Solved

I've been having this issue for months currently which has not been resolved by three calls to customer service. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared the app data, and cleared the temp folder. The agents have done remote sessions to try and address the issue.  Basically, whenever I startup Illustrator for the first time, whatever the first file is that I open will show the art/artboards for a split second and then everything disappears. There is only grey. I have to close and reopen the file to get it to appear properly. This has led to compounding issues which include my font library only updating when I restart the program and my transparency masks getting distorted when I use the align tool. When I clear the app data and restart the program, I do not encounter the disappearing artboards. However, they will return upon starting the program up for a second time and beyond. I can only assume that some file is getting corrupted in app data, but I don't know why this woul

Hello, I requested a payout to my skrill account 9 days ago; however, it is still showing as "pending". My previous payouts were completed within 7 days. I would appreciate it if anyone could advise whether others are experiencing a similar delay or if there might be an issue with my account. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone. I've searched the forums for an answer to this, but most-- if not all suggest going to your old PC and deactivating it that way.  This is not possible as I have done a fresh install of Windows 11 on my computer, wiping my old installation of CS6. My account shows only the MAC OS serial number is registered.  When I enter the serial number for the Windows version, I get the "already in use on maxium of two computers" error.   When I check the "Activated Devices" tab on my account, it says I have no activated devices. Am I just totally out of luck, and cannot use my old license because I don't have the old PC anymore? I appreciate any help on the subject.

This is what I'm trying to accomplish: - CHOOSE ABC DEALERSHIP FROM DROP-DOWN LIST TO POPULATE TEXTBOXA- TEXTBOXA HAS CALCULATION SCRIPT: var TETXBOXA =this.getField("DEALERSHIP").value;event.value=TETXBOXA; ^^ this portion works great. Here is where I need assistance: I NEED TEXTBOXB TO BE THE ADDRESS OF WHATEVER DEALERSHIP TEXTBOXA IS.

So I got a new M1 MBP I'm trying to update all of my apps, but the adobe app won't let me click on anything in the app. I can scroll on the landing page. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Don't know what else to do.

Same problem as everyone else under the sun: I cannot figure out how to permanently hide the "All Tools" menu on Acrobat Pro 2023.003.20215. Preferences > Documents > Open Settings > Remember Current State ... is just missing for me (and apparently for others, too.) And, depressingly, the registry keys bRHPSticky and bExpandRHPinViewer don't seem to affect Acrobat Pro. Having to close and re-close the "All Tools" menu every single time I open a new PDF, all day every day, is exhausting and I hate it. Does anyone know a fix for this (aside from switching away from Adobe)?

Hi . . . I'm working on a project and want to sort my images according to lens type using Bridge.  How would I do that? Thank you.

What exactly does the "Align in Timeline" function (shortcut: S) do in Premiere Pro? The symbol for it looks like a magnet. I'm in the process of learning Pr, so I would like an easy-to-understand explanation that explains everything anyway 🙂 Thank you in advance !!   [text formatted by mod]

I am at my wits end, about 50% of the time I change from one tool to another this dialogue box pops up and completely breaks my workflow. I have updated photoshop to the most recent release. How on earth do I fix this

Issue:Photoshop’s “Share” button overlaps other elements in the Options Bar when UI Font Size is set to Medium. Photoshop version & OS and version:Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.11.0 20250918.r.18 a87e57f arm64 (final, Release)System: Mac OS 15.6.1Studio Display monitor (default resolution settings)Steps to reproduce the issue:Open Photoshop on macOS using a Studio Display.Go to Photoshop > Settings > Interface.Change UI Font Size to Medium (or larger).Detach and observe the Options Bar at the top of the interface. Expected result:All elements in the Options Bar should adjust properly with the UI font size increase, nothing should overlap. Actual result:The Share button overlaps other elements in the Options Bar, making them harder to use or visually cluttered. Extras:Attached is a screenshot showing the overlap issue. This could likely be resolved if the Options Bar height could be manually resized, or if it dynamically adjusted based on font size.

When I login to CC, either via Chrome or the CC app, the Files folder is suddenly missing from the left sidebar. How can I get that back? Thanks.

Hello, I have a problem with Sztos font in After Effects. Font is not showing in character panel. I've checked in Illustrator and Photoshop and there is working, also in Figma. I made update of After Effects and still font is not showing. Do you know why? Thanks

Issue:A user (A) is experiencing issues with Acrobat Pro, specifically with the feature that allows sharing to the Creative Cloud, enabling users to collaborate. The user can still use other features of the Acrobat Pro with no issue; the software is treating her as if she does not have a license only on the homepage, as well as the page shown in the screenshot.  Desired:The Share button (as well as the “Ask AI Assistant” feature) is available to another user (B) who has the same license and is running the exact same version as User A (as of October 9th, 2025).  What I have tried:Checked for updates.Logged out and back in again.Repaired the application.Reinstalled the application.Had the user logged into a different computer.Unlicensed the user and assigned it back.Launch the program through a web browser. I then went on a 3-hour remote session with 3 different “specialists” from Adobe Enterprise Support. What they did in addition to what I have already done:Rei

How do I uninstall the McAfee Security Scan Plus software Adobe Acrobat DC installed without my permission on Windows 10? The Uninstall option is grayed out in Windows Settings -> Apps & Features. McAfee keeps popping up telling me I have a "potential" security threat and won't tell me what it is and directs me to the McAfee website to purchase it. Seems like a marketing scam to me. I don't appreciate Adobe doing this.

Why, suddenly can I not print a PDF from Outlook?  I keep getting a message saying 'Your Acrobat trial has expired. Buy now to restore full access to Acrobat. Click OK to buy.'Ive been printing fine for years, suddenly, in the middle of the day, when I had been printing fine, I get the above message. I have a free Adobe account, I can save the PDF to my PC and then print the PDF with no issue, using Adobe. Please help as this is getting frustrating.

Hi @Mathias Moehl  Is there a way in Automation Blocks to 'press play' on a timeline and play down the active sequence? Maybe some code in the extendscript block?

In Photoshop: I open a photo and duplicate it. Adjust Saturation in HSL adjustment layer to say 75 (yes very high but really want to see what's happening). On duplicate I addjust Saturation (not vibrance) in Vibrance adjustment layer to same, 75, amount. The photos are very different. Why?See attached photo.

Hi to everyone.   I think at some moment something went wrong when I upgraded for 1 TB.    So I pay for   Photoshop Creative cloud  ( with included Apps) 25,51€/m for a yearly subscription    Creative cloud (with all Apps) with 1Tb 24,19 €/m for a yearly subscription   Tried to contact Adobe but seems impossible to contact them…all these companies seems to become closed boxes. I’m almost with Adobe since it was launched previous century. Remember it was possible to contact them directly by mail…what I did   So tried to cancel the first but then comes a message that I will lose everything ( portfolio, lightroom,…)So I really can’t figure out what went wrong and how I can get out of this situation… Actually I’m just using PS, LR, LRC, portfolio   And any chance I see my money back…think I payed several 100s of € to much.   Even thinking of canceling everything from Adobe to get rid of this problem and continue with Topaz and Lumi
