How can I clean up the Document Properties of a pdf? Under the Description tab, I want to remove the Title, Author, Subject and Keywords info and under the Custom tab, I want to remove the Name and Value information. I'm looking for an automated process because I usually have dozens of pdfs that need to be cleaned up.

Can I turn off the "View Summary" prompt without turning off generative AI features in Acrobat? I would like to leave generative AI features on, but I don't need to be reminded every single time I open Acrobat that they exist.

Hi, When I open up premiere pro, I get the usual page that shows your projects but the main window that opens behind that is just a black screen. When I click on a project, the screen changes but I'm trying to use scripting to automate some parts of the editing. Now that there is a black screen, the script can't open up the project anymore, but it used to.   I have premiere pro 25.3 and a 2070 super with the latest driver (577.00).   I am using a jsx file to automate premiere pro and media encoder. I have attached that file (removing personal filepaths) alongside a screenshot of what I'm seeing.   How do I fix this? Thank you very much in advance.   // ========================================= // batch_daily_export.jsx // ExtendScript for Adobe Premiere Pro CC/2025 // ========================================= (function () { // === CONFIGURATION === // Use double-backslashes for Windows paths var TEMPLATE_PROJECT = ""; var SOURCE_FOLDER = new Folde

I have exhausted all suggestions on finding out why the Scissors tool is greyed out. Any help is appreciated. Windows 11

Hi everyone, sorry for my bad english. I'm using a specific form everyday at job with ACROBAT PRO to collect some datas.I spend too much time to complete it and take photos to go with. Actually, I would like to link a button to a script that launches an specific APP like the native microsoft camera (or else) to save some time. The idea is to save some time to attach my form and some photos to make a complete report and save it in my folders. Is this possible ?  (Obviously, the perfect thing for me would be to get a button that launch camera and attach the image by itself inside the pdf, but i think ACROBAT cannot do this at this time.) Best regards,Ben  ps : i'm using surface pro X, W11

Hi,I’m currently a student, and the free Adobe CC plan is included in my tuition. I asked my school’s IT team if they could transfer the enterprise license to my personal account, but they said they can’t (which I’m a bit confused about, since my previous school was able to do it.) Now I have to manually move all my files, brushes, and fonts over to my school account, and it’s pretty inconvenient. I wonder would it be possible to transfer the enterprise license from my end instead of going through the school administrator? Thanks in advance 🫶🫶🫶!!!!

Just upgraded from Dw CS6 to CC. I used to select a group of text by clicking a line number, holding shift and then clicking another line number but this doesn't seem to be working in CC. I can't find in the MissingManual that this is a feature in CC either. Is this a feature they have removed? Such shame if so! You'd think it doesn't matte as you can drag the mouse still to select multiple lines of text, however the shift-only method is very handy when highlighting a specific line and the scrolling down over a page (or more) and then accurately selecting the next line. I quite like to set my own shortcuts for Dw. If this is a removed feature, is it available to create a shortcut for it? I've had a look but can't seem to see where this would be possible either. Thanks!

In my opinion, these are the most important modifications that must be made in Adobe Stock to make it much better. Before contesting the opinions, read them first and accept them. Certainly, you also suffer from problems and want solutions to them. If you agree that you want amendments to these points as well, please add a vote for this post, or just copy it and try to suggest some of these ideas to the moderators if you are able to reach them, perhaps at least one point will be resolved.--- --- --- --- --- --- --- First, more customization for the portfolio: The Portfolio in Adobe needs more customization, and you must add at least two lines to describe yourself and the work that you do, or make it possible to display a way to communicate with you. The problem with this step is that Adobe will not want you to communicate with someone outside the site because it will lose the percentage of profit, so we move to the second point. Secondly, it would be good to add the poss

Hi, Is there a way I can relink a select number of images on a document in one go rather than having to relink one by one? For example, in the image below, the graphic is duplicated 112 times. Let's say I want to replace 50 of the links with a graphic that has a different price on it. At the moment, I have to select the graphics I want to change and then go through the relink procedure 50 times, which is very time-consuming (and incredibly frustrating!) Is there a way to do this within InDesign? Is there a script available? I'm also happy to use Illustrator if there's a way it can be done there, although I haven't found a solution for that either. Thanks for any help you guys can give.

Good afternoon, I have a doubt about the end of Windows 10. The Windows 10 support will end on October 14, 2025, I wonder if I will can continue sending files by FTP to Adobe after the end of the support, or if I will can continue to send for a while and later this time I will not can to send files. it is an important doubt that I want to clarify, thanks.

A while back (not sure of the actual date) I was able to move around different layers by hovering over the item with mouse and click to move.  How do I get the current PS to do this?

Hi! Recently updated my Photoshop and Camera Raw. When I went to open it, it says "Camera Raw requires graphics processor acceleration to edit photos". I've been trying to go in to settings and check, but everything looks like it should (to my knowledge). What can I do to make it work, anyone with the same problem?  I have a Macbook Pro with an M1 graphics card.

Team, I understand new install will go separate drive/folder etc.  Also will need run seperate website due to Connector separate instance etc. I know i can share same JDK installation. My question is not clear when documentation says to remove older connector?Shouldn't/I need new connector configured for new website/CF instance? ty  Jose DuenasLead System Admin

Hello,    I am unable to upload photos scanned from film to the lightroom community. All photos are .Jpeg. If I try uploading it on the phone, it states that "This eductation account does not have the permissions" and on the computer, it states "Error 403 An unexpected error occured"   Is there a way around this?

When I use a certain email for the 2nd signer Adobe requests that user signs in. I don't want to have to sign in. I ensured that in Security Settings the option requiring signers to sign in is unchecked.  Please login as an authorized signer in order to view and sign this document. Could this be because the signer email address has an Adobe Sign account? Surely this shouldn't matter. This is completely unuseable at the moment. I have spent a long time writing a Flow that uses Adobe Sign in Power Automate.

I am having such a hard time seeing anything with the dark grey side panels. I'm on a PC and have gone to Edit>Preferences and changed the Background color on the Main and Secondary windows to light grey, however the Folders Panel, etc. is still dark grey and I'm having a hard time using the panels when they are so dark.I would appreciate any help.Thank you.Irene

[Mod: Moved to the Photoshop Elements forum]

Hello everyone,I use oftenly the pencil tool, especially smooth option while holding Alt, to clean points when there are too many of them (for exemple when using the blending shape tool). Sometimes I use the path eraser tool but as its name tells it, it erases the path and then I have to select points and Ctrl+J to join. I just want an option to give us the choice to keep the path closed or not. Cleaning illustration can be a huge part of jobs on illustrator and it would be very nice to do it easily. The smooth tool is ok but it changes too much the global shape, and I need to zoom out so the smooth effect applies on a single part of the shape (with the pencil tool + holding alt, see the video it does nothing beacause of the zoom)

Mac Book Pro M1 internal 1T SSDI (free space 250 GB) 16 GB RAM Sequoia 15.5. LRC Version 14.4 Camera Raw 17.4. I wanted to delete Lightroom Catalog previews.irdata, which took up 192 GB. To be on the safe side, I wanted to make a backup on an external SSD (format exfat) with 850 GB of free storage space beforehand. At around 180 GB, I received an error message saying that there was not enough storage space!?! The external SSD was full!!! On another attempt, everything was supposedly copied, but Finder showed that only 32 GB of 192 GB had been copied. Renaming it to previews_OLD.irdata did not change anything. Furthermore, despite renaming it, no new previews.irdata was created when LRC was started. I still only have previews_OLD.irdata. What do I need to do so that I can save the 192 GB to an external SSD  so that I can delete it from my laptop?

Hello, I am looking for a direct download link for Adobe Media Encoder 2021 (version 15). I am using an older project with Adobe Premiere Pro 2021, and the current versions of Media Encoder are not compatible. Adobe Support has informed me that the installer is no longer available on their servers. If anyone in the community has a copy of the installer and would be willing to share it, it would be a huge help. Thank you!

Does a stroke NEED to be added to the text in a logo created in Illustrator? In other words, is it best to add a stroke? I'm just learning Illustrator. My colleague, who has virtually no design experience, is modifying a professionally designed logo. He stated that he "added a 0.25 pt stroke weight to the text." I've never heard of this and am wondering if he is confusing converting to outline with adding a stroke to the text. To me, adding a stroke changes the font that was very carefully selected by the brand design firm. Should I suggest that he remove any added strokes from the text? Or is it necessary step to add a stroke to vector art? I always use convert to outline. Thank you.

Due to log in problems to my adobe cloud creative suite (Mac) I have changed my password but now I cannot access Photoshop or my other apps because it says I do not have a license for them. I do. Need to fix pronto as I have a deadline today.
