Solved

Last week it began returning unexpected results when tasked with fixing a small area. I noticed two things:First: it can’t help but hallucinate. It will reliably return a snake, a bow and arrow, a jar of something or what not. Usually in situations were it used to reliably fill in a texture perfectly and out perform Firefly Fill & Expand.Second, it seems to have lost the ability to seamlessly retian texture over a small area. Often it comes back mangled or oversharpened if it doesn’t have an ice pick or a toaster thrown in.Anyone else seeing this? It seemed like a pretty sudden server side thing so please please please don’t ask me to post 10 pages of my system info efectively killing this thread.

Hi everyone,  I recently merged multiple PDF files into a single document using an online tool called [Removed by Moderator] The merge completes successfully and the resulting file opens perfectly fine in my browser — all pages display correctly and everything looks normal visually. However, when I open the same merged PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader, I run into a frustrating issue: When I try to select text, the selection doesn't match where I actually clickSometimes the text selection jumps to a random part of the page instead of where I clickedI did some research and came across a few threads on the Adobe community forum that seem related to my issue:   https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/text-selection-not-working-correctly-in-merged-pdf/td-p/11823456 https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/cursor-misaligned-when-selecting-text-pdf/td-p/10934872 https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/pdf-text-layer-misaligned-after-combining-files/td-

I had a previous account with Adobe and I would like to get it back

I recently updated my after effects and adobe media encoder to 2025. Now everytime i try to render a video through media encoder it says "Adobe Media Encoder 2025" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash. This file was downloaded on an unknown date.I'm on a m1 macbook pro and use these programs regularly for work. I tried to install the previous version of media encoder and get the same issue. I don't understad what could be causing this issue. and am struggling to find other people experiencing this online.

Why can't I purchase Adobe Suite in Uganda???

I cannot print a4 and a3 on a single pdf. Even i check that there is not update and i have reinstall to the latest adobe and still not able to print a4 and a3 pages together.

I have read previous posts about the Save As function not working when trying to save a combined file. I have deselected both "Save As optimized for Fast Web View" and "Show online storage when opening files" in the preferences screen, as past posts indicate this would fix the issue. When I attempt to save the new combined file on either a cloud server or my local device I am unable to save the new combined file unless I print to PDF, which causes the file to be unreasonably large or crashes my adobe. Further if I attempt to compress the printed file, I run into the same issue of it not being able to save a new instance.I have checked for updates and ran any updates. I have performed a repair install and the issues remain. What is mind blowing to me is that this seems to be a known bug for nearly 8 years and it is not resolved. Anyone know how to fix this or where I may have gone wrong?

After the 27.5 update, when Photoshop is closed, it stays active in RAM. The same applies to opening and closing individual documents. I have 32 GB of RAM, and if I open several documents—for example, using up 16 GB of RAM—and then close one of them, the consumed memory does not decrease; it remains in memory. It gets to the point where, after an hour of work, RAM usage reaches 29–30 GB. And after closing Photoshop, the memory is not freed until you manually terminate the process in Task Manager. Also, until you end the process via Task Manager, you cannot restart Photoshop. I recorded this issue on video, which can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/j0nvMCQoCis System Info: Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.5.0 20260323.r.13 dee573e  x64 (final, Release)Number of Launches: 165Operating System: Windows 11 64-bitVersion: 11 or greater 10.0.26200.8246System architecture: AMD CPU Family:15, Model:1, Stepping:0, AVX2, HyperThreadingPhysical processor count: 6Logical processor count: 12Processor sp

In Premiere Pro 24.3.0 (Build 59) on a MacBook Pro 2023 M2 Max (macOS 14.5), I have a Production with two projects, "Cuts" and "Footage". In one of the sequences in my "Cuts" project, there are clips from a video file that play back, but when I try to "Reveal in Project", it says:When I click OK, it says:Again, the clip plays back in the timeline, but it has somehow lost its clip project association. I know where the file is on my external hard drive, but I can't relink it because the clip has lost its clip project association. Here's a similar discussion. I don't know if a solution was reached:https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/premiere-production-sequence-loses-clip-project-association/m-p/14395927#M489519

I have had this issues a few times now. I filled in and saved a form and wanted to edit some info after, I couldn't. Why is the type text tool missing after I edited and saved the pdf?  This was before I edited the pdf which shows the tool After I edited and saved, it's missing I tried to look for it from "Find tools" and nothing.  I ended up having to fill in the form from downloading the new form again.  Why is this happening??

Dear Adobe Support Team,Hello,I recently reinstalled Windows on my laptop and installed Creative Cloud again. However, over the past few years, Photoshop and other Adobe applications have been upgraded significantly, and the current versions are unfortunately no longer compatible with my laptop's specifications.I desperately need to use Photoshop right now, so I would like to install an older version, preferably Photoshop 2022 or 2023.According to Adobe's official instructions, previous versions should be available through Creative Cloud.이전 버전의 Creative Cloud 앱 설치 | Download and Install However, the option to install previous versions does not appear in my Creative Cloud application at all. I have tried looking everywhere, but I simply cannot find the previous-version installation option. This is extremely frustrating because I urgently need Photoshop for my work.My laptop has relatively low specifications, and unfortunately, I cannot upgrade it to Windows 11 either. The latest version

When using the remove tool , as in these two example images, the new image information created by the remove tool is more pixelated and lower rez than the image being edited. See the before and after images where I am removing the road and Semi.  I have used REMOVE for years, and this is a new problem. Any ideas for how to fix this?

There's got to be a way to do this. I searched for "dystopia" under the Media option and nearly every image returned is AI-generated.Common tricks like "-ai" and such don't work in Express. If there's a button or toggle for it I haven't found it, though if someone has I'd be overjoyed to learn about it. But more generally: For the love of god, Montressor, let us opt in to searching for AI-generated art rather than just dumping it into our feeds and hoping our incidental/accidental/giving-up-out-of-frustration usage justifies whatever price Adobe paid for the damn thing.

This bug has been reported before, but persists, making editing arduous. It only became a problem recently, so I feel it is a version issue, say after 25 or so. I have not downgraded as of yet, but may have no choice. After a few touch ups (nothing major, like skin blemish), the tool will freeze and then memory use will ramp up until entirely maxed out (64 GB). I see it in the Task Manager graph. After about two minutes (if a person was willing to wait), a dialog box pops up saying there is no more memory to complete task. When closed, I can save the image and proceed. This has happened each and every time I edit an image and I cannot go more than 5 uses before this happens.  I contacted support over the phone and was told to increase memory usage under performance. I does not help and resetting preferences also does not help. This issue needs to be fixed as I feel the remove tool is one of the core tools users now rely on. If it would be helpful to d

Hi! Im posting a published page containing video. I want i to loop and also start on load. Is this not possible in Adobe Express?

I have shared files many times with clients.  I got the software specifically for this.  Today it tells me "Unable to Create link.  We weren't able to create the link.  Please try again later."  What is the problem?  Why can't I share files?

Apologies if this has been posted before, I tried looking for similar issues but couldn't find this exact issue*. How do I make the scrollbar thumb (the bit you click on the drag the scrollbar around) always appear in Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11? Right now the thumb only appears when you mouse over the scrollbar. This is a major usability issue, especially for long documents, as I have to guess where the thumb is and then make a corrective mouse movement when I inevitably get it wrong. In Acrobat on previous Windows versions and in every other app on Windows 11, a skinny scollbar thumb is always shown so that I can mouse directly to it and the thumb gets big when you mouse over it. In Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11, no thumb is shown by default and the skinny thumb only appears when you mouse over the scrollbar. The following screen captures demonstrate the issue. In the first screen capture, I am attempting to scroll a long document in Adobe Acrobat. Notice how the sc

I don't want any AI in my Adobe Apps. Can AI be turned off?In addition, my Acrboat says to update it, but CreativeCloud says it is up-to-date. I click Restart and it crashes.

Somehow I have new flows over my artboards. I don't know how they were added. How do I delete these or hide them?  The "Flow" and "Flow 2" icons - I want to completely remove these or hide them.

I just made an adobe account few days ago and I am trying to add phone number so I can start uploading Stocks but I can’t add my phone number, it says “An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later”. I have tried it for 3 days and I still get that error. I have tried VPN, tried on my phone through Safari but I still can’t add it.

I signed up for an Adobe Acrobat 7-day free trial and cancelled the plan on the very same day, less than 12 hours after activating it. I also received an email confirmation confirming that my subscription had been cancelled.Despite this, I was charged for the plan a month later. This is unacceptable, as I cancelled within the trial period and have proof of the cancellation. I am requesting a full refund of the charge and immediate confirmation that this subscription has been cancelled and will not renew in the future.

Hello,I just signed up for the student free trial which includes photoshop. I purchased the free trial so that I could fix some blurred photos. I looked at the instructional videos that are provided through Photoshop, and the only video that popped up on how to fix a blurred photo was a video showing how to use the Shake Reduction tool. However, I was just informed by an Adobe representitive that the Shake Reduction tool was removed from the 2024 version. I would like to suggest that the video for the Shake Reduction tool be removed from the 2024 version, or at least have it explain that the Shake Reduction tool is only available in older versions. For me, knowing that would have saved me a lot of time and frustration, as that tool is the only one I was needing to use and that is why I purchased the free trial. P.S I am an amature when it comes to Photoshop, any suggestions on other ways to fix a blurred photo would be appreciated.
