* NB: This issue just started a couple of hours ago.i take pictures using my Android Galaxy S25 phone and upload them to Lightroom Mobile (Premium V 10.4.1). They then synch to my iPad with Lightroom Mobile v 10.4.0. I've been doing this for years without issue. This afternoon that changed. The images look fine on my phone but on my iPad just appear as black squares (no image or detail available). If I go to the web it shows the images loading...but they never do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled LR on both my phone & iPad. I've shut down the devices and restarted. I've cleared the cache. Nothing works. Any help appreciated.

Hi, I just stumbled upon files on Archive.org where you can download CS6 and CS5.5 for free. I'm very suspicious, because if something is too good to be true, it usually is. Are these legit files provided by Adobe, or are these pirated and they could have viruses and such?   [suspicious link removed by moderator] [suspicious link removed by moderator]   The comments on the CS5.5 collection had some serial numbers for activation, and I was also able to find some CS6 serial numbers online (attached in a .txt file).   This all seems way too easy, and I don't want to get into anything weird or illegal. Is this actually being provided by Adobe? Is it safe for my computer? Will it even work?   Thanks!

Hello. My name is Abdul Rehman. Why my Adobe Stock account was deactivated. What specifically did I violate? I always tried to follow all the rules. Could this be some kind of mistake? What should I do? How can I reactivate my account? Plz Help me.

Currently using the automation tool where png, jpg, gifs are automatically exported.  This was working fine on my Dell Latitude 3400 series laptop with an Intel 7 Chip (Gifs are exporting)Tried with a Lenovo Yoga with an Intel 9 Chip ( Gifs are not exporting properly - 2 pop up but are 0KB)Tried with a Lenovo P16s with an AMD Ryzen Pro 5 chip (Gifs are not exporting properly - 2 pop up but are 0KB) This is such a random issue and I'm wondering if anybody is having any issues with this. All the devices are on Windows 11.

How do I change the text direction in Hebrew on Adobe Express?

Hello - Is there an issue with Adobe's Cloud servers today? My editor and I have been collaborating on a Team Project for weeks, and suddenly this morning when I open Premiere it tells me I am Disconnected -  I have logged in and out of Premiere, out of CC app, I have rebooted, installed and uninstalled applications - all the usual troubleshooting tricks. I can no longer access or create Team Projects on my personal computer, and I cannot create or access them on any other system in the building.  I can login to CC with no problems, I have no other issues with Adobe's suite, I can install apps, I can install updates for applications I don't use ... but Team Projects will not "switch on" so to speakCurrently using v24.6.5 on MacOS 15.5I tried 25.3 too, no dice.Screengrabs attached below.

when i try to export my video the images are suddenly overexposed. In the editing part the images are good. Anyone an idea how to solve this? See pictures

I created 18 artboards, each vary in detail. I then attempt to save each as a seperate .AI file:File < Save as <  Save as type (*.AI) < Save.Illustrator Options - I check "Save each artboard to a seperate file" < All < OK.The problem is that each artboard is not saving as a seperate file. Each seperate file contains all 18 artboards. See screenshots. How do I correct this so that each artboard saves as a seperate .AI file?

I installed the Adobe Creative cloud App on my Adobe M1 Max Studio, its currently running the latest OS - macOS Sequoia 15.5. I am stuck on this screen and it keeps spinning, i cannot perform any actions from here on. I cannot install any updates. I tried all the possible ways - uninstalling and reinstalling, Removing all the Adobe Apps via the Creative cloud cleaner app, Repairing the creative cloud all.  I am so frustrated that i cannot get any phone support. I am paying money for the software but such a trashy support from Adobe ....

hoping someone can help me get to the bottom of this Rush glitch- I've been editing my videos on the app for a month now with no problems but now I'm seeing a bunch of my media in the video I'm currently editing get really pixelated, the pixelation varies per frame whenever I try to re-Edit or re-import the original media ( photo below is of one of the frames). It's like wack-a-mole trying to get this video pixelation free and I feel like I'm going insane! Any advice will be SO welcomed!  Title edited by mod

I need to view somewhere in the Illustrator interface, the value set in the "raster effects settings" panel. Is there a scripted way to implement this?I've created actions that set this value to 72ppi / 300ppi so that I can change it when the document becomes heavy and unmanageable (thanks to using only 1 CPU CORE, thanks Adobe ❤).The problem is that if I save the file, I will probably save it at 72ppi, but for printing the effects are poor and you have to set them to 300ppi.So having the value always visible on the screen, I can have more control in knowing which value is set...The problem: Can it be done and how is it done?

Whenever I try and save as my work to my laptop is freezes and I cant close the application unless I close it in task manager. It is version 20.4 InDesign on a windows laptop

Can anyone from adobe tell us if mixamo is going to work again? It's been buggy for four days now.

I've created a slideshow in Lightroom Classic that includes slides with NEF, DNG, HEIC, and MP4 files.  It plays perfectly on my PC.  I tried exporting it as a PDF, but the videos didn't work.  I tried exporting it as a video, but I don't like not being able to move from slide to slide at will and some of the videos don't play in full because of how long each slide plays.   I think that if I could copy the slideshow to my iPhone I could then cast it to the TV and that would work perfectly.  The question is how do I do that?

I recently retired so I'm now using a personal laptop instead of a laptop provided by the school I worked at. With my old laptop I used to use Swiffy to convert swf into mp4 files. I just attempted to download Swiffy to my new laptop, but Copilot is telling me that Swiffy is no longer available, and it's recommending two alternatives, FreeConvert and Convertio. However, I have no grounds for guessing if either of these are best. Could someone please let me know what you prefer?
