Hi. I'm a teacher creating animations for my students during the pandemic to keep them motivated.Believe it or not, I'm animating in PowerPoint with Mixamo models and backgrounds done with PS.I uploaded a free model from the Valve game L4D2.https://www.models-resource.com/pc_computer/left4dead2/model/12699/The upload worked perfectly as far as I can tell but not with the textures (these are included in zip).I tried to export from Photoshop but it didn't work and Blender is very complicated for a noob like myself. In PS I could see the textures properly mapped.I've searched 3 hours of youtube videos but none provided any answer.Any help would be greatly appreciated.CheersJohn

When exporting an ID document to a PDF for printing I would like to know about image quality settings in the output settings dialogue in creating a PDF. I work on my ID with 16 bit TIFF images for these are what I've edited from originally and provide no loss in quality. In the export box can change the downsample resolution to 300ppi and change the export of format to TIFF from high quality JPG. My aim is to send the highest quality product to the printer without compromise or risk of artifacts that can happen with 8 bit JPG. Is what I'm doing best practice or should I just be using high quality JPG with maximum quality setting at export?

Hello Guys,I just updated to the latest macOS Ventura 13.0. Suddenly am getting a pop-up " CClibrary is damaged and can't be opened". It was not happening before the update.

Hi all,I often use the Image>Adjust Variations option in Photoshop but do not see the option in Photoshop CS6. I know we are still only in the BETA stage but I am still curious. I hope it is not going to be dropped. I like to use it for quick fixes on small portions of the image every now and again:)Thank you in advance for your help,Christine

Idea submission: Undo the most recent update.     The "Media", "Elements", and "Charts and Grids" are now under an "Add Content" button instead of just being on the side bar where they used to be. When I want to add an image to my flyer, WHY would I want to click add content > media every time I want to add media instead of being able to easily add media?? Why is there now another step everytime I want to add a design element? In what world would I, a user, want the user experience to take longer than it used to?   "File name" is no longer in the top bar where I can easily read what I named the file. I now have to click the down arrow to see/edit the file name. Again, why add another step? What used to be one step is now two, but in an extra inconvient way because it doesn't even show me what the current file name is unless I click it.   Continuing with the theme of adding another step where there didn't used to be one; to change the background of

Hi, It has been over a year that I have this issue, almost every time I work on premiere pro, my PC always crashes at least once, in a very singular and particular way. When I use premiere pro, there is actually no problem, but the problem occurs when I switch windows/programs. If I just happen to ALT + Tab or click on another program in the task bar, I have like 1 chance out of 15 to crash. When I crash, what happens is that everything except my mouse freezes for 2 seconds approximately, then the mouse freezes too. At that point, It can stay frozen for 15 seconds up to a minute, then my screens both turn to black. Then there are multiple outcomes that can happen after this, it depends on my luck, and those outcomes are: - My PC entirely crashes, and I lose all my unsaved data,- My PC unfreezes with one screen inactive that becomes disconnected from the PC, I don't lose my unsaved data, but I can't use Premiere Pro to see the video preview so I am forced to restart the progra

When using the integration between Behance and Portfolio there seems to be a bug on the Behance side. If I work from Portfolio to Behance and than adapt the results in Behance (e.g. adding texts, labels or else) this works wel. However, because from LR to Portfolio to Behance the standard is a frame I find it easier to use imports from LR into Behance directly, but then the Behance portfolio is not integrated back into portfolio which means that the Behance version will be overwritten by the Portfolio portfolio whenever you try to repair it fromout of Portfolio. Anyway, loss of data and work may easily occur.   Looks like a bug to me.

I keep seeing information online in various sources, including Adobe, about recovering deleted photos such as the info here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/restore-deleted-photos.html#view_deleted_photos It starts by telling the user to "Select Photos" but I have no idea where that is 🙂 I tend to think of user error to begin with and assume there is something I'm missing. The above Adobe page doesn't seem to indicate, but can someone help clarify if the ability to actually recover deleted photos applies to photos after "Delete from Disk" vs "Remove from Lightroom"? If so, how? Thanks.

I did the adobe 14 day trial and CANCELLED my account. I saw Adobe charges on my cc, but I never looked at the amount. I expected a charge for my adobe portfolio. Well, they scammed me and continued the $59/month charges for a year after I cancelled the trial!!! I had not used the account or even logged in. I have been a loyal Adobe user and championed for them to be implemented at every company I have worked for. That ends now. These is beyond deceptive and just flat out stealing.

Have been trying to download Creative Cloud for hours now, and no matter what I do I end up with error 206, unable to connect to adobe servers. I have tried seemingly every fix, from disabling firewalls to the creative cloud cleaner tool, and nothing has worked for me at all. I have tried just about everything.

Hello, as anyone figured out how to stop the program panel from zooming while using a middle mouse when scrollling backwards or forwards in the timeline. The only work around that I have found is to place the cursor over the blue hours/mins/sec while using the middle mouse which is extremely time consuming. If I use the middle mouse anywhere else the video zooms in and out. thanks

Having a bit of a brain cramp. Took 1600 or so images at a Motocross race today. Imported them all, started my first culling process, flagging them. Got to about 400 and had to stop for dinner. Want to go back and do a bit of a finer cull on the flagged photos...can't remember how to just see the flagged photos in a grid formation.....

It is possible to make a InDesign book print or pdf as spreads. But the last page of an document/chapter and the first page of the next document/chapter are always single pages! Therefore many dtp-ers choose not to use the InDesign book option, but make the complete book in one document. I would love to send my complete InDesign book as pdf in spreads for email review. Please let the first and last page of the book documents be exported as spreads, as if it was made in one document.

This is a minor annoyance that still hasn't been resolved, but the filter gallery effects always appear ungrouped in the filters tab every time I open Photoshop. The annoying part is that it does this even when I have it checked to group them in the plugins settings. I have to uncheck and then recheck it for them to group up every time I have to reopen the program. Can someone fix this, please?

Hi Adobe I have Acrobat X Standard with a valid license for two PCs. I can see my product on my Adobe account, but I cannot manage my active devices. My old PC and laptop are broken, so I have no way to uninstall Adobe from them. Can you help me gain access to the active devices so I can remove them and install the software on my new laptop? I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I'm getting dropped frames from my sequence. I wanted a legit machine for my home. I picked up a M4 Mac Mini Pro. Installed premiere and I'm getting hundreds of dropped frames on playback. Footage was shot on an Arri 35 camera, Anamorphic, ProRes 4444, 23.98fps. So the video files are intense but my main machine, Mac Pro M2 Ultra and also my mobile machine, M1 Max laptop, both handle this sequence easily no dropped frames. BUT on my M4 Mac Mini Pro it drops frames like crazy. I run the sequence and media off an SSD. I thought it might be my SSD but no, I tested on my other machines and they performed fine, no dropped frames. I even went out and bought an M2 Max Mac Studio thinking it would solve but even that machine drops frames, less than the M4 Pro but still. What is happening?! Apple nerds said the memory bandwidth could be the issue on the M4 Pro? Thats one of the reasons I picked up the Mac Studio M2 Max.
