Solved

Hi I am currently working in Pr25.3 and all of a sudden my project just froze. The tabs up top just go blank or white.Upon restarting i could get playback and scrolling but couldnt duplicate my sequence to start a new draft of my cut.I tried copying all the clips to paste on a new sequence and it just freezes. I tried to create a new project to drag all the folders over but the same thing happens in a new project.upon freezing the tabs on Premiere go blank or white.I have since updated the gpu driver, tried to start Premiere holding the Alt key and reset all all preferences, deleted cache but i cant seem to move my work over to a new project without the old project crashing.I have even rolled back to different versions.PC SpecsWindows 11 proIntel Ultra 9 285kMSI MEG z890 Godlike96gb RAMGTX 1060 6gb

I accidentally created an account and had a typo in my email making it invalid. Now I can't access my account or chat and I don't want to be billed after my free trial.  Is there any way to contact a human for help?thank you to anyone who can help.

Hello. Sometimes I come across this on the forum: Accounts of 3-year, 5-year or even 10-year participants can be suspended. There are those who say they have over 100,000 accepted entities. I don't quite understand this. In other words, I don't think it's possible that a person would work honestly and respect the rules for 10 years, then change their minds and resort to cheating and deceit after 10 years. Are they making a mistake without knowing and their accounts are being suspended? I don't think it's possible either, I think a 10-year participant knows the rules from A to Z. Am I wrong? Or, does Adobe sometimes make the wrong decisions when it comes to suspending accounts? Thank you.

iPad iOS 18.Installed Acrobat Reader from the App Store. Acrobat Reader does not show the Certificates option in Tools.  Is there a way to sign PDF documents with a certificate on an iPad? It works on a Windows PC. I searched but couldn't find anything. The procedure I found refers to this path Tools/Certificates, but I don't have it there. Please advise, thank you.

After installing Bridge 12.0, when I access a folder of images (that have been culled originally from photo mechanic version 6), the images flicker like mad (including xmp files) on the screen (see file attached) making it unusable. I reverted back to the previous edition of Bridge and the flickering/bug went but Adobe has now forced me to have the latest Bridge 12.0 and the problem has returned. Please can I have some assistance from someone?  I would normally just run off the old Bridge but it wont work unless it has the latest update. I hope I can find help here. I am disspaointed that is no live chat or way of speaking specifically to someone from Adobe, like a helpdesk or chat. Thank you in advance for any help. Kind regards, Jennifer

I use Edit > Generative AI to fill in areas around the edges of an image or to remove unwanted items. I do not use it to add objects that were not in the photo to begin with. The resolution of the AI fill is very poor. Is there a way to get better resolution patches when using Generative AI?

I have tried a full backup from my external hard drive where my catalog and images reside to another external hard drive. When I went to restore it to my new laptop there was not file called backup.tly. The last file is catalog.buc. So I did it all again still no joy. The backup finishes with a message "there was a problem with file Redpolls.jpeg".How do I proceed please?

Well I loved AI masks and the ability to batch edit for efficiency.  Now for some reason I have to 'update AI settings' on every photo after the mask has been copied.  I can't copy and paste settings of masks (only does one picture at a time even if I've selected more).  I've tried different hacks from these forums.  NOTHING!  I'd be so grateful for a solution.  It used to be that I could edit one picture with masks, the copy those settings to the following ten pictures.  Now for some reason it's not possible.  ANY suggestions welcome!!!  Thanks!!!

Photoshop 2025 keeps closing after about 30 seconds.

Hi, i fully support and understand the reason for having strickt guidlines about nuditiy and vulgarity in Firefly,BUT as someone who works primarily in imagary for the culinary industry, not being able to prompt "chicken breast" is a bit annoying. Heres hoping you can tweak the engine a little bit so it understands context better 🙂 Thanks!

Sorry for my bad English. Recently, I've been having issues with the Shape tool in Photoshop. Previously, when I used a shape, its color would always match the foreground color I selected. I could also quickly change the color using Coolorus to see which color fit my design best. However, after updating to the latest version, I can no longer do that. Currently, my foreground color is blue, and it only applies correctly the first time I draw a shape. On the second attempt, even if I change to a different color, the shape still stays blue. Each time I draw a new shape, it creates a new layer with that same blue color.I want to draw a different shape in red, but the shape always comes out blue—so I often have to manually fill the color after selecting the layer. Is there a way to fix this issue? I’ve tried installing different versions, uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop, but nothing has improved.

My Acrobat app on my Ipad pro was crashing since the morning and I had no idea what to do so I looked at the internet and it recommended to remove the app and re-install, now it should be fine since all my important files are stored on (On This Ipad) so I didn't think that by removing the app it will also remove all my files, this is more than 10 months of my work.and I can't find my files on the recently deleted folder or anywhere. and I don't have any backup for this Ipad.and the files aren't on the adobe cloud storage cause it simply sucks whenever I edit the file it creates another conflict file and it keeps going and crashing. is there anyway to recover my files ??

I have a clip, and select the rotobrush tool. I can draw where I need, but nothing shows up and nothing changes. Why is nothing changing?

I have downloaded the adobe acrobat app for my iphone 7. Previously I was able to download pdf documents and open them from the app. However, now when I select the adobe acrobat app, the home screen freezes, on the symbol with Adobe Acrobat Reader and nothing happens, even if I leave it open for 5 minutes.I've tried deleting the app and downloading a new version about 5 times. Each time I close the app fully, but the same issue recurs whenever I try to use the app.Is there a way around this? Thanks.

I know this is a dumb question, but I am new to AE and can't figure it out. How do I open a project file without it closing the project that is currently open? Basically, I want to open a .aep file and have it show up as a new "tab" next to the composition that is currently open.  Thanks!

I am having trouble to 'fill & sign'. The pen icon at the top of my pdf document is greyed out.

Help! I made a set of playing cards in Illustrator. My artboard size is 58x88 mm. To send it to the printing company I had to make one big file, which means I have 432 artboards in one document. There guidelines state I need to safe it to PDF/X-4:2008. Every time I export the size of my artboard changes. If I check te size in Acrobat it states 291 x 321 mm; but according to the printing company my PDF is 5,8 x 8,8 mm.  I tried different PDF settings, but it only exports to the right size if I use 'Illustrator Default'. I'm on a deadline, can someone tell me how to fix this. Thanks a looot!

It's not often that I am left speechless by Adobe but they have really hit the nail on the head with this. I have submitted some photos for Adobe Stock and they have either been rejected due to "Quality Issues" namely File ID: 1196706180 and File ID: 1196835355 or "Intellectual Property Refusal" namely File ID: 1196835074 or File ID: 1209400354. Regarding the Quality issues - It is in sharp focus, it is color corrected using Adobe Lightroom and it is in 8300 by 5864 so it is not small. Where is the problem. Then there is the Intellectual Property Refusal refusal of a skyline. It has been refused because its at night and its of Los Angeles. Yet I have just been on Adobe Stock and found an image for sale (not as clear quality) e.g Los Angeles night skyline in LA, California, USA Stock Photo | Adobe Stock Please help me understand because I cannot get my head around Adobe's 'quality control' Thank you Duncan
