Solved

Hi everyone, I apologise if this is an obvious question , I tried their online support bit who hadn't a clue what I was talking about and couldn't readily see a support email address to contact so this is my last resort !I was working with photoshop elements 2022 up on my mac up until the recent OS upgrade to Sonama which has caused a lot of problems with elements. A bit of research has revealed that my goose is likely cooked and that moving on to a higher version is the only option.  I had a look at the elements 2024 page and see that it is priced seperately as licence upgrade for 83 euro or buy outright for 102 euro. If it was possible to upgrade my current version to the new version then I would obviously do that instead of paying the more expensive price and so here is my question, is that what license upgrade means ? I cannot see it explained exactly what license upgrade means, is from 2022 to 2024 or is it from 2023 to 2024 only or does it mean something else ? Can anyo

Any ideas? Anyone run into this yet? I'm doing a simple copy/paste of an RGB graphic from Illustrator 29.7.1 into Photoshop RGB psd (26.7.0). First I've ever run into this issue since upgrading both AI and Ps. Thoughts?

I am having an issue when scaling objects down (and interestingly, not up). When an object is scaled down it creates this sort of fragmented view that will hold until I zoom in or out. Fine with text, but if text is outlined as a shape it does this. I have updated to the most recent version as of today. Help?

Hello, System: Windows 11 / 64 bit  / 25H2 and graphic driver (Nvidia) are updated, have latest version. If i choose/klick the function "remove tool/Entfernen-Werkzeug" PS/APP crashed down.Following steps i have already tried but it doesn't work:- Remove tool chage to "stable" in the settings- Turn of the graphic use in the settings- Tried it with different pictures .JPD/.PSD Can you help me please? Any solutions? i would need that feature very often. ThanksEva

I'm having an issue in which the UI of Illustrator is somewhat oversized compared to the other Adobe programs, it's not unusable but the difference is noticable enough to be a bother (screenshot shows comparison to indesign). I haven't been able to check out the UI scaling settings within the program, as the preferences window is also bugged out in some way (way too small to access any of the settings and cannot be resized; also included in the screenshot) -- this is arguably a bigger problem than the oversized UI itself. I have tried reinstalling Illustrator, installing older versions and manually resetting the preferences, none of which have had any effect on the issue. I'm currently on Ai version 29.8.2 operating on macOS Sequoia 15.5. I'd be glad for any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

Noticed some of our users has adobe products like CC, Genuine Service, Air & photoshop.we are pretty sure that their user profile has no admin rights to install any software.Any idea how did they install it on their own.

Qualcuno sa dirmi cosa è successo e come recuperarlo?Grazie!

I would like to be able to smooth out the motion in the attached footage. I've tried fiddling with time wrapping with optical flow, speed with optical flow and warp stabiliser. Nothing really gets the footage smoother.  Note that the footage is technically a time-lapse, shot on a motorised slider. I'm not sure why the jitter has occurred, but it's in the master file; it's all 25fps file on a 25fps sequence. thanks

I wanted to know if anyone is facing issues with their adobe analytics connection with PowerBI? Nothing has changed in my report but now my report is failing to refresh and having timing out errors. For example, 1 week it will refresh fine then I can't refresh my report for the next 2 weeks and has been very unstable.

Hi,I have an index. The page numbers are right-aligned with a tab to the right side of the text frame. When the text extends too far to the page number area, I want to insert a line break.I can get the TextRange or the TextLoc of the single characters in the text. However, I do not know how to get the distance to the text frame border.I did not find any LocX property of the TextRange or the TextLoc.How can I tackle this? Which object and which property do I have to check?Thank you very much for your help!Best regards, Winfried

When you try to 'save for web' jpeg images from a Photoshop document with multiple arboards, you get the option to save one single JPEG with all the artboards together. Can you save them indivisually?

Ik probeer mijn account om te zetten in een jaar account omdat de verhoging van het maand bedrag wel erg fors is

So, Illustrator is acting up like an idiot again, for reasons that only Zeus knows. When trying to create a new file, instead of the usual dialog box with all the options and settings, this is what I get: A blank box, with nothing else to to but close.I've done the usual. Quit and ReOpen, reboot the machine... Nothing.I'm running a brand new iMac, the app is fully up to date.I just want to know if this is a known issue with any simple solution before uninstalling and installing again (which seems to be the only solution to Adobe apps these days).Anyone?

Hi Forum. I'm adding an ellipse shape, and adding some points to the shape. But when I delete the points on the shape, rather than the shape splitting like it would in Illustrator its resulting in making a line across the shape still connecting the ellipse. I'm trying to achieve result A but I am getting result B as shown in this example. Thank you.

Hi,I'm filming an object on a green background from several directions at the same time using identical cameras, so I get pretty identical videos. In After Effects I remove the green background (keylight1.2)My problem is that the software doesn't do it simultaneously, it only works on one video at a time.I enabled multi-frame rendering, also search for a solution in the web but didn't find one CPU amd 7950x, 128 GB ram Thanks in advance

RE: Photoshop 26.11.0 Release – Generative AI Feature Request -- The generative AI spot removal tool in the latest release is similar to the one that has been implemented in the Lightroom App (Mobile) for some time. However, the LR Mobile (iPhone) contains an additional feature that, I use all the time, and is extremely useful: the Generative AI output, it creates Three different outputs; there is a "Refine" button giving the user to choose from the 3 different versions of the output (e.g.,  toggle between < 1 / 3 > ; < 2 / 3 > ; < 3 / 3 > ; there are minor differences in the details, color produced by AI models that the user might prefer in one output version than another). Screenshots posted below. I use this feature all the time in LR, and I wish it was included in the PS release. I hope that feature can be added in a future PS release.   Thanks! -- -B. HiI have been handwriting annotations in PDFs with Acrobat Pro DC for a year and it worked fine, almost as well as on paper. I did not have to select the Comment/Draw mode. I could handwrite with the pen directly with the Hand Tool selected.About one month ago, it all changed. Since then, I cannot handwrite with the pen directly in the Hand Tool mode. And in the Comment/Draw mode, the handwriting is really bad: every letter is smoothened and deformed, and small letters are often replaced by a dot. I should add that I work on Microsoft Surface Book 2 with a very high resolution touch screen (2160 x 3240). I have tried check for updates and repair installation, but it did not help.  I also bought a second Microsoft surface pen, but it was still the same. Could someone help please?

HelloI have a text with personal informations and i will creat outlines. But how can i creat them?

Hey, Is there a prompt command for Adobe Firefly that automatically forbids nudity so the AI will quit generating results it can't display? When I try to prompt it NOT to show nudity, this seems to just ENSURE the image will not be displayable. It generated SOMETHING not allowed when I asked for a buxom barmaid for my D&D campaign. Understandable (sort of). So I added "fully clothed" and this seemed to work. But as soon as I added detail about their clothing it went wonky and generated a bunch of "can't load" results that I assume contained nudity. And when I said, "NO NUDITY" it just gave me solid "can't load" results. Would be nice to have a command that you could add that would just prevent the AI from trying to generate anything with nudity in the first place.

I got a new laptop and installed Lightroom Classic on it. LR was uninstalled on the old computer. The problem is that when I start the program, the following window appears and then remains blank. I can't select anything, and when I close it using the cross, Lightroom closes as well. Somehow, I managed to import a few images, but they are not displayed in the Develop module. So I can't use Lightroom at all at the moment. When I was temporarily able to access the preferences, I noticed that my Adobe ID is not displayed in LR. I suspect that the link to my account has not yet been established, but I can't get anywhere with this blank white window. I have already tried uninstalling LR and reinstalling it. Unfortunately, this did not change anything. So I need help from Adobe to fix this problem. Best regards,Eike

hi. I'm just trying to find a script or plug-in(free or paid) for Acrobat or InDesign that will export let's say 35 InDesign files to individual PDFs. I thought this question would be an easy answer but I'm not sure what the best way to do it is. I'm on a Mac, using latest software. any help would be appreciated.
