However, the support bot won't let me contact a human because I no longer have an active subscription.I also haven't been able to reach Adobe by phone. I am absolutely furious with Adobe and urgently need someone to help me cancel my subscription before I am charged €35 tomorrow.I signed up for a free trial and, when I went to cancel it, Adobe offered me the option to extend the trial by 7 days. I accepted the 7-day extension.Now I am trying to cancel before the trial ends and there is NO option to cancel my plan anywhere on my Adobe account/platform.I have tried to contact Adobe through online chat and phone number and cannot get through to anyone. This is completely unacceptable. I am formally stating here, BEFORE the trial ends and BEFORE the €35 charge is taken, that I want this subscription CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY.I do not authorise the €35 subscription charge. I’ve had this random monthly charge from adobe. I had no accounts before making this one to pose this issue yet this charge keeps coming out. I checked the charge look up tool and nothing so now I’m here. Adobe is a giant scam.
Hi,I recently tried Adobe acrobat the paid version. It was frfee for a week so i decided i would try it and cancel it aftewards. Now that i want to cancel, i cant get acces to “my plans” tab. Nothing is showing up and i’m unable to pick a different plan, or cancel my subscription. I’ve gone through countless of forums and tried 4 different browser and 3 devices. Nothing. Can someone help me? Never buying anything from adobe again..
Hello everyone, I bought the original full version of Photoshop CS6 v13 for over PLN 2,000 a few years ago, bought on an invoice for my small company, currently Photoshop is activated on 1 laptop with Core I5 4th gen. with Win8.1 and I have a used new laptop with I5 8th gen. win10 I want to install CS6 on a new laptop so I can continue working, but unfortunately, neither the installation by entering my product key directly, where it also appears as active and registered in my Adobe account, nor the offline installation option works :( After generating the request code, after installing CS6, when I go to the page where I enter the request code, then my product key, and the response code should be generated, the entire Adobe system says my key has been invalidated :((( It looks terrible and I feel totally cheated because I spent a lot of money :( And they're telling me the key has been invalidated, even though it works on my old PS6 laptop, and I hope no one from Adobe disables it beca
I am having the same issue. Adobe support is not helpful at all. Just like the person who answered with a bunch of links for you to try and figure out yourself they are all links for the desktop version. Adobe support kept giving me steps to do that were impossible on the ipad. They act like you are the problem while the dip in your pocket for the monthly fees.

I had to use Adobe InDesign for a university assignment but didn’t have the funds, so I opted to try the 7 day free trial. Unfortunately, due to the last weeks of the semester being too hectic i completely forgot to cancel the trial within the week so that i didn’t get charged. Right now the plan section on my account doesn’t let me cancel the trial due to insufficient funds and I’ve already emailed adobe support but have had no response. I understand that there is a 14 day grace period to cancel without getting charged, my trial ended on the 9th of July so I do still have time to cancel before I’m charged, right? Hello Adobe community.I'm writing to share a very stressful situation I'm experiencing with Adobe.This past weekend I woke up to a message that Adobe had charged me 5 times the price of my Student plan. The price I pay for the student plan is $15 USD (or 80 BRL), and Adobe arbitrarily decided to charge $80 USD, more than 5 times the original price.When I requested a refund for this exorbitant charge, Adobe support simply refused. This is ridiculous.I'd like to know if anyone else has ever had this bad experience with Adobe. And what to do?PS: I've been an Adobe subscriber for years and never thought this would happen!

When I try to cancel, Adobe shows an early cancellation fee of ₹8,339.65.I have a few questions:Is there any way to cancel without paying this fee? If I change my payment card or remove my current card, will that avoid the cancellation fee?
