Hi folks - how can I change the profile pic in the top right corner, visible on all adobe desktop apps. I have recently updated the public profile on my adobe account page, but the change is not reflected when I launch the desktop apps. How can I fix this!Any insights!!Thanks,Bonnie

HelloI have a client that wants a date drop down field but does not the ability to add text manually.Wants only the date present through the drop down.Is this possible? Thanks

If I use the heal tool on a smart object layer and for some reason need to go back and adjust the smart object settings, the whole image shows where the healing tool was used. I use a layer over the smart object for the heal tool.

I also don't know if it'll run on Mac 15.4.1 either but I could also do something about that.  Many thanks,  James.

Grazie! Buon lavoro

I need to create a mockup for a printed hardcover book with reflective gold foil titles. All the tutorials I've found use heavy fonts that don't translate well to 36 pt Adobe Jensen Caption.Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.I'm in Psd v. 26 on Windows 11 pro.

Dear Adobe Support Team, I am currently subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud on a monthly plan. However, I am facing significant issues with app compatibility on my Mac, which is running macOS 11 (Big Sur). The current versions of After Effects (25.2.2) and Premiere Pro are not compatible with my operating system. Unfortunately, I am unable to find any option to download previous versions that are supported on macOS 11. Additionally, I tried installing Adobe Animate version 23, which is listed as compatible with macOS 11, but it still does not function properly on my system. As I am unable to use the core applications I’m paying for due to compatibility limitations, I kindly request access to previous, compatible versions of these apps so I can continue my work without interruption. Please resolve this issue at the earliest or advise me on the appropriate steps to take.

It drives me crazy how there's now way for me to click on my library color swatch to change text colors or do color overlays. Anyone figure out how to do this instead of copying and pasting hex codes?

Dear Adobe Contributor Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent deactivation of my contributor account. I have been actively contributing to Adobe Stock for over six months, with thousands of original creative assets uploaded during this time. I take great pride in my work and have always aimed to maintain high standards of quality and integrity. I believe my account may have been deactivated due to irregular sales activity, which is something beyond my control. I want to clarify that I am not involved in any form of financial misconduct. I am a dedicated artist who relies on this platform as a source of income, and I work hard to earn through honest means. I have already reached out via email twice but have yet to receive a response. I am more than willing to cooperate and provide any information or clarification needed to resolve this issue. However, having my account deactivated for several days without any expl

Hello lovely Adobe people,  I have an Illustrator Design for a commerical billboard which is 5800mm * 300mm I did it all in one go to ensure the design would be fluid. Now I want to split the design into multiple parts when exporting because:A. The file is very large (1.5gb) B. The printing shop says their machine won't handle something that big So I want to split it into 5 parts whithout losing the fluidity of the design or maybe there is a way to crop PDF (I Decided to expost as PDF since it seems like it's giving the highest quality when exported if there's a better way please let me know)

Can someone tell me if these boxes are relevant, and need to be checked on. And what do they do exactly? See screenshot. Thakns in advance.

I have a number of shapes in a group as part of a design. I wish to adjust the position of several group elements as follows:1. Double click the group to open it2. SHIFT+click the desired objectsThis is OK for the first two objects, but when I SHIFT+click the third object, all selected objects are deselected, and the parent group becomes selected.I can unselect individual objects if 2+ are selected, using the same method. This happens with 100% consistency. The objects can be selected as normal by meatballing them in the Layers panel.Indesign 13.1 x64 on Windows 7 x64 ProIs this a known bug? Will file as usual anyway.ThanksRichard

I have cancelled my subscribtion at 15th January (the last day of free trial) but  money was taken a  moment later. How can I get my money back? any email adress to contact Adobe?

My Premiere Pro is updated to the latest version. I usually edit 1080p 50fps videos and have edited quite heavy content on my current laptop (ASUS Zenbook) which is new by the way. I don't know what's wrong but recently after opening Premiere for a couple of minutes it starts to freeze and a pop up screen would appear to send/don't send report and my Premiere has to force shut. However everytime I open back Premiere, the interface runs smoothly, no lag but somehow would freeze for a second after a few minutes and my Premiere would crash. I also tried clearing the cache, third party plugins, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works. On a side note: I tried opened Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Figma and Photoshop at the same time and everything seems to be working well. What could be the issue? It's been very frustrating cause I am a student and I'm in the midst of my final year projects.  Laptop SpecsIntel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 258V 2.20 GHz32.0 GB RAM
