Solved

Hello everyone,I really hope someone is able to help me. We run a small business, and having our sign-up forms done electronically is incredibly helpful. However, recently, this has stopped coinsistently working, causing us a lot of problems and unnecessary work. I'll point out that that it stops working for a day or so, then seems okay the following day, which is very odd - this has been going on for about a week now.'Request E-Signatures' is clicked from the sidebar, and this takes us to the usual screen where we input an email address. Then, 'specify where to sign' is selected to move on, and here is where is goes wrong - it show as 'updating' when the windows loading circle is rotating, then we get the error message that something went wrong and Adobe crashes.Any ideas that could help us?Many many thanks in advance,Nicholas Lungley

Hello, when I try to enter into Apply to create Content Credentials I get the error message below.I am working with Windows 11, Chrome Version 136.0.7103.93 (Official Build) (64-bit) (latest).I have tried disabling all Chrome extensions, same result.

Hello Adobe team,I wanted to bring attention to a glitch I've encountered when working with Chinese text in Premiere Pro. Specifically, when inserting Chinese "Pinyin," the alphabet behind the Chinese characters gets duplicated, which is quite bothersome.I reached out to customer service regarding this issue and received assistance. Despite several hours of troubleshooting, the team was unable to determine the root cause. However, they suggested a temporary solution by downgrading to Premiere Pro 2023.It seems that the glitch may be specific to the Premiere Pro 2024 version, as downgrading resolved the problem. I'm hopeful that the Adobe team can investigate and address this issue promptly.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am editing a PDF flyer, and when I click on the text, the font shows as "Meta", however I don't have that installed, so cannot edit the text. When I try to install the font, there isn't one called "meta".I used an image from the PDF, and it said "nearest match = Helvetica something..." So my question is, how can I identify the font that's used in an Adobe PDF file, so that I can install exactly the right font?  I am sure it's simple, as it seems like a common thing, however I can't find any answers to this...

I've created a territory sales map that includes an interactive US map that anchors to pages for individual states (the document is long). In addition to the map I have a list of names, emails and phone numbers. The emails are not working. There are no dots in the status bar but instead I get an envelope icon. When I look at the preflight panel it tells me there are no errors. I am setting up my emails by going to Hyperlinks->URL-> and then typing mailto:email.address@co.com. I uncheck "Shared Hyperlink Destinaton" and there are no extra spaces. I even tried setting up as Email then typing email address. Sometimes I end up with extra characters in the URL so I delete the hyperlink and type it again. I've tried all the things ChatGPT and google tells me and the email links still open a web browser instead of email. I attached a version with hyperlinks listed for the first few names on pg 2 under Alabama so you can see what I'm working with. Please help?

After the latest updat to Photoshop, I get a pop up EVERY TIME I click on a layer mask, it makes no difference if it is a white mask or black mask or one I'm about to use or just making a selection of the mask, EVERY DOG GONE TIME  I click on the mask this pop up, pops up. I dismiss it and the next time I touch the layer mask, it pops up again. HOW IN HECK DO YOU SHUT IT OFF so it NEVER pops up again????   This is the annoying and persistent pop up: I can find nothing in the perferences to shut this thing off. Right clicking on it does nothing, no menu to shut it off or anything. What in the heck do you have to do in order to kill this darn thing??? This is crazy...

Hello everyone, I am often working with different screen sizes, moving from a wider screen to smaller; it happened to me that a pop-up window - in this case, the Find&Replace window - got stuck in the screen's corner and I am unable to move it from there because - obviously for some reason - the enabling control element is only in the top bar of such windows. Can you help me with it?  Thank you.

What the going on with the Adobe Illustrator update?!It removes the Illustrator from my computer. The update is stuck at 88%.Other updates are proceeding normally.

What is the problem in these photos that Adobe rejected just now? Could you offer any suggestions to help me improve, please?

An odd thing is happening to my projects since upgrading to Premiere Pro 2017: the project panel always displays in Icon view. In previous versions, it would keep the last view you had of the Project Panel. As I prefer list view because it's less clicks and can display the entire contents of folders and sub folders, it would be nice to have this back to previous behavior (either set as a preference or remembering it after changing it). It's a small thing, but I find I'm doing it every time and it's not making my use of the program better than what it was, so wanted to see if I was missing something and there was a preference setting I could set to keep it in list view. Thanks all.

Workaround found: see my post down belowSteps to reproduce:Open any picture as a pixel layer (not a smart object).Start recording an action, name in "test"Click Filter>Camera Raw Filter, Camera Raw window opens.Press M (switch to Masking), click "Subject", Adjust all Exposure, Highlight, Contrast to max (just to make the effect more visible).Click OK in Camera RAW. Stop recording the 'test' action. The action recorded the Camera Raw filter:Close the picture. Open another (very different) picture.Run the recorded "test" action. You've created duck-shaped correction on a squirrel. xD Actual result: the initial AI mask is hard baked into an action.Expected result: the AI mask feature (Subject, Background, body parts, etc.) are re-detected every time the action runs.  Version: Photoshop 25.0, Camera Raw 16.0 and 15.5.1OS: Windows 10, x64

So, the "Open in Acrobat" option that showed up at the bottom of Quick Look suddenly disappeared, u can still find it in sharesheet but that creates a new separate file in acrobat folder, and opening acrobat and then finding the file just feels inconvenient.

New challenge. yesterday CC alerted me that Lightroom (cloud) had an update, so opened CC and noticed that Lightroom Classic was not listed and showed an Install button. Weird, as I use Classic daily and has been showing up in the apps list for years. After fiddling around trying to see what was going on, I went ahead and clicked the Install button to see what happens. Incidentally, the version in /Applications was at 14.1.1, so a few updates old. I don't have auto updates turned on for LR or PS. Anyway, it installed it NOT in /Applications, which is where all the other Adobe apps load and is according to the preferences in CC, but in the invisible /Volumes directory. It creates a folder: Mobile Photo Mechanic, which from my recollection, used to be one of my external hard drives I would take when on locations, and keep Adobe apps installed there due to the limited storage capacity in the Macbook Air I would be using). But I haven't had that drive around for awhile, as I since reformat

I keep getting a pop up that says "Unable to create the temporary folder. Error 5 - Access is denied"

We make documentaries and docuseries for streaming and theatrical.  We shoot UHD (3840 x 2160). I make our dailies stringouts UHD. However, during our pitch process, our sizzle reels are 1080. Should we make our edit sequences 1080? Or should we make our edit sequences UHD? Ex. If our edit sequence is 1080, then our footage is resized to 50%. If we push in to 75%, we aren't losing any quality. However, if our edit sequence was 2160, and we pushed in on the same shot (to 150%), then exported to 1080, would the shot have a loss in quality because we pushed in to 150%? Or would it look identical to an export from the 1080 sequence?

I am unable to upgrade my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Tried different sources like Adobe website ad FTP but always get this error message:"The upgrade Patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service because the program upgraded may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct patch". Currently I have version installed: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 19.012 Already tried versions 20.009.20063 and 20.009.20067 Can you help me?

As the title suggests, I am running into this error and cannot get this feature to work no matter what I try. My operating systems and applications are fully up-to-date at the time of this posting.
