Hello, I want to edit a photo from Lightroom Classic in Photoshop 2025, but I get an error message: Catch in IPhotoshopApplication, exception encountered: Invalid Offline Resources path. What is the solution for this? Lately I used CCleaner 7 to remove duplicate files, and I suspect that this may have caused the issue. When I tried to restore the removed files I got the message I'm not allowed to restore the files?

Hello,I’m experiencing a serious issue with missing GPS data in my main Lightroom Classic catalog.I have around 40,000 travel photos in my primary catalog, and I always try to fill in GPS coordinates for each image. At some point, I noticed that many photos had lost their GPS metadata. Unfortunately, I can’t determine exactly when this happened. My catalog contains various file types:DNG and HEIC files from iPhone, from which I usually copy coordinates to RAW files.DNG files from DJI drones, which originally contain GPS data.I discovered that:In some photos, the GPS data was completely erased from the files. In others, the GPS data still exists in the files, but Lightroom no longer displays it.When I use the “Read Metadata from File” command, the GPS data reappears — however, all tags and editing adjustments are lost as a result.Recently, I worked in a separate catalog where I filled in GPS data for a folder of images. Then I imported that catalog into my main one and continued editing a

I'm a photography enthusiast rather than a professional and have been using/learning Lightroom Classic (LrC) for several years as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) subscription. Like many others, I don't really like the subscription model but have got used to LrC and quite like it for my purposes. I mainly use the cropping, tonal adjustments, masking, keywording, noise reduction, transform, removal/cloning, exporting and photo organising features within LrC. I hardly use any of the other CC subscription software apart from minor use of Photoshop. I store my photos on an external drive rather than the cloud (& back them up on 2 other hard drives). I do use Collections & the Adobe "cloud" to share some photos from LrC on my other devices, and also created a small website using the LrC functionality.I have about 40k photos in my LrC catalogue which are a mix of RAW files from my Olympus OM1.1 and my old Sony A77, plus a bunch of jpegs.However.......yesterday I tried to run the

Hello all, Anyone else experiencing issues with Adobe Review today? My collaborator said that he initially had access and had added some comments to the Review page, only for the page to suddenly close itself. When he tried to open again, he got a 404 message, and since then, I've been trying the links to get the same thing constantly.  Is it a known bug at the moment?

I have nested two clips in a sequence, but when I want to apply the morph effect to a cut, I get the error ‘Error: Access to clips not possible’ every time. Until about halfway through my project, the morph effect worked perfectly without any problems, but now all of a sudden it no longer works. Since halfway through my project, the morph effect no longer works - even though I haven't changed anything. It worked all the time.I have already reset the layout, completely deleted the cache of Premiere and After Effects, tried to use an older automatically saved version of my project, but the morph effect no longer works - each time I get the same error that the morph effect has no access to my clips.Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

How can I display the filename and extender in the grid view of Adobe Bridge 2025, as shown in the CS6 example?

I just saw a presentation in the Photoshop Summit 7, where somebody showed the Crop and Expand option in Camera Raw. I do not have that tool and can't find it. I am opening files directly into PS (not from within PS as a layer) by using FILE-OPEN, these are Nikon .NEF raw files and the crop tool does not show any option or check box for crop and expand. See attachment The demo was done in PS 2025 and CR 17.5.1 (2md attachment) - was that option removed? Camera Raw 18, PS 2026 on Win 11

Since updating my MacBook, my sub-sub menus are grayed out. It doesn't mater which main menu tab I select from, they're all not functioning. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks so much!

These are getting ridiculous. How to I turn these pop-ups off for good. Every time i open the app or save a file there is a pop up in my UI. This is an AD! For something totally unrelated to what i'm doing. Adobe, please, this behavior, it's insane.

I'm trying to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Professional 2020 (perpetual license) on a Windows PC. I downloaded the installer from the Adobe link available in my account and entered the serial number associated with this purchase. The serial number was accepted during installation. However, when I launch the application, it prompts me to sign in (which it does automatically), but then I receive a pop-up message stating:Serial Number Upgrade: The serial number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer.(See attached screenshot.)When I enter the correct serial number again, it responds with:The serial number is not for a qualifying product. Please try another.I attempted to contact Adobe support, but the phone system indicates that phone support is not available for this type of product.Any suggestions on how to proceed?Note: The second screenshot omits the serial number for security reasons, but I did enter the correct one. I also have mu

I have after effects 2020 with trapcode particular, I set my emitter type, to "layer"and then I have linked the "layer emitter" to my layer/logo.I expect my logo to emit particles but, its like the particles are notrecognizing or linking to my logo. The particles do not respect the "shape" of my logo.It seems like such an easy step and process when I watch tutorials, yet my logo is not connecting properly with the particular and emitting particles from my logo shape. Is this a AFX 2020 problem with trapcode? It doesnt seem like it, everything else works fine.I also start up after effects with "run as integrated driver" option, which i also dont believewould be affecting this.  Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts?I just want to get my logo to emit particles with particular.THANKYOU  : )

I am gettting this error "Photoshop Beta is not yet available for devices using Apple silicon" when I try to install the PS Beta and Premier Beta apps. Is there a work around for this? Thanks!

I’ve been capturing PS2 gameplay  using an emulator and want to clean it up and edit it in Adobe Premiere Pro. Some footage looks pixelated or has interlacing issues — especially from older titles. What’s the best way to upscale, deinterlace, or enhance PS2 video clips in Premiere Pro for YouTube or social media? Any plugin or export settings you’d recommend for retro gameplay?

This problem has appeared for some of the time. It causes several things I can't do in my After Effect, but I really have no idea how I can fix it. Problem 1: wait a long time to open the AE, it hangs on the initializing media core and takes about 10-15 mins to get through. Problem 2: can't import the mov files, and if I import the mov to the AE project, this pop up comes                "After Effects error: file 'file name.mov' cannot be imported - this 'MooV file is damaged or unsupported.'"Problem 3: can't output the comp as mov. and this pop up warming comes                "After Effects: One of the output modules could not be imported. It has been reset to use the default setting for the selected file format."I read some threads and I knew this might cause by the blocked communication between AE and QT. But I have double check my QT, it is ver

This is a feature I used to use a lot within Lightroom 5, in the grid view, I used to select all the photos I wanted to apply it to, right click, Develop, then find my preset and apply it.This seems to either have moved or gone from Lightroom CC?Here's a screenshot of what I mean...If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.P.S I don't want to use sync as that's not exactly what I'm after which other people have suggested.

Every time I save a file as a PDF in Illustrator it automatically opens immediately afterwards in Adobe Acrobat. I can't seem to find out how to turn this off and it's driving me mad. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have several users getting an access denied Distiller error after updating Acrobat DC to version 25.001.20458. The error pops up randomly even when Acrobat is not in use. I have tried removing DC, running the cleanup tool and reinstalling DC. I also apllied the latest optional update 25.001.20474.I have cleared all temp folders and granted users full control over all Adobe folders, c:\windows \temp and c:\temp. I also tried turning UAC from off to on but the error still comes up intermittently. Has anyone else has this issue?

Recently, InDesign allowed two users to access and edit the same file located on the network drive. User A was actively working on a file, while User B was able to open and work on it. User A was subsequently kicked off the file, all edits and changes were overwritten, and the software crashed. According to User B, the file did not generate a lock file, which usually prevents other users from accessing the file and making changes. We store our working folders and InDesign files on a network drive. It is unclear if both users were using the same InDesign version. User A may have been using InDesign 2026, while User B was likely using the latest version of InDesign 2025. The issue occurred twice in two separate InDesign files and has not happened again.

I use the "combine files" tool almost daily. About a week ago, it started bringing me to a page in Adobe with a grayed out picture of a cloud and rain and a message that simply said "something went wrong. Try again later." I have tried at least twice a day over the past week or more, doing the same steps I have always used to combine files, but have not had any success. I am still getting the same message. All other tools seem to be working fine. So it seems like just this feature is "broken" in some way. Please help!
