 An insurance agent sends Acme Corp a renewal agreement every year. Last year, she uploaded four documents, configured recipient authentication, set reminders, and placed every signature field by hand. Every year, only the policy document changes, and yet she's staring at a new Request Signature flow again, rebuilding a transaction she's already built a dozen times.That's the setup loop: every send starts from zero, even when 90% of the configuration is identical to a previous one. It’s slow, and every piece of data you enter and every form field you place again create another opportunity for error.Every minute spent rebuilding a similar agreement is a minute not spent closing the next deal. The efficiency caseMany teams that repeatedly send the same or similar agreements, such as onboarding packets, license renewals, and vendor contracts, aren't just losing time. They're also losing consistency. Each manual rebuild is a chance for a recipient's email to be mistyped, a field to be placed incorrectly, or a setting to be missed.One enterprise customer put it plainly: rebuilding near-identical amendments from scratch, re-entering the same internal and external signers, the same manufacturer details, every time, was cutting their team's productivity in half.Copy Agreement is built to close that inefficiency. There's no setup, template, or admin configuration required. You can access it from two places on the Manage page: select an agreement and look for Create a Copy in the context panel or hover over any row in the list view for the same shortcut. The recipient, authentication method, and reminder schedule don't change year over year; only the policy document does. She copies last year's completed agreement, swaps in the new policy, and sends. No re-entry, no re-checking her own work. The same pattern shows up anywhere the paperwork is repetitive, but the relationship is stable: a real estate broker renewing leases with identical terms and signature blocks each season, or a procurement team sending the same vendor agreement to new suppliers under unchanged payment terms.Correcting a cancelled or expired agreement: Typo in a recipient's email, right after you hit send? You can always correct the email address, but what if the agreement already expired? Or what if it was rejected by the person who accidentally received it? Instead of rebuilding the agreement from scratch, just copy it, fix the one field that was wrong, and resend, with signing order, authentication, and document fields intact.Same agreement, new recipient: When the agreement itself rarely changes, such as a standard partner license agreement, but the recipient does, Copy Agreement turns “rebuild from scratch” into “swap one recipient and send.” Try it on your next recurring sendThe next time you feel the setup loop starting, skip it. Hey everyone! Sync to Video just landed in Premiere Beta 27.0 (Build 30), and it's small enough to miss and big enough to change how you use Generate Sound Effects. It's really the next input we've handed the tool. First you told it what you wanted with text. Then you could shape the timing with your voice using Record a Guide. Now Premiere can watch the footage and time the effect to what's happening on screen for you.What's New?Sync to Video lets the picture drive the result. Instead of placing or timing your effect by hand, you let Premiere read the footage in your selection and match the generated sound to the action in frame. Type "dog barking," and if there's a dog barking on screen, the effect lands on that bark.Think of the three inputs as doing three different jobs. Text says what the sound is. A voice guide lets you perform the timing and intensity. Sync to Video reads the action straight off the picture, so the hit lands without you tapping it out by hand. Sync to Video for Generate Sound Effects Where to find itSync to Video sits right next to Record a Guide in the Generate Sound Effects tool. Record a Guide isn't going anywhere; it's still there when you want to perform the timing yourself. Sync to Video is the automatic route for when you'd rather let Premiere read the footage and handle it. Sync to VideoWhy this mattersGetting an effect to hit the exact frame used to mean tapping out a guide or nudging clips around until it felt right. It works, but it's fiddly, and it stretches out the back-and-forth of dialing in a scene. Sync to Video gives you a strong timing starting point straight from the picture, so you get most of the way there fast and can focus your attention on whether the sound is right. You might still fine-tune the placement, but you're refining from something close rather than building it out by hand.You can:Time generated effects to on-screen action automatically. Write a prompt and let Premiere match it to the picture. Skip the manual timing pass. Use Record a Guide for when you want to perform the timing yourself. Hey everyone! You know the moment. Picture's basically there, the scene is dead quiet, and you can already hear what it should sound like. Getting that out of your head and onto the timeline is the slow part. And on the flip side, sometimes you're staring at a silent scene with no idea where to start, and you just need something to build from. That's the whole reason for Generate Soundscape, and it's live now in Premiere Beta 27.0 (Build 30).What's New?Select a range in your timeline and Premiere "listens" to the picture, then builds a soundscape that moves with it. It creates two background layers and two foreground layers, all landing where the action does. And you're not stuck with one baked-in mix, you get four editable stems. Regenerate a layer until it clicks, nudge one that's almost there, or rebalance the whole thing.If you've used Generate Sound Effects, this picks up right where that leaves off. Generate Sound Effects hands you one sound; Soundscape hands you a whole bed, with the layers you'd normally build by hand already roughed in and synced to picture.The way I think about it, it's a way to sketch your sound. Rough out the sonic idea for a scene, hear where it wants to go, and then either shape it into finished design yourself or send it down the line so your sound editors, director, or co-editors actually hear what you're going for.Where to find itDrag a range selection on an audio track and the Generate Soundscape option shows up. Set it over the section you want scored, run it, and the layers drop into your timeline as stems you can edit like anything else. Generate Soundscape as part of the Generate Media Tool options Why this mattersBuilding a scene's sound by hand is slow, and it almost never survives the next round of picture changes. So you either pay that cost every revision or you try to describe the sound in words and hope the next person hears the same thing you did. Soundscape gives you a first pass that's already in step with your footage, so your time goes into shaping the scene instead of scrolling a library.You can:Sketch a picture-synced soundscape from any range on an audio track Regenerate and edit layers one at a time until the scene feels right Treat every background and foreground layer as an editable stem Rebalance and rework the mix without starting over Hand off a real scene to your sound editors, director, or co-editors instead of a descriptionSoundscape provides 4 stems with 4 variations each Try It OutGenerate Soundscape is live in Premiere Beta 27.0 (Build 30). We're still shipping model and experience updates, so right now is when your feedback actually moves things.Two things to know while you're kicking the tires:It listens to about 15 seconds at a time, so keep your selection around 15 seconds or shorter. It can't handle a selection that spans multiple scenes yet. We haven't landed on the right behavior there, and we genuinely want to hear how you'd expect it to work. We recommend upgrading to Windows 11, version 24H2 or later.  If you're on Windows 10 (22H2, 21H2 LTSC): These OS versions are no longer officially supported by our video and audio products. We recommend upgrading to Windows 11, version 24H2 or later to ensure compatibility and security with current and future releases.  If you're on Windows 11 v24H2 or later: No action needed. You can update to v27.0 as normal.  If you're on Windows Server 2022: You can continue installing and using v27.0 on Windows Server 2022. Together, they give you more control over how a mask blends into your photo, so you can get smoother transitions, better creative effects, and results that look natural straight out of the gate. New Masking Tools:However you build a mask — Select Subject, Select Sky, Select People, a hand-painted Brush stroke, or a Range Mask — the edge of that mask is what makes or breaks the edit. A boundary that's too hard reads as "obviously edited." A selection that's slightly off grabs a bit too much background, or misses a sliver of your subject. Feather and Edge let you fix both in seconds, right in the panel you're already working in. Spend less time troubleshooting the edges of your mask, and more time on the creative part of the edit.How it Works:Feather softens the edges of your mask, so an adjustment fades in gradually instead of stopping at a hard line. Edge expands or contracts the mask boundary itself, so you can tighten a selection or grow it to fully cover your subject.Try it yourself:Open a photo and select Masking from the right panel. Build a mask with any tool. Select Subject or Select Sky are great places to start. Scroll to the adjustment sliders and find Feather and Edge near the top. Increase Feather for a smoother, more gradual blend — perfect for sky replacements or portrait retouching. Nudge Edge in or out until the mask boundary matches your subject exactly.Use Add and Subtract to shape the underlying selection first, then reach for Feather and Edge as your finishing touch.Make it yoursTry pairing a soft Feather with a wide Radial Gradient for a dreamy, vignette-style portrait look. Or use a tight Edge value with Select Subject to punch up a product shot with crisp, precise contrast. Hey everyone! One of the oldest, most persistent things you've asked us for just landed in Premiere Beta 27.0 (Build 29): New Audio Stretching Modes.Here's the pain we're finally going after. If you've ever needed to re-time a line of dialogue or pull a music bed to fit, you know the drill. You change the speed or duration in Premiere, listen back, and it sounds like a chipmunk or a robot. So you give up, round-trip the clip out to Audition, get a clean render over there, and bring it back. Every single time. That detour has been the default for years, and it breaks your flow for what should be a two-second edit.This changes that. We're introducing new stretching modes that hold pitch through speed and duration changes without the artifacts and the processed, robotic quality you get today. Re-time the clip, keep the pitch, keep the character, and stay on your timeline the whole time.What's New?You now get a choice of stretching modes right inside the Speed/Duration workflow you already use. Premiere is also context aware: it reads whether a clip is dialogue or music and tunes the stretch to match, so voices stay natural and music holds together, without you having to set anything.There are three modes to choose from:Legacy is the real-time behavior you know today: instant, but it's also the one that gets robotic the moment you lean on it. Medium and High Quality are the new modes, the same high-quality stretching you'd go to Audition for, now right here in Premiere. These render modes are what Premiere reaches for by default now, so you get pitch-preserving quality out of the box. Because they render for quality, they'll take a little render time, the same way rendering has always worked in Premiere. Legacy is still one click away when you want instant real-time feedback.That covers the everyday stuff and the fussy stuff. Re-time a line to fit a gap. Fix sync when your audio doesn't match a pulled-up or pulled-down picture, without leaving Premiere. Shift the pitch of a clip and have it still sound like something a person actually recorded, not something a machine mangled. New Audio Stretching Modes Choose between Polyphonic for Music and Ambience or Monophonic for Dialogue and Sound EffectsWhere to find itRight-click any clip and choose Speed/Duration, same as always. The new mode options are right there, and the dialogue/music detection is running automatically in the background, so most of the time you won't have to think about which one to reach for. Right- Click Clip Menu Why this mattersRound-tripping to Audition just to retime a line or fit a music bed is exactly the kind of small friction that adds up over a cut. It pulls you out of the edit for a change that should be trivial, and it turns a quick decision into a chore. Keeping this inside Premiere means retiming is just part of editing again, not a side quest.You can:Stretch or compress dialogue and music and keep the pitch sounding natural. Skip the trip to Audition for a simple duration change. Handle audio pull-ups and pull-downs right in the timeline. Shift the pitch of a clip without it turning robotic. Reach for Legacy when you want instant feedback, or Medium and High when the quality has to hold up. Let Premiere adjust the audio stretch mode to the clip automatically, whether it's voice, sfx or music.Try It OutThe new audio stretching modes are live now in Premiere Beta 27.0 (Build 30), and honestly, this is one where your ears matter more than anything we can tell you. Acrobat's editing experience now lives inside the Adobe Acrobat Sign authoring environment, so you can fix a document while you prepare it.Almost every agreement needs one last touch before it goes out. A price changes. A start date slips. A name is misspelled. A clause needs a word swapped. An image is wrong. Small edits can carry a disproportionate cost.Until now, making that change meant leaving Adobe Acrobat Sign entirely: download the document, open it in another application, make the edit, save, and re-upload the corrected file before you could pick the workflow back up. A thirty-second fix could turn into a five-minute detour — repeated across every agreement that needed a tweak.That round-trip is gone. Document editing during authoring brings Acrobat's editing experience directly into the Acrobat Sign authoring environment. You can now update text, formatting, and images right where you're already preparing the agreement — and existing form fields and agreement configuration are preserved while you do it.The problem it solvesThe friction was never a single edit; it was the context switch. Consider a few familiar moments:A sales representative finalizing a contract spots a price that needs an update before it reaches the customer. An HR manager preparing an offer letter needs to correct the joining date or fix a role title. A procurement specialist closing a vendor agreement realizes a section is missing, or the formatting is off.In each case, the document is almost ready. The old workflow forced a full stop — export, edit elsewhere, re-import — just to change a few characters. For teams handling dozens of agreements a day, those interruptions compound into real lost time.How it worksEditing lives on the same authoring screen where you already add recipients and place fields — no separate tool, no new tab.Create a new agreement and upload your document. Add recipients and configure the agreement settings. Select Preview & Add Fields to open the authoring environment. Select Edit document to switch from field placement into document editing mode.Switch between field placement and document editing without leaving the authoring experience.What you can editThe editing mode is built for quick, inline revisions rather than a full document rebuild. You can:Edit text: modify, add, or remove text and update its formatting. Edit fonts: add or modify fonts inline. Work with images: add, rotate, or delete images.Designed for quick inline revisions — correcting dates, pricing, names, and hyperlinks before sending.Back to fields, then sendWhen you've made your edits, return to field authoring mode by selecting the field authoring icon, closing the editing panel. Your saved edits become part of the version recipients review and sign, and existing form fields stay attached to the document throughout.One habit worth building: because editing text or images can shift surrounding content, review your field placement after making changes. A small text edit in a tightly formatted agreement can nudge nearby fields out of position, so reposition anything that moved before you send.Once everything looks right, click Send. The edited document becomes the final version delivered to recipients for signature.A step toward a more unified document experienceOn its own, this is a practical time-saver. Seen more broadly, it's part of a larger direction: bringing Acrobat's document capabilities and Acrobat Sign's e-signature workflows closer together.Organizations that once relied on separate tools for editing and signing can now handle both in one place, across the workflows they run every day — from sales contracts and HR onboarding to vendor agreements and internal approvals. Instead of relying on a single scanned file, Adobe Scan can help you build in a simple backup strategy. Existing scans are not automatically exported to your device.Step 2: Save the Scan as JPEGOpen your scan and use Save as JPEG from the file card or overflow menu.Android: Tap the overflow menu next to a scan and choose Save as JPEG. iPhone: Open the scan, or use its overflow menu, then tap Save as JPEG.Each page of the scan is saved to your device gallery as a JPEG.Step 3: Keep the PDF in Adobe Cloud storageWhen you save a scan, Adobe Scan automatically saves the file as a PDF in Adobe cloud storage. Sign in with your Adobe account so your cloud copy can be accessed from Adobe Scan on another device. 💡Pro Tip: Keep sync working away from Wi-FiIf you scan while away from Wi-Fi, check Profile > Preferences > Allow cellular data usage.On Android, cellular data usage is enabled by default. If you have disabled it, re-enable it when you need Adobe Scan to sync over a cellular connection. Good to knowAndroid and iPhone support the workflow, though menu wording can differ slightly by platform. Saving original images and exporting JPEGs uses additional device storage. JPEGs are useful for quick sharing; PDFs are better suited to searchable, multi-page document workflows. Deleting a local image or JPEG does not give you a replacement backup, so verify your cloud PDF before removing local copies. Switching phones? Sign in to the same Adobe account to access your cloud-stored scans (see Step 3 above). If you've ever wished you had a library of ready-made transitions and elements you could just drag into a comp, the AEJuice Starter Pack is exactly that, and it's free.  Meet the AEJuice Starter PackThe AEJuice Starter Pack is a free collection of 100+ drag-and-drop motion graphics assets, delivered through AEJuice's Pack Manager panel. Inside the panel, browse the free packs, download the Starter Pack, then drag and drop any asset straight into your composition. A quick heads-up: The Starter Pack is one of many free packs AEJuice offers, and the free ones are genuinely free with no strings attached. If you ever want the full library, AEJuice's big paid product is the "I Want It All" bundle, but the free packs stand comfortably on their own for a lot of everyday work.While you're in the panel, it's worth browsing the other free packs too. Hello everyone,We've received reports from multiple users experiencing issues with Seedance 2.0, where video generations fail immediately and display the error:"Something went wrong. Please try again later."Users have reported that the issue occurs across different prompts and workflows, and in some cases appears to be specific to Seedance 2.0 video generation.As a first step, please try running the generation again in an Incognito/Private browser window and let us know if the issue is resolved.The product team is aware of these reports and is currently investigating. To help us identify the root cause and determine whether there are common patterns among affected users, we'd appreciate your help in gathering some additional information.If the issue persists, please share the following:A screenshot of the entire Firefly window showing the error (please remove any personal information before sharing) Your operating system and version (Windows/macOS) Browser and browser version Whether you're using an Individual, Teams, or Enterprise account The prompt used when the issue occurred The reference image(s) used The number of reference images and frames added Reference image file types and sizes Generation settings, including: Aspect ratio Resolution Duration Any other custom settings applied Whether the issue also occurs: Without reference images In a different browser If possible, a short screen recording showing the workflow and where the error occurs Thank you to everyone who has reported this issue and shared details so far.
