Solved

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader (on Android) to read books with the read aloud feature. Current option for reading speed are "0.5x", "1x", 1.5x" and "2x".If faster speeds could be added with increased granularity, it would be immensely helpful. I usually watch YouTube at 3.6x so 2x feels relatively pretty slow. A simple "2.5x", "3x", "3.5x" and "4x" addition would be wonderful. Thanks.

Unable to contact Adobe developers directly, but it's pretty poor that the word 'Portrait' is misspelt in the InDesign document set-up drop-down menu...maybe it's an American thing?

I'm having this issue on indesign and illustrator except is says "line 2798: { No matching closing brace found"   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there,  I need help creating a JavaScript calculation that will pull in 120 consecutive dates based on the initial date. The code I am using only pulls the next date. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!  var date = util.scand("mm/dd/yyyy", event.value); if(event.value == "") this.getField("Date1").value = ""; else { date.setDate(date.getDate() +1); this.getField("Date2").value = util.printd("mm/dd/yyyy", date);}  Thank you,Angela

Hello,Since the latest update to Photoshop 2020 (21.1.1), any photo/file I save as a PSD does not show the photo in the icon.  It only shows a solid blake rectangle.  This happens in any app.  If I open Finder the thumnail is black, if I open in ACDSee it shows as black etc.  However, when I open it in photoshop the file loads and is displayed properly.  I'm using an iMac 27 inch with macOS 10.14.6 (Mojave), a TB HDD with 600GB free.  I have 32GB Ram and my graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 512 MB.  Any App that shows thumnails will show the PSD file icon as black.  All PSD files that I save before the update correctly show the photo in the icon.  I've not changed any color settings in Photoshop.  They are the same as before the update.  I'm using ProPhoto as my color space at 16 bit and that's the way I save the PSD file. Any ideas and work arounds on correcting this will be greatly appreciated.  Oh, the same thing

Hi! I was part of a Teams license by my company which has been terminated, but as the person responsible for this somehow overlooked that I need the license, we have decided to create a completely new Teams license for me. In the meantime I set up a 7-day-trial with my own PayPal account, but the same work email.   The new Teams license has been created last week by me so I am the admin and I have canceled the 7-day-trial successfully, but I still get the notification in InDesign etc. that I am still in the trial period and that it expires in two days. When I look into my account I see the Adobe for Teams license though that is assigned to me, so I don't get it why I still get the notification...

I have Photoshop 2024 installed, and I can't uninstall the 2023 version. It's taking up over 9gb of disk space. Note: the old version is NOT listed in Adobe CC, it only shows up in Windows "Installed Apps" (see pic). When I choose uninstall, it will open Adobe CC, where it appears as if it's uninstalling, but the process goes by in a flash and then nothing actually gets done.  I already tried uninstalling the 2024 version and then tried uninstalling 2023. No dice. Reinstalling the 2024 version also didn't fix it. Help?  Edit: SOLVED. I finally fixed it -- I found a way to reinstall the 2023 version (in CC, next to Photoshop 2024, click on the three dots and look for "other versions". Find the specific version that needs to be reinstalled.). Then I was able to completely uninstall it after. I have been trying for such a long time and I can't believe I finally thought of the solution minutes after posting this question, LOL.  I'm leaving this up in

Hello, A few days ago, both the "signer - recipient" and "approver" (Me the notary) were available when using the Request e-signatures Tool. However, the "approver" seems to have disappeared, and there is only the option to send the document for the signer/recipient's signature.  This tool is required as I am a notary in Ontario and need to e-sign the document and include my stamps after the recipient signs it.  If this tool does still exist - where do I find it. Thanks, Catherine

I'm trying to edit the bullet point distance from the first word of the Sentence.I tried the following:Opened Paragraph StylesClick the top right corner dropdown and chose Style OptionsClick on Bullets and NumberingI Chose Bullets from the List Type dropdownI changed the Tab Position to 5mm as a testThis worked, but..........When I clicked on ok to close the Style options, every sentence in the document became a bullet list.Every time I create a new sentence ina new Text box it is automatically converted to a bullet pointIf I go back in and undo the Style then I lose all Bullet lists.I am obviously doing the wrong thing.I simply want to change the distance between the Bullet point and the Sentence by half, so that if I create a bullet list it will be a shorter distance. Similar to the above list! Thanks

I'm using Lr Mobile more and more: import raw photos from Fuji X-T3 to Lr, edit and wait for syncing. On my iPhone 13 mini, this process is battery draining, slow and causing heating, but this workflow does work and is attractive while working smoothly. So I wonder if a better phone could improve the experience. If it's the imperfection of my iPhone 13 mini that causes the performance issue, then probably it's because of its smaller RAM (4GB) and smaller size that is not good for natural cooling. So I wonder if iPhone 15 pro or Samsum S24 could be an option. S24 has larger RAM (12 GB); will this make it better than iPhone 15 pro with 8GB RAM concerning Lr performance? Besides, does iOS / Android make a difference in Lr performance? Not many phone reviews include Lr performance, which is what I care much about. So I'm very willing to hear real-world experience. I would much appreciate any sharing.

I want to know which app or apps are best and required to designand post on social media like facebook instagram twitter etc. to promote business. Suppose i want to post about a subwoofer , i want to show its mrp and my price and its specifications. Which app or apps required to do this task and also edit size of these as required on twitter facebook instagram etc. Also youtube banner for my channel and logo as well. And then how do i animate them to attract customers. See attached images here text is added i guess its an easy task to add text to any image.

現在使用しているMACがOS X 10.9.5です。先日プリペイドカードのイラストレーターを購入したのですが、ソフトが更新できずかなり前のmacのためイラレが対応していないと伺いました。 MacBook Air を購入すれば使用できるようになりますか？？

I create a new project, and after a few edits, the audio starts playing chopily and distorted. The project is composed of one mp4 audio track and 1 png image. While adding text to the frames and replaying to sync the text with the audio the audio starts play chopily and distorted. There is no constant to refer to on the cause as it is random regarding the number of edits I make. The mp4 files I have this issue with have been 4 to 5 minutes long and the images are 11 to 12 mb png files created by Adobe Photoshop. This happens on all the projects I have made and I have to restart Premiere to clear the error.

I have a signed document, but Adobe indicates that the byterange is invalid. This is because the document has a structural error, which Adobe fixes in memory, causing the byterange to not match. I had the same problem in a previous document, and it was due to missing spaces in the Xref lines, but in this case, I haven't been able to find the problem.Any recommendations on what it could be, or what tool I could use to analyze it that would be more specific about the error, since I've tried Acrobat and QPDF without success

Version 24.4.1Trying to import a sequence of images with names in ascending order into Sequence.Project Import > Mark first image > Mark Import to Sequence checkbox.Only one image is shown in the project. Right click, no option to change FPS.2 Screenshots attached. How do I solve this?is it a bug?

I'm in the middle of trying to finish my final when all of a sudden, I can't make new layers and it won't let me copy existing layers. I've tried closing up the program then opening it back up. I've tried making new Illustrator files to see if it was just the one I was working on that was having troubles, but it seems like across-the-board on all Illustrator it won't let me make new layers or copy existing ones. Please help!

I already made a post for this, but apparently the system decided that telling me how to cancel was helpful and deleted my post. I canceled Adobe, but am still getting billed. I can't get past the chat bot because my account is no longer active.  How do I get these morons to stop billing me? I attempted to cancel using your site, but the site was broken. I had to chat with a service rep to get my account canceled.  This occured on April 21st on Case number: ADB-39590959-W1X0I was then charged $31.86 on April 29th according to my credit card company, but I think your chat bot told me it occured April 28th in your system. Giving me instructions to cancel is obviously not helpful because I have already done you.  You need to refund me and fix your billing issue.

Hi, Am I the only one, except NASA, who want to work full time only on Linux? ADOBE, time to go forward! Or you are waiting for a Serif to make a milestone?   PS: Color management is much more easy and 'stable' compared to Windows.
