afraid to update because it might still have the same bugs as 25.6. Any information would be appreciated.

As a few months ago, the icons in Adobe Chrome Extension (for Mac) are way too small to read.  Enlarging the font with Command + does not increase the size of the icons, such as edit or print, but only the size of the document.  I have removed the extension and reinstalled and the problem still persists.  See photo for an example. Please advise.

Seeking a sanity check on a production decision for a 400-page hardcover art/architecture book. The design is final—most elements hand-positioned across 400 pp.—so if the gutter needs adjusting, I need a method that won't disturb existing content.Specs210×260mm trimInside margin: 12mm130gsm coated stock (Arctic Volume White)Hollow-back construction, sewn signaturesPrinter says 12mm is fine. I'm skeptical. And as it may affect the gutter, there's a choice between squared spine (rigid) and gently rounded spine (no spine board, covers pivot independently). Both hollow-back with sewn signatures, so text block behavior should be similar. Rounded is more ergonomic for this tome in the hand, while squared feels more solid. But if squared spine is even marginally less forgiving at the gutter, I'd want to add 1-2mm of safety.QuestionsIf I need another 1-2mm: can InDesign extend pages asymmetrically—adding width to the spine edge only—while leaving all placed content at its current absolute
