Solved

Hey all. Desperately in need of help. Adobe Premiere has, for whatever reason, stopped giving me any audio playback at all. I know the clips have audio, and the wav forms show in the sequence, but when played, the audio meters don't register anything at all. No tracks are muted. I'm running the most current verion of '25, running it off a Lenovo Thinkpad X1. I didn't (intentionally anyway) change any settings. The audio works outside of Premiere so it has to be a software or setting issue. Any assist here would be great.

Hello.   The dreaded Edit in-Photoshop has stopped working again.  I've cleared preferences and resinstalled multiple times and yet it keeps coming back.   I have the latest versions as of May '25, never had beta versions and is practically a virgin machine with just CC on it.  It is a Mac M4 Pro Max.   I am using a Fuji GFX 100 II in compressed RAW 16-bit.   I get, at most, 3 goes with it working and then it stops working with jut the PS splash screen.   Any thoughts?   Thanks.

Note from moderator: Things have changed since 2019 when this thread was started and it is now locked. If you have a questions about the new gradient tool, please start a new thread where we will be happy to help you! The information about the Multiply blending mode has not changed and is still valid.     I'm currently running PS 2020 on Windows 10. In the past, I could use the gradient tool to add multiple gradients to a layer. Now every time I use the tool more than once on the same layer, it erases the previous gradient and leaves only the most recent one. Is there any way I can correct this? Or do I have to add a new layer for every individual gradient I apply?

Hi,I received access to my deceased father's bank account and noticed that there were PayPal withdrawals. I contacted PayPal, and they provided me with the transactions in the PayPal account since my father's death on the 30th of April 2024. For a total of AUD$318.89.What is the process of having these transactions credited back to the PayPal account, having been charged to a deceased person? Thanks,AT

I've been reading through other posts about licenses as well as the adobe license terms themselves and it seems like the answer is yes but it would be great if someone else can confirm that I am allowed to use a standard licesnse for an asset to add to a client's website for example. I completely understand that if I want to use the same asset for multiple clients I need multiple licenses. I just want to be sure that I can download assets to use for clients other than myself.

In Adobe XI after I place a stamp on a document I want to add a text box with a reference number, then move that text box inside the stamp.  Currently when I do this the text goes behind the stamp.  Even if I go into edit photos and text and select bring to front for that text box.  Please help.

When I hit the convert button, nothing happens.  I have checked to make certain my subscription is valid, but haven't been able to convert for a couple months.

I have placed a rectangular image to fall between two columns of wrappiing text. The text will not wrap. The object has been brought to the front. The screen shot attached shows the page and the text wrap box.It  is on the last page of "Sanskrit Article," attached.

My pdf files will not print.  When I choose print, although my Epson printer is the default, the Adobe printer dialog box always opens up with "Microsoft Print to PDF".  When I change to my default printer, it doesnʻt do anything and changes back to print to pdf.  All other types of documents print on my printer, just not the saved pdfʻs.  I tried printing a pdf while on the browser, Microsoft edge, and the pdfʻs print!I am using a paid monthly version of Adobe

I keep resizing my canvas, and nothing changes. HUGE glitch?

Hi, I’m having a problem with a video I was editing. I worked on it about a week ago, and when I came back to continue editing, all the media I used (like videos, images, etc.) now show up as red screens with an exclamation mark icon. I can’t make any more changes, and it looks like I’d have to start all over again. Is there any way to reconnect or recover the original files so I don’t lose all the work I’ve done?

Hi All, Previously our user is able to add/edit her pdf fields using Adobe reader Fill & Sign function. But just few days ago when she try to edit using the Fill & Sign, the "type text here" appears instead and unable to edit the text.We tested by typing the some text inside "type text here" , and then saved. We go back to the document again and try to edit and it works. But it don't work for the other fields that created from the past. Any advice or solution that we can apply to allow the fields to be able to edit again for the pdf forms?

Hi. I deleted rush from my iPhone to free up storage. After reinstalling it I cannot access premium features. I have tried logging out of my Apple ID on my phone and logging back in. I have tried logging in to my profile from my google accounts, but that doesn't work either. I have record of making the purchase paying for the year - still valid. Purchase does not reflect in active subscriptions in App Store. I am currently overseas and it is difficult to reach any support online. Bots, FAQs and articles don't have any answers for both Apple purchases and Adobe. Any ideas?

I was disappointed to find out that aspect ratio no longer shows under the metadata in lightroom classic. I don't know why Adobe removed that, but that was a feature I used constantly. Is there any other way to select a group of photos by their orientation?

How do I get the Photo Downloader to order my photos by Date Taken?  I read somewhere this is how the Photo Downloader is supposed to be but, sadly it is not the case for me.  I have an SD card with photos that I would like to import into Photoshop Elements 2025.  When I view the contents of the SD card in File Explorer (Win11), I can sort the photos by Date Taken, Ascending or Descending.  This is not the order that the Photoshop Elements 2025 Photo Downloader presents using the same SD file contents.  It makes importing a huge time committment.  In previous versions I've owned the file order was as expected so I remember a time when this actually worked well.  Any ideas?  I am super frustrated with this broken feature.  Thank you.

Hi Adobe,Subject: Request for Refund—Recently Renewed Adobe Subscription Dear Adobe Support, I hope you're well. I’m writing to request a refund for my Adobe subscription, which was renewed recently. I purchased the plan on 05-8-2024/05-08-2025, but have changed my mind, as my college has ended and I will no longer need the software. I was unaware that the subscription would renew automatically. Since I no longer require the services, I kindly ask if it’s possible to process a refund for the recent charge. I would appreciate your understanding.
