Solved

Since two weeks I guess, rendering (in the background) while editing is extremely slow. For a five minute video I have to wait for 30 minutes (render in to out). Even when it shows "green" after rendering, as soon as I just click on one clip, it immediately turns to "red". And the process starts again. This is no way of editing professioanlly. I even switched last week from a RTX 2080 to RTX 5080, hoping that would help. Nothing. My computer expert also told me that all the latest firmware has been integrated. Here is my computer setup:Processor = Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10920X CPU @ 3.50GHz   3.50 GHzInstalled RAM = 128 GB (128 GB usable)System type = 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorEdition = Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 (for main monitor)Blackmagic Decklink Mini 4K (for second monitor)Synology RaidAfter more than 10 years, I am really thinking about switching to DaVinci Resolve. With each version of Premiere there is this weird feel

Hi y’all! Having issues with generative AI (Clone stamping, denoise, and masking) across the board and have been having issues for the last week+. Whenever I add an edit, it doesn’t necessarily “stick” in that it’ll read with an error message and requires refreshing. I’ve resigned on getting the clone stamping tool to work and will just do what I need to do to get a gallery out in Photoshop, but I have a set of images that need the denoise tool and some custom masks. I’ve re-rendered multiple times and exported but the images will not export with the masks. Feeling incredibly frustrated and wondering if anyone has found a fix for this? I’ve tried restarting the app, my computer, logging out and in, editing in the proper order of operations, refreshing/updating the masks, and checking for updates. So far, nothing has worked. Has anyone experienced this and was able to fix? Additional details: Currently running on LRC 15.4.1 and do not have any additional available updates. Is it possibl

I have chosen some regular text, and I want to get the horizontalOffset of the first character after the longest character '：'.The horizontal offset of the word I circled in the picture.May I ask how to write the code? Thank you very much.

SECOND TIME, BUT ON A DIFFERENT COMPUTER.Today I attempted an update to PS 2026 which was probably at 27.7.  While updating it froze at 51%  with the message that it was taking an unusually long time and....  After waiting over an hour I canceled the update, closed all apps and restarted my computer.  Then tried to open PS and got this message. Also here is detail from Finder: This is on my Macbook Pro apple silicon with Tahoe 26.6.Less than a month ago the exact same thing happened on my Apple Studio and current OS.  Then, with costly outside support, I had to use CC cleaner and reload, etc with all the hassle that entails.  ADOBE:  PLEASE FIX THIS.  Otherwise how many times do I have to reload etc?QUESTION.  Do I have to use Creative Cloud Cleaner or is there a more efficient way like simply uninstalling PS and then reinstalling it.

It only crashes when connected to internet (startup with wifi off is fine). Tried reboot. Tried shutting off firewall and virus sw. If I turn on internet after a successful start, if crashes within 4 seconds (I think it’s when it tries to turn on sync). How do I fix this? Lightroom seems to work fine. Auto updates is on and Photoshop CC appears to be up to date.

I made a document on Apple pages and I want to transfer it to indesign. I want the background and everything that was in pages into indesign like copy and paste. And I wanna edit the text and the images and elements. If there is a zero cost solution pls let me know thank you

Greetings Adobe Community,I am using the latest Premiere version 26.3.2. Getting into developing skills for kinetic typography motion graphics adverts. For now, we are not taking these too After Effects until we get the overall cuts, style and sound design, then we may push these to AE someday. As for now, we need to master these developments in Premiere first. One of the problems I am running into is in the properties panel versus text fill. I prefer to avoid the track matte key and/or nested sequences (something referred to as nasty nesting), and this is where it was discovered that a fill can be applied in relation to the text layer. So, I have the text layer selected with the text properties opened where I can apply a graphic fill, whether a still or video. I place this graphic fill under the text layer. In the property's options, the fill option is selected and !viola! the graphic fills the text. However, I can only position animate the motion of the fill in properties. How can effe

I chatted with Adobe online support to ask if the Photography Plan includes AI credits. The agent said "yes" and asked me to update my credit card info. I did that, but then the agent went silent. I closed the window because I hadn't decided to buy yet.A few minutes later, I got a bank alert that Adobe already charged my card.I never clicked "Buy" or "Confirm". Updating my card info is NOT an agreement to pay. The agent never informed me that updating the card would trigger an immediate charge.

Hello! As I mentioned in the head of the message, I would like to have a refund on the order, which is cost US$23.99. I will gladly cooperate with you on this issue, if you need this, of course. I hope we could resolve this problem. Thank you in advance!

im in a huge panic and really need help. I hopped on photoshop today to find every single one of my creative cloud files GONE, including a uni assessment due very soon. Im freaking out. i have looked through the deleted files section of the creative cloud app, nothing, i have looked for multiple creative cloud file folders, still nothing. Its like the files never even existed. I did a disk cleanup a few days ago for an unrelated issue, but to try and remedy any loss that couldve occured, i ran a complete hard drive search using disk drill, which still came up with nothing. Its as if these files never even existed? and if the issue was on my end and i deleted the files somehow accidentally, firstly how are they not on the cloud when it is listed as cloud storage, and secondly, they shouldve appeared in my disk drill intensive search. i am on the brink of a meltdown because of this, please please help i am at a loss of what to do. Im running windows 10, and using cc

When I double-click the icon on the layer in PS Smart, a message appears that the program that created the object doesn't exist. The fact is, Illustrator 2025 stopped working, and I had to install Illustrator 2026.I'm working on Windows 11.Needless to say, this could result in the loss of a significant amount of my work over the years.

After one of the most recent updates, the mouse scroll wheel will only move the plahead in the timeline if you are hovering over the Playback Monitor timeline, rather than the before where you could hover over anywhere in the Playback Monitor. Otherwise you're just zooming in and out of the Playback Monitor. Not sure if this is considered a bug or not but it would be nice to be able to have a setting to turn this on or off.

My original download link the from the store does not work any more and I don't have access to my account anymore. Does anyone know how where or how to download photoshop elements 2020 in this situation? Thank you!

Ik heb met mijn creditcard betaald voor een jaar en per ongeluk ook nog een maandelijkse betaling geactiveerd. Die wil ik nu stopzetten. Daar heb ik jullie hulp bij nodig!

Was there a recent data breach at Adobe? I just woke up to 2FA login request in the app that I do not recognize coming from the other side of the world. I was asleep while this happened so the request already timed out. However- it means a hacker got my Adobe email and password (fortunately it’s a unique combo not used anywhere else). HOW is that possible and WHY would anyone want my creative cloud credentials? To use Photoshop for free? Bizarre.

File A  File B Hi everyone,I'm trying to reproduce the paragraph/tab formatting from one InDesign document in another.I've attached two screenshots:File A = the correctly formatted document File B = the document I'm trying to formatIn File A, the section entries are formatted so that:the section number (e.g. 3.) is positioned at approximately 2p9 the section title (e.g. Right to information) begins at approximately 3p0 the Tabs panel shows tab stops at 2p9 and 3p0 the Paragraph panel shows Left Indent = 3p0 and First Line Indent = -3p0In File B, I have set the Paragraph panel to the same values:Left Indent = 3p0 First Line Indent = -3p0File B also appears to have tab stops at 2p9 and 3p0.However, I cannot reproduce the behaviour of File A.For example, in File B I have:4. Central Registrar. If I place the cursor after 4. and press Tab, the tab character is inserted, but the text after the tab does not jump to the 3p0 tab stop. The same happens when I try inserting a tab before the section

I cancelled my subscription but was charged after the cancellation.

I’ve been using adobe acrobat pro XI for around 10 years in a printcenter. Suddenly when I open acrobat pro I’m getting a message saying that I’m on a free trial and have 30 days left. When I try to put my license back in I receive a message saying the license was either revoked or invalid. I spoke with adobe support but they can’t help me because acrobat pro XI is too old and it was a one time subscription. I realize that the licensing servers have probably been shut off but is there any way I can keep using this software?

I'm just trying to cancel and I feel like it's unnecessarily hard? And why is it so hard to get ahold of support? No chat option? Maybe I'm just missing it?

Hi, I have just negotiated a new annual plan for Adobe subscription after my price jumped on a rolling plan at the start of this month. I paid a price jump once in this month which would cover the 4 weeks after that payment date. When I rang up today to ask to renegotiate the price of my monthly subscription, the agent said that the new annual plan would begin today and a new payment taken - but this is only 2 weeks after I paid for the month ahead. I am therefore being charged twice in the month by Adobe which seems unfair.

Even though I cancelled my account, they are still deducting fees.I request that my account be permanently cancelled.
