When I go to my Adobe Acrobat Reader Account it won't let me change my primary email address. Why?

Hi,Since a while (1-2 months) my toolbar and location of the left and right side-panel have changed.E.G.the number of pages and moving a page up or down is moved to the right side-panel;the content of the right side-panel has moved to the left, e.g. bookmarks, tiles;the content of the left side panel has moved to the right, e.g. tools to edit;I want to change it back. Is that possible or is this the new, enhanced look of Acrobat?

I am using the latest version of Photoshop, ver 27.0  Just after the last update PS is giving this error when I try to use generative fill:  "Your complimentary generations for this premium feature have been used. To keep using this feature, upgrade to a plan with premium feature access."  When I google search the problem, I am told to click on the home button in Photoshop (upper left)  and then click on my avatar in the upper right and it will show how many credits I have. I have 93/100 left, so that is not the issue.  I tried the same generative fill on my beta version and it worked perfectly, so there is a bug in the regular version.  HELP!Doug

I've been using Illustrator for quite some time now, and I've never had a problem with the colors.Recently the colors have become WAAAAAY off. I'll attach some screenshots. The problem I haven't changed any settings either.I typically use RGB color mode because...well screens, but I tried clicking CMYK mode, and the colors became closer to what they should be/darker.I can't for the life of me figure out what to do.In the screenshots the darker color for the posts was CMYK and the lighter was RGB.With the color palette screenshot, the colors appear right in the Libraries, but they are off on the document.HELP!

Hello, "There was a problem readinhg this document (109)". This problem only occurs on a new computer. I installed Acrobat Reader, but it can't open files from the server, only local files. Others users can open PDF files without problems.  I've already tried all the solutions I found online, but they didn't work.

I received an email on October 5th stating that my product was selected for the free collection. It is now November 12th, but I still haven't received the payment I was supposed to get. Is it possible that there is a problem?

Hi there, Sometimes Adobe fonts do not activate and show as missing, even though they are loaded in CC. I have to replace every time this occurs. In the Info panel of Fonts dialog box these 'missing" fonts show as 'Unknown'? It does not happen to every user so what is causing it?Problem fonts I've noted:GestaGaramond Premier Pro Thanks!

I have been working on a 150 page document for months. One font in use Garamond Premier Pro. Right now the Regular face is not showing up, EVEN THOUGH Creative Cloud Fonts says it is installed for Adobe and other apps. All 33 other faces are listed, just not Regular! And this is happening on two computers, both Windows. All CC apps are current. On one page the document is requesting Roman, not Regular. The real mystery is that much of this book has not changed in many weeks and I never had this font issue before this week.

Hi all,Here's the bug:https://youtu.be/nwpme8zh1rkAny workaround is appreciated.

Could you change the "create" tab to a buutton where it has to be pressed to make it open? When i am moving adobe from one screen to another and have several tabs open it keeps activating when i don't want it to. Then i have to close down the tab and try again. This slows down my workflow and is an annoyance. Making it into an action button would present no issue to those who use it frequently but would improve my user interaction with the software immensley. Everytime i move the mouse over it it wants to start creating a new page and slows me down. It is infuriating.

Before Première Pro 25.5.0 (build 13, Windows 11, Nvidia 5090), when one would grab and move an audio transition handle*, it used to also select the audio-transition itself. If you for example moved the in-point of the transition, and then directly hit delete, it would delete/clear the audio transition. Since I updated Première Pro, moving the transition in-point does not select the transition anymore. I am so used to grabbing the handle and pressing delete (since otherwise, you have to zoom in to select the transition itself). Was this change of behaviour intentional?*

Hi,   I have the very latest drivers from Intel Oct 22 '25, 32.0.101.8247 and an 12gb intel ARC B580  with 32gb DDR5 intel i7-12700k Just insanely laggy jittery playack of imported files... Been a while since I have been in this software, kinda expected better...   MArk.

Whilst filming, I was given an audio file of an interviewee from my DoP, and I started pulling selects onto a timeline just to make sure we had the right soundbites. I’ve now got a synced video file (same length, same content), and I’m trying to figure out if there’s a way in Premiere to replace the audio-only clips with this new video/audio file so the video appears on the timeline without manually re-cutting everything. When I try right-click then replace footage, the clip updates to show the audio/video icon in the project panel, but only the audio shows up in the timeline.. no video appears. Is there a way to get the video portion onto the timeline from those already-edited audio clips? Any help/advice greatly appreciated!

Did I miss 'Render In to Out' being removed a while ago or has this just happened? Either way any idea why it's gone and has anyone got a workaround to help render small sections when needed for smooth playback?I've tried 'Render Selection' but it just seems to play through without actually rendering, so I must be missing something there? Cheers!

Hi all, I'm using a MacBook Pro, 14 inch, 2021; Apple M1 Pro, 16 GB, Sonoma 14.5 Since the latest update, Premiere Pro (24.5.0 build 57) has been changing the audio levels in the timeline. I'm recording MP4 on a Canon XA-75. The levels are correct as recorded, peaking at about -6dB.  Earlier today, when I was editing, the audio levels were normal in the timeline, and it all sounded find. Halfway through the edit, the audio levels of all the segments in the timeline had shot up to zero, basically all red and completely distorted. This has happened a couple of other times in the past two weeks. I also have tried to set the correct levels in one segment, copying them, then pasting the attributes in the rest of them to save time. That did not work. I also tried setting the audio gain to -6dB on all the segments by right-clicking and going to audio gain in the pull-down menu. That didn't seem to have an effect. A couple of weeks ago, I had a different

Hi , For one of our customers we have an Pooled Azure Virtual Desktop environment. Most of the users only need Adobe reader. Only a few of them have an account at Adobe to logon. Is it possible to let both type of users work on the same AVD host?. Because it is a pooled environment with scaling plan we cannot let all users  with adobe accounts logon to  one host and all other Reader users on the other hosts.  Further more we don't want the normal reader users to get questions about upsale or sign in.  Has anyone an idea if that is possible without creating an extra hostpool. Thx in Advance, Jan

Hi all,I'm trying to export a short video on media encoder, under the word status it says warning. The warning says ꜜ.  What does this mean? What do I have to do?

Hi,When I uploaded my Nikon MOV files (Video Codec Type: MP4/MOV H.264 4:2:0  (Full Range)) into Premiere Pro 2019 they don't play video. I got audio only, and frozen video. On my very old laptop and Kdenlive editing software this was working smoothly without problem. Do I need to buy any codec or do anything else to be able such files in Premiere Pro?[1] I took small part of a .MOV clip (about 5 seconds), exported it into .mp4 file (took about 4 minutes!) - and such file works. Why is not playing in Premiere Pro and why takes so long time for just 5 seconds?[2] Files .MOV play very well in any video player in the system, only not in PP.
