I want a refund I canceled my week free trial the same day but the money has still been taken out of my account 

I canceled my Acrobat premium renewal, but my subscription is still active. Now I can’t edit PDFs despite having access. Can someone help resolve this issue?

O started the 7 days free trial but then I signed out the account to avoid being charged and also uninstalled it but I recipe Ved a message of that I have been charged for the acrobat plan that automatically started after free trial Andes . I want to know how do I cancel it and have my refund

Tenho uma assinatura ativa até janeiro de 2027 do Adobe acrobat plus e não estou conseguindo transformar documentos em PDF . Sempre abre uma tela para fazer uma assinatura.

I bought the premium version in February, I have two accounts in my Google play, and I sign in with the account that I bought the Adobe premium, but it will continue send my a message that I have to adquiere the premium version. 

The AI voice reader is a female.  How do I change if I prefer a male voice? 

Hello Adobe Support,I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Premium on Android.My subscription is active through Google Play, and inside the app it clearly shows that Premium is enabled.However, whenever I try to use the “Edit Page” feature, I receive a red error message saying “Processing failed.” This happens with all PDFs, including a brand-new blank PDF created inside the app.Viewing PDFs works normally. My pdf edits are not saving on Adobe for ipad. This has happened in the past and it is happening again. do you even understand how critically unacceptable this is??? I edit the pdf, take out specific info that cannot go to an individual. i save the pdf. i then email the individual and attach that specific document that i have SAVED WITH EFITS and they still get the original. How can Adobe POSSIBLY be used by professionals when this is an issue that arises over and over again? why can i very very easily do things in PDF expert, no problem. that Adobe, alleged king of PDFs can’t handle it at ALL? please fix this issue ONCE AND FOR ALL. 

The Adobe express shows that I am your premium customer but on the Adobe scan and other Adobe apps it is telling me that I have to take the premium subscription can you change it I am Airtel customer due to which I am getting the Adobe express subscription you can check. I request you to change it from your side but all the other apps and make it a premium account humble request.

i just used the app once i was editing a docs and i think i tried the free trial and when i woke up i just saw it charged me for 108 bucks in my credit card. i cancelled the subscription and it says it will exprie next year 

Clicked on 7 day free trial. Full monthly fee was taken off immediately with no free trial period. I cannot cancel the subscription as it does not show in Apple subscription settings OR in Adobe. I do not even have the premium version even though I was charged for it. How do I reverse payment and cancel

15,910 naira was just deducted from my bank account and the charges was tagged as adobe Braintree please what does it mean? I don’t have any active adobe subscription 

I made some really necessary add ons to my pdf's why they all get erased....these add ons were the result of my hard work and got vanished by your application

Hi. Today i filled the form regarding cancelling and getting refund for my Acrobat Premium subscription. I did approximately 1-2 hours ago. Please note that it was purchased today, so i am currently in 14 days refund time frame. How much will it take for my money to be refunded? I did not get any notification in e-mail.

Estou aprendendo a usar a ferramenta de “Ler em voz alta”, então selecionei uma página no arquivo para ser lido (por exemplo: a página 20). Até aí funcionou bem, mas agora eu quero ler outra página (a página 80), e não consigo alterar o trecho a ser lido, pois ele sempre continua de onde parou, na página 20. Já tentei fechar e abrir o arquivo e o aplicativo, para tentar iniciar a leitura na página 80, mas ele sempre voltar para onde parou, por volta da página 20. o único jeito, aparentemente, de avançar até a página 80, parece ser clicando várias vezes na seta de “avançar”, mas teria que ficar clicando lá por 40 minutos até conseguir chegar na página 80.Gostaria de saber como posso mudar o trecho a ser lido de forma fácil e rápida, por favor.

Photoshop says "This feature is currently not available" and you can't use the generative fill ai function. I need to work right away, what should I do? I'm also subscribing to Firefly for a fee, and I haven't seen this phrase in the past few months. It's a problem because problems related to ai happen so often. -The grammar may be awkward because I'm currently using a translator. Please understand :)-

I d/l a document to be filled out online and returned digitally while on my iPad Air 3 using the Adobe Acrobat reader in premium mode.  Every time my docs pop up as “Read-only”. WTF am I paying for?!

I'm trying to screen shot a multiple page document using my android phone but the new pop up menu keeps getting in the way. Is there a setting I can change as this is now impossible. Thanks
