Firefly est infernale, ca fait deja plusieurs semaine que je ne peux pas reccupérer la génération des mes images ou vidéos. J’ai tout fait, supprimé le cache mémoire, l’historique navigateur, … rien ne s’affiche, je ne peut plus rien faire  

This quest is regarding the TIMESHEET function in workfront.Is it possible to hide the task name under the project name in the timesheet weekly dashboard? We are logging hours only at the project level, and the additional task name is causing confusion. Please suggest. Regards,Diksha G.

Attached is a simple calculator with a formula for savings and product volume.I would like to know how to use javascript to calculate off the text box input and off variables in the background as seen in the sheet. Ideally in the PDF- it would be spend text box 1 (b3), volume text box 2 (b5) and then the final result text box (b11-13). Just would like some guidance based off the excel formula and thanks!

Hi Adobe team, Whenever we add an SVG to the document in Adobe Express, the SVG width and height properties are being ignored, and it always pastes it with the same sizes.Our SVG has both width and height as 24px + viewBox as "0 0 24 24". So we expect it to be pasted with 24px. This behavior works properly for other image formats such as png. So it seems like a bug to me!We're using the latest Adobe Express web version on MacOS Sonoma Version 14.6.1SVG and PNG examples containing 24px width and height is in the attachment.

Hi,I have this yellow bar that I want to follow around the circle at the bottom.I’ve tried;Select both objects > Objects on Path but this only puts the yellow bar on the side.   Select both objects > Object > Envelope Distort > Make with Warp but this just makes everything curved  Is there a better way of doing it?

Hello how can I request for refund I forgot to cancel my subscription using my gcash and they auto debit the money just today. I really need that money. Hope someone can help because I dont see an option to request it manually. Thank you. 

Recently I have noticed that, while usually, double clicking a bin opens it in a separate tab, it now closes my projects window. So to say; My “Projects” Tab changes into whatever bin I double click.This was not always the case though - I use several bin-tabs when implementing grading or VFX into a sequence, while also keeping “Projects” open.Also I have a Mac Studio, on which this problem does not exist. A double click still opens a separate bin-tab.I am on a Macbook Pro M4, 48gb RAM. Also on Premiere 26.3.0., but have just updated from the version before that, because I thought it may help (it did not).

Hi,As is the case for many others, from what I can read on community posts, I can not generate images using firefly partnermodels. only firefly models work. I get the “Something went wrong try again later error”. Can you please look into this. Hello all,   As the title says, I would like to know if there is a way for Illustrator (CS6) to ignore locked layers. I work with a lot of layers, and usually I am not working on the top-most layer. When I want to eyedrop a color or opacity, I get the wrong color a lot of the time, since the eyedropper tool selects the properties of the top-most layer instead of the layer I am working in.    This means that I constantly have to turn a lot of layers off and back on during my drawing process. This takes a lot of time and causes a lot of frustration, especially when I am editing a layer near the bottom. I need the top layers visible because they often have overlays which change the color of the total picture, so keeping them turned off is not a solution.   If anyone knew a way to ignore locked layers with the eyedropper tool, that would be much appreciated!   -Tiny     {Renamed by MOD}

Hi there is a strange issue with generating videos it won’t generate at all 

After creating my video project in Adobe Express from scratch, I wanted to caption it. I found this unnecessarily difficult.  It’s very easy to find the option to caption a video as the first quick action, and upload your video that way, but I could not for the life of me find it once inside the editor. I felt it should’ve been on the left under the edits feature, next to translate, animate and resize.I finally found it next to the option for cutting video clips but wow. I got pretty frustrated on the way there.

I get that Adobe has suddenly decided to stop supporting my OS (Windows 10) but why do I have to see this warning every time I open an app now? Why is there no option to “don’t show again”??? Ridiculous that I have to edit with a big red warning triangle on the top of the app as I’m using it. Also my sequence zoom scroller hasn’t worked in months. Is that a known bug?

I have paid thru UPI for one month subscription of Adobe Firefly today, 24th Jun’26. but no credits were added in my account till now… screen shot is attached herewith. please provide credits or process for the refund.

I would like to add comments on a PDF for team use and proofing. When the PDF is final, I would like the option to delete all comments on all pages and save as a final version for client, without the client seeing any of the comments.

体験版の契約解除がロックされて出来ません。 明日が体験版の終了、という時に、アカウントページの確認に行ったのですが、体験版の終了日の何時間も前に「このプランはもうすぐ管理できるようになります」との唐突な表示が出た後に、プランの処理も管理も出来なくなり、ロックされて処理が受け付けて貰えなくなりました。 実際の課金が開始される何時間以上後の翌日まで、時間限定のサポート受け付けも再開されず、利用者としてきちんと時間内に対応した記録を、こうした質問をする以外では、記録に残す方法も見つかりませんでした。処理が受け付けて貰えず、実際に高額のライセンス課金が開始されるまで、何時間も手をこまねいて見ているしかないのでしょうか？同様の経験をされた方がいらっしゃいましたら、是非ともアドバイスをよろしくお願いします。

Vor paar Tagen hatte ich noch das vollständige Dialogfeld zum Bearbeiten der pdf. Neu bekomme ich nun ein neues mit weniger Funktionen, dass zuschneiden funktioniert auch nicht super. Wie kann ich das Rückgängig machen?
