Downloaded Photoshop 2024 yesterday and can't get rid of the black home screen. I will to Settings>general and then unclicked "Auto show the Home Screen" . Nothing has worked. I have downloaded Photoshop a couple of times and still can't get rid of the screen.  I read where my workspace might be the issue and am now using the Essentials workspace. I got rid of all my preferences and started over clean. Still can't get rid of the stupid home screen. Help! I hate it! Thanks  Woodie

I'm trying to animate something that is meant to be bendy but starts with a perfectly straight sprite. For consistency and my own sanity, I'd like the bones I want to set up with Asset Warp to form a perfectly straight line, down the middle of the sprite. Is there a hotkey or shortcut I can use to force the bones to be on a cardinal direction? In Photoshop, several tools (such as gradient) let you hold Shift to force the tool to operate on a cardinal direction (perfectly vertical or horizontal). Is there a way to do this with Asset Warp? Alternatively, once I've placed my pins/bones, is it possible to change where on the sprite a certain pin is? I don't mean manually dragging the pins around (as this would Warp the Asset, obviously), but actually changing the pin positions relative to the sprite so I could straighten out the bones?

Does anyone know how to retrieve past scans?  I've tried the method posted by others about going into Adobe Document and clicking on the "scan" link but the only files displayed were the 4 files that I had scanned recently.  I had access to a bunch of files that I'd scanned in the past.  How would they just disappear out of the blue?

I asked ChatGPT to provide a list of keywords based on the title of my asset without repeating any words and got this:   pale, female, model, dark, black, hair, hands, face, studio, portrait, concentration, dead, contact, medium, attempting, skin, holding, sides, relevant, relevant, relevant, relevant, relevant, relevant, relevant, relevant, relevant, relevant, relevant

Hello. I would like to make a folding work in china language in InDesign. Is that possible? I cant find any font in china language or china in language list.

Hello, I recently used the Anyvision plugin to tag numbers during a big rally raid in Morocco. Now afterwards I encounter a very big problem. The Photographer I work for imported my catalog together with the catalogs from all the other photographers. My automatic tag numbers are in a subfolder called ' Anyvision' and 'Bike numbers' instead of directly in the catalog under the corresponding number.. Only the pictures I manually tagged are correct. Selecting all the pictures in the subfolders folder and mass renaming them from for instance 'Bike numbers 142' to '142' so pictures are in the right folder does not work.. My catalog is around 10.000 pictures so I hope you have a solution otherwise the pictures will have to be retagged manually.. I added two screenshots first how the structure is from the auto tagged photo's and second how it needs to be for my phototeam owner.    Please help! Thanks, Gilbert Van Echelpoel

I'm trying to transfer photos from my SD card to Bridge and I am unable to open the both Bridge 2023 and Bridge 2024. There are no updates available, and I can't even open the app. When I try to open them, the dark gray background pops up and starts to load but immediately gives an error saying Bridge cannot be opened, and then I have to force quit. When I send an error report, it comes back with saying there are no workarounds right now. I'm photographing an event this weekend and need to be able to use Bridge by Monday

Hello. I extracted these images from a video game, but they have a green tint and magenta shadows that they shouldn't have. It's not an extraction issue, because I've extracted using multiple methods with the same result. So, I decided to try manually fixing them with color channels. Here's what they look like now:When they should look more like this:I've noticed that their green channel just looks like a grayscale version of the image, with darker and lighter values than the red and blue channels. I believe the green channel is too strong and needs to be reduced somehow.Any advice on how to weaken the green/magenta channel, or other ideas to remove the tint? I've attached the psd for reference.

I have a PDF report that has a column of dates with the text formatted as DD/MM/YYYY for the Australian region. Last year up to Decemeber 2024 I was able successfully convert the PDF files to Excel using Acrobat and the Excel cells with a date were correctly interpreted as DD/MM/YYYY. I have started doing the conversion this year and the dates are being converted as if they are in MM/DD/YYYY formatted. I have tried this on multiple Windows 11 computers which have the correct region settings. I have use the Acrobat desktop app on Windows as well as Acrobat add-on for Microsoft Edge. I have been able to recreate the issue with a PDF I created myself. I have attached the PDF and the resulting Excel file. You will see the Excel file displays DD/MM/YYYY but when you click on the cell you see the value is MM/DD/YYYY. If you apply the General format, you see the date number value whihc reflect the USA date. Hope I fhave explained this well.

How do I format a photo to print on 4 pages???

Hi all,  I'm adding tags manually to a pdf but they don't show up in the order panel. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. If I auto-tag they do show up, but the auto-tag is not something I can use because they need to be adjusted/modified.

Dear Community Is there a possibility to automatically open a link behind a QR-Code in any browser?I can't see any other option than scanning with my phone. Thank you.
