Solved

AI models for image generation are not working. I keep getting the error message, “Something went wrong. Try again later.” I’ve been trying since yesterday, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The only model that seems to be working is the Firefly model. This is my 7 days trial, and so far I've not enjoy the experience.

Affects: Indesign 19.5 and 20.0.1 (across iMac and Macbook Pro)Steps I tried to resolve issue:Reinstalling latest Indesign (20.0.1), restarting my iMac, reverted to a previous version of ID (19.5), copied the file to my desktop to open from there, started a fresh document and tried to create new Styles (doesn't let me), opened another document which has styles that worked (they also don't work any more), deleted preferences, and finally I have updated my iMac and that hasn't fixed it either.Expected result:Font Styles panel should work as it should be (and as it did 3 days ago before the weekend. Have no idea what has changed!) in that you click on a Style and it applies it instantly. I should not have to Right Click/Apply Style. Actual Result:Cannot select or apply styles from the Style panel. Clicking on the style in the panel makes the selected item flicker, but nothing gets selected or applied and it stays the same default font. I can only change the style if I right click on

I have reached a breaking point with Adobe software. It is now using so much memory any time that any time I launch an application I can barely get any work done at all. The apps are slow, they lag, they stop responding. I can’t have more than one Adobe app open at a time.Even now, with InDesign sitting idle it is using 2.09 GB. And Photoshop with a file open that is 181 mb is using over 30 GB!!This started when I upgraded to Tahoe. The memory problems and slow downs were unbelieveble so I switched back to Sequoia. That seemed to ersolve the problem for a short while but it is now worse than it has ever been. Please let me know what kind f info you need from me to help with this issue. I’m posting some screen shots that might or might not be helpful--I’m just guessing because I don’t know. Please help!

Hi everyone, for whatever reason I am now missing the dropdown calendar widget that I could previously use in a form.Did I miss something? (v25.001.21265, fresh update)

Good day!I have read and watched some solutions on how to request a refund for a payment made to Adobe. They suggested canceling the subscription directly through the Adobe account. However, I was too late and have already canceled my Adobe Lightroom subscription on the lightroom app through google playstore. How can I request a refund for my payment? Or do you have any suggestions on what I can do?Thank you!

I cancelled my trial, then I got charged, I cancelled again, and now i noticve im still being charged for part of the service that I didnt request or sign up for. I need this to be reverted.

Cannot change my plan

Would it be possible to change the start timing of the shutter effect in Adobe After Effects? Or is this not something that can currently be adjusted?"

Tell me the which one is best

I have another account on Adobe and I need to cancel the subsicription of this account

I am unable to edit the pdf on laptop. But if i edit in mobile phones it is editable

# Generative Upscale returns solid black layer — Desktop only, Web works## SummaryGenerative Upscale in Photoshop 27.9.1 (macOS) always produces a solid black pixellayer*with a white layer mask. The "Original" layer is fine. Affects all models(Firefly Upscaler, Topaz Gigapixel, Bloom). The exact same account, image and scale factor works correctly onphotoshop.adobe.com — so the cloud service, the account and the generative creditsare demonstrably fine. The defect is in the desktop application.Generative Fill works perfectly in the same desktop app (both Firefly and NanoBanana). Only Generative Upscale is broken. The relevant difference: Generative Fillworks inside the existing document, Generative Upscale creates a **new document**.## Environment| | ||---|---|| Photoshop | 27.9.1 — build 20260803.r.1 65900e1 || macOS | 26.3 (build 25D125) || Hardware | MacBook Pro, Apple M2 Pro, 19 GPU cores || GPU | Metal 4, 12.713 MB GPU-accessible RAM || Displays | tested on built-in XDR, LG, Dell —

I just got a new subscription to Adobe and downloaded Acrobat. But when asked to sign-in, I complete the sign-in and then it continues to ask me to sign-in. I’ve tried sign-in with my email and a code, with my email and password and even direct with “Continue with Google” option. All appear successful, but the then the log-in pop-up opens again asking me to sign-in.

I am trying to solve an issue that has been driving me bonkers for quite some time now. I am unable to find anything online. Here is goes: I use Adobe Pro DC and frequently utilize Fill & Sign. Lately however, it only lets me fill on one character and then I have to re-click the box with my mouse to add another letter. Needless to say - that's not going to work for me and I keep defaulting to text boxes. Has anybody encountered that and if so, do you have a fix for me? Thank you in advance!

Hi,FrameMaker 18.0.0 on Windows 11I create my PDFs with Distiller. When I click Save as PDF, FrameMaker does something and then shows this message:Are you sure that this file is from a trustworthy source and you want to convert it?Usually I click Yes, as I want to get my PDF, and then FrameMaker/Distiller creates the PDF. However, just now I clicked No (out of curiosity), and then FrameMaker halted, and I could not get it to continue. I had to shut it down.Does anyone know, why this happens? Is this a FrameMaker fault or a Distiller fault?Best regards, Winfried

PS will not open. I am told "The application “Adobe Photoshop 2026.app” can’t be opened." Tahoe 26.6 macbook with Apple chip. Started with trying to update (from either 27.6 or 27.7) which ran a long time and then messaged: "This is taking an unusually long time, investigating". waited some more, at least ½ hr in total and then canceled the update. Then tried to open PS and got the message: "The application “Adobe Photoshop 2026.app” can’t be opened.”Subsequently I succeeded in updated bridge.
