Hello,  When I send a document out to get signed, the recipients aren't receiving any emails to sign it. I tried replacing a recipient with someone else, the new signer did not get an email but the old signer got notification they were replaced, but never received the initial email for signature.  All junk/spam folders have been checked and email settings have been checked to ensure that the emails are not going to the wrong place.  Thanks

The Adobe Sign app produces an error when i sign a document. The same document however has no issue with the same signature when signed online. signature error message is that the signature is out of bounds. any ideas to resolve this issue?

Hello, I have a strange occurrence with Adobe Sign recently. I added some text fields to a template I wanted to use to gather some survey responses. I made sure all of the text fields were set to a specific font type and size 16, I also made sure to enable "Mutli-Line text" for all text fields. Same day, I sent the survey to various emails to retrieve responses back. On April 22nd, I recieved some responses back and the format looked completely fine. However, this is where the issue started...after April 23rd I received more responses, but the text fields were all different sizes and ever since the 23rd, all my other surveys came back with this same issue with the text field. Some responses were kind of normal text size if they didn't type a lot, but other longer responses were extremely tiny and almost impossible to read without zooming in at 200%. I don't know how this happened since I sent all the surveys on the same day with the exact same template. Is there a way for a signer to change the font of the esignature through adobe sign? It is forcing one of my signers to sign in comic sans and they don't like the way it looks and are having trouble drawing their signature.

I have a document I sent out for "E-signature" to multiple people, but I only need one person to sign. How can I mark the document as "complete"?

When sending a document for final execution through Adobe, is there a way to prompt the sender to confirm that lender approval (if required) has been obtained? I’ve heard this might be possible with a template setting. If not, is there a workaround that functions as a reminder. For example, adding a placeholder/dummy signatory named “Lender Approval” that must be cleared or removed before sending for signature?

Documents being sent to my ID are not showing up in the Adobe Sign web portal, which is a more conveneit way to sign vs clicking through on an email.  Correct ID is being used, and this is occuring with different senders. Documents never show up online.

I haveca document a will, and poa.Thecaudit trail shows an ip address from the source of thd Adobe acrobatcsign document.The 1st witness shows access and signing with the same ip address.The 2nd witness shows access and signing also with the same ip exect address.According to affidavit with tge document they were remote from each other. Is this possible? Thank you for any insight.   

I have checked boxes in filled forms that I need to get signatures for, but everytime I click request signatures and prepare the document, it either unchecks the boxes or inserts new checkboxes. It does not remove already filled in text nor radio boxes.  I've tried this on the website, adobe.acrobat.com too and that is not a solution because it routinely crashes or cannot finish creating the documents. Any advice on how I can fix this issue in the desktop app?

I've been experiencing issues with the Adobe E-Signature process since last week. Although my signees recievd and signed the documents (and provided screenshots to that effect), my agreements do not update and neither do I receive notifications from the process.

For bounced emails, Adobe isn’t generating an AgreementId. Normally, we receive an AgreementId formatted like this: ABCCHBCABCAA9rqx0_yeegrPZ3iD453zW8Tl0-uj4kg-E. However, occasionally we’re just getting "Created" as a response, and we’re unable to track it in the EchoSign management UI.

Hi there- I am receiving the authentication failed error message.  I went back into my admin account and cannot find the "users" to reset or remove and re input.  Can you help me? 

I cannot send any documents out for signatures as its stuck at 72% i have uninstalled reinstalled updated signed out restarted mac my OS is upto date im loosing my mind we need to get these contracts out. any help.

Is anyone else having trouble with e-signatgures - everytime I put the email address in and attempt to click specify where to sign, it does not go to the next page.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in to creative cloud to access adobe that way - cleared cookies - nothing is working.

I’ve confirmed with Adobe Support that there is currently no way to permanently disable automatic reminders for E-Sign agreements. This is incredibly frustrating. I do not want reminders sent automatically, and I shouldn't have to go into every single agreement to turn them off manually. Please add a feature that allows users to disable reminders globally. It would be a much-needed improvement for those of us managing multiple agreements. If this is available and support was incorrect, please do advise.

Hi, I am trying to make leases for a few of my tenants (Canada, NS). Whenever I send E-signatures the Data Fields are already present in all sections of the 15 page lease and I need to manually delete each one except for the intended sections. How do I stop Adobe from automatically making data fields and I can just manually add my own? I have attached a screenshot for reference. The yellow sections automatically fill up and it takes me so much time trying to get rid of it with every lease. The "Save as a Template" does not work either for future use either. 

I have multiple reports from users being unable to e-sign our agreements. They are pulling the agreement up on ipad and mobile respectively and they will click the "tap to sign" button but there is no response from the document. 

I have multiple users with an Acrobat Pro license that can't request e-signatures from the e-sign tool. They either get the "services are unavailable currently" or the contact your IT team for permissions. When I go into the admin console there is no option to enable signatures for individual users. 

Hello, I'm managing an enterprise implementation of Adobe Sign for my University, and getting a 403 error when attempting to set up the e-signature integration with Jaggaer iBuy. Are there any required permissions settings we'd need to have in place for our service account or group within Adobe Sign? Especially interested to hear from anyone who has implemented this successfully as Jaggaer documentation is scarce to non-existent. Thanks in advance,Scott
